Which version of iMovie will work with OSX 10.6.3?

Hi all,
I am new to the world of Macs and have an older power mac to play with.
I want to get iMovie, but cannot find a version that will work with OSX 10.6.3 on the app store, can anyone tell me which version will work with OSX 10.6.3, and where I might get it?

iMovie History 08, 09 & 11These are NOT AN EVOLUTION FROM Previous versions (iMovie 1 to HD6) but a totally new application.
iMovie 08 (v7) 7.1.4 (aug 2007)
• A new way of storing project and an event library as well
• A totally new product in a pre-release state. Far from a working application.
• Lacks even basal functions
• No Speed-up or down or reverse
• Lot’s of video-formats lacking
• No cont. TimeLine - Bad logic
• No good for interlaced SD-video from miniDV tape aimed to a DVD release.
(Discarding every second line makes quality as VHS in LP or EP mode = BAD)
• NO - Playback via Camera/FW - and this prevents 100% safety-backups and the use of an extra TV/Monitor as real-time Quality control (as in iM 1 to HD6)
• Color tools got much BETTER - nearly usable - even sort of a copy function
• Direct share to .Mac and YouTube
• More Cameras supported even AVCHD (need of Intel CPU)
• Do not run on G4 or older - G5 minimum
• Need of 1.9 GHz G5-Mac,
(Can run on 1.8GHz G5 iMac if installed on external boot hard disk and speedier Mac - can’t install directly)
• Mac OS X.4.9 minimum
• QuickTime 7.2 included
Aimed at - speed editing small video projects to be presented on the Internet - NOT DVDs
iMovie 09 (v8) 8.0.6 (jan 2009)
• Far better than iMovie 08 but still far from good.
• Pic in pic, green screen but rudimentary
• Image stabilization - fairly good for amateur use
• Speed-up/down and reverse
• Bl/W, Old age etc
• Still - No Continuos TimeLine
• NO - Possibilities to enhance by use of third-part Plug-ins (all investments lost)

• Better wave-form presentation of audio and audio tools - Rubber-band - Yes
• Trailer creating tool
• ”Faces” as in iPhoto - NO - but this finds if there are people in some video-clips
• Better audio tools. Equalizer and a background audio reducer
• More Camera support e.g. 24fps

• The Playback to Camera via FW - returns ? NO
• Full Quality to iDVD - NO - still only half - every second line - Questionable - Some indicates it to be able to loss-less Exports - Has to be proven
