Which type of ADC is used in M Series, S Series and C Series DAQ Cards?

I want to know which type of Analog to digital converters(ADC) are used in M Series and S Series DAQ Cards. I know that DSA Cards and some C series are using Delta Sigma ADC. What about the ADC used in non delta sigma C Series modules. Why Delta sigma ADC is not used in M series and S series DAQ cards.

Generally we have FS(Functional Specification) is created by Functional people.
And technical designer develop the TS(Technical Specification).
Developer gets the TS and write ABAP code for development.
There are other documents like:
1. TR file for tracking all transports
2. TCR(technical change request) for change later if FS change.

My approach will be....
Type1: you have to have ODBC s/w install on your machine...even the connection string starts with jdbc:odbc....so it can be identifed easily
Type2: you have to install client s/w in your machine...if you are using oracle oci driver ...you need to install oracle client s/w
Type3: you use servername / port to connnect to middleware
Type4: you do not need any client s/w
So, If your application works without any client s/w on your machine....you might be using Type4/Type3 driver.....otherwise Type2
Someone pls add more ....

I am using date column in the where clause of an SQL Query. The values stored in the date column are includes timestamp. The query is very slow and there is no index on the date column.

Which info object should be used for Financial statement line (BPS and BCS)

Hi experts.
A rather easy and straightfoward questions for someone out there.
In BPS as we know, we use the info object '0SEM_POSIT' (account groups, or financial statement line) to summamrize and store amounts from groups of accounts or for example data from COPA's value fields, and which is already an attribute of the info object '0ACCOUNT'.
I am told that there is another BCS related info object called '0CS_ITEM' that serves the same purpose, and uses it for the same reason for the purpose of consolidations.
We'd obviously like to use just the one of these info objects because of planning and reporting.
Can someone out there with knowledge in BCS recommend which one to use, and from their experience in the past how they combined the use of both (if you in fact did use both).
Also, is it true that in BCS you cannot use a two characteristic BW hierarchy for consolidations, and it can only consolidate a one characteristic BW hierarchy?

I kind of understood what you said, but just incase, let me explain my situation a little clearer. In BPS I'm using 0SEM_POSIT for two reasons:
1) To create hierarchy based on 0SEM_POSIT info object, and making each node postable. This is because on this project we don't plan at account level. Only at a kind of account group/financial statement line level. So each node is postable so that they roll up to the higher levels.
2) I will have 0SEM_POSIT as an attribute of 0ACCOUNT (which is standard delivered as an attribute in BW). This will ensure that I derive the actuals at that the same level as the planned. This is required for two reasons:
                           a) I can have the actuals as comaprison column in the Planning
                               layout.
                           b) I can report on the Actuals vs. Plan at the postable node
                               level in BW queries.
So having explained this, what I understood from your explanation is:
a) I can continue to 0SEM_POSIT as my info object for my postable node hierarchy, and
b) I can also use 0CS_ITEM as a consolidation unit specifically for BCS only.
So what I really didn't understand is:
1) your explanation of the mapping of 0SEM_POSIT to 0CS_ITEM, and what this mapping actually does. For example does 0CS_ITEM derive the values from 0SEM_POSIT because of this mapping? Can you explain this a bit? Is Datastream a tool in BCS by which BCS readinf financial data from other components?
2) Can BCS use a 2 characteristic postable nodes hierarchy as a consolidation unit? For example, if I create ONE hierarchy using 0SEM_POSIT, and 0ACCOUNT. Both will be postable at any level of the hirarchy.
Can BCS consolidate using this 2 characteristic hierarchy structure? OR, must it use 0CS_ITEM info object?
3) How does both 0SEM-POSIT, and 0CS_ITEM co-exist together, in terms of planning, consolidation, and reporting. For example if I report using the 0CS_ITEM hierarchy, then I will not be able to read plan data, because plan data is posted on the 0SEM_POSIT? and vice versa......? This question kind of ties in with 1).

IPhone 3GS - Can I use existing US t-mobile SIM and German O2 SIM cards (for phone calls) without buying a data plan?

I currently use 2 phones to make calls: one t-mobile locked phone for the US and one O2 locked phone for Germany, both without data plan.
Can I upgrade using just one phone (factory unlocked iPhone 3GS) and continue to use the existing SIM cards for phone calls (just switching the SIM cards when necessary), but use free WIFI spots worldwide for internet access/data transfer?

No supported carrier, including T-Mobile in the U.S., permits the use of an iPhone without a data plan. Though it's technically possible to do it, if and when they find you, they will either charge you for a data plan or shut down your account.

Going from an e series board to an s series board using traditional NI DAQ

I'm using the AI Acquire Waveforms.vi in LabVIEW with an E-series board (a 6040E), and I want to switch to an S-series board (a 6111). Is it possible to switch boards without making any changes to my LabVIEW 'program'? If it runs without any changes, will it sample simultaneously or sequentially?

So you can certainly use the same program for E and S Series devices (given that all the functionality is supported), due to the fact that they both use the NI-DAQ driver. As to your concern, the S Series device is most certainly acquiring data simultaneously. It is not possible for the S Series board to acquire sequentially. Hope this helps!

The interface is designed to transfer ABC employee's attendance & absence data to XYZ SAP instance for time evaluation and payroll transferring.
Can anybody let me know the general scenario v follow for this interface to happen.
for e.g. :
Start--> Remote system call > IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS>Pass communication to the system > User ID validations-> Data in Control Records ---> ALE Services filtering --> Application IDOC saved in the Database ---> Process IDOC immediately ---> Run tht Report prgm RPTEXTPT --> Read Process Code from Partner Profile -> Posting Module-->END.

Which data types I have to use.

hi all,
I was using DEC '9' for a variable.
ie., tunni type DEC of length 9. For smaller values like 000000488225584 is ok.
But for larger values like 000001048988458000000513871057 is going to dump.
Please suggest me which data type I have to use.
It should not be effect the performance.
