Which was the last version of Firefox that Supported Java Platform 6 ?

I want to know the the last version of Firefox that Supported Java Platform 6 update 45 (Java SE Runtime Environment 6u45) ?
In other words which version of firefox started support for Java 7 ?

Please also give links to the problem pages if they are public so that we and others may test them. You could also consider contacting the sites concerned directly yourself.
Using Java can raise security concerns, and especially so using outdated versions.

  • Which was the last version that ID 2 qualified to upgrade to?

I realize that my ancient version of InDesign 2 does not qualify for an upgrade now, but what was the last version it would have qualified for upgrading? CS2 or CS3?
A forum search was not helpful. Sorry if I'm overlooking something.
    Thanks in advance.

Thank you. Sorry for taking so long to find my way back.

  • What is the last version of firefox that works with albine 0.748 ?

My albine worked with the last version before I upgraded to 17. I did not save that version and would like to go back to it. I did save firefox 9 and that is what I am using now but I believe you have a later version that i could use.
What was the version before 17 and where can I find it?
I hate to go back to windows explorer unless I have to.
You should let us know what will not work with your upgrades before we start them. Had I known Albine would not work I wouldn't have upgraded.
    Thanks.

the abine 0.750 works with firefox 17
    Thanks,

  • Which is the oldest version of firefox that is still supported?

Is version 3.0x reached end of life? We need to determine from which version and above should we be making our app compliant. TIA.

Yes, support for the Firefox 3.0.x branch has been ended and updates are no longer released.
Only 3.5.x (currently 3.5.14) and Firefox 3.6.x (3.6.11) are currently supported and still receive updates.<br />
When Firefox 4.0 gets released (end this year or maybe next year) then support for Firefox 3.5 will end as well about 6 months later.

  • Which is the latest version of firefox for centos 5.6

    Dear Sir/ Madam
We are using CentOS 5.5 and CentOS 5.6 on systems in our office.
Can you tell me which is the latest version of firefox that will work with such OS?
Also if you could provide the installation steps that would be great!
    Regards
    Nitin

You would have to check the System Requirements for GTK+ and GLib of later Firefox versions to see if you meet them in your Linux distribution.
They haven't changed according to the system-requirements pages, so if Firefox 17 works then 33 should work as well.

  • I have the last version of firefox (10.0.2) on Mac OS 10.7.3 but often i receive this message: "your browser is outdated". Recently, i noticed that google analytics reference my visit on my own website in "browser stat" as Firefox 3.5.5. Any suggestion?

Also i use the last version of firefox, i receive sometimes the message that it is out of date. Google recognize my browser as version 3.5.5

Indeed, the useragent showed version 3.5.5 when typing "about:support" in the adress bar of the navigator:
    general.useragent.override
    Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; fr; rv:1.9.1.5) Gecko/20091102 Firefox/3.5.5 FBSMTWB
So i reseted the preference as suggested:
    Reset general user-agent
type about:config in the URL/address bar and press the Enter key
if you see the warning, accept it (promise to be careful)
    Filter = general.useragent
items in bold and that indicate user set; right-click that preference and select Reset
restart Firefox (File > Restart Firefox)
And now it seems that it works as the user agent tured to :
    Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.7; rv:10.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0.2
    Thanks a lot!

  • I've noticed that in the new version of Firefox that you cannot save multiple tabs at one time like the previous Firefox 3.6.or so and I wanted to know if I can find that feature again?

I've noticed that in the new version of Firefox that you cannot save multiple tabs at one time like the previous Firefox 3.6.or so and I wanted to know if I can find that feature again?
In the previous versions of Firefox when you went to you Bookmarks menu it gave you the options to either Bookmark This Page 'command' + 'D', Subscribe to this Page, Bookmark All Tabs 'up-arrow-key' + 'command' + 'D', and Organize Bookmarks 'up-arrow-key' + 'command' + 'B' however in the newest version of Firefox there is no Bookmark All Tabs so you can bookmark all the tabs that you have up in one window at a time. So I need to know if it is possible that the feature is now in a different place, is gone altogether, or if you can get that feature another way?
For me personally and my work I go through hundreds of web pages a day and save around half of those so it is imperative that I be able to bookmark more then one tab at a time because I can't be bothered to bookmark every single page separately and then go through hundreds of tabs in my Unsorted bookmarks in order to sort those bookmarks. It is simple inconvenient to sort every bookmark individually that is why the previous version of Firefox with the Bookmark All Tabs button was superior in its convenience.

Right click any tab and choose "Bookmark All Tabs".

  • What is the latest version of Firefox that will work with Windows ME?

We were recently given an older Gateway laptop that we intend to use solely as an internet terminal. Alas, it is running Windows ME and I don't even know if it has all the specs to upgrade (and certainly not to Vista, which is the only thing we have an install disk for). It currently has Firefox 2.0.0.20, which of course contains numerous security vulnerabilities and is incompatible with most newer plugins. What is the best version of Firefox that will work with Windows ME, and is it still available for download? Thanks!

Hmm... guess this will be just an e-mail terminal, hardly anything else works cuz I can't update Flash! Thanks for your help.

  • What was the last version of CS to include webpage creation as part of Automate?

The header says it all:  What was the last version of CS to include the creation of web pages as part of Automate in the File dropdown??  I've tried to re-install the original CS on a separate machine, which fails, since it does not make nice with my current version, and the Adobe folks are ABOLUTELY NO HELP since it's too old!
    Suggestions welcome.
    Brian McNeill

The only thing i can think is your either referring to Automate>Web Photo Gallery or perhaps ImageReady.
As far as windows goes many people have photoshop cs running on windows 7.

what's the last version of labview to support classic FieldPoint?
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

In general, yes.  Others with more experience than I do might be able to help.
I think there is a chance you can get some older versions of LabVIEW to work on Win7.  There are occasional message threads where people have asked about a particular version and others said they have been able to get them to work.  Just that official support for older versions of LabVIEW for a Win7 OS has ended.

I can set the export of InDesign to match this version?
For example, if I am on InDesign CS5 or 6, what export do your recommend.

Ask in the Acro/ ID forums. Navigation requires PDF level 1.6 or 1.7, if I'm not mistaken, but beyond that I have no idea.
