While checking permissions got the following message: Warning SUID

Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent” has been modified and will not be repaired.
and some other Display related file permission errors
Sounded ominous, so reinstalled Lion (across the internet). Rechecked permissions, got the same warning but otherwise ok. I thought the reinstall would cleanse any corrupt files. BTW this is the remote admin agent. Any thoughts? I got started on this while troubleshoot the display, but that's a separate issue.
Thanks in advance.

Ok, so after posting, I discovered I'm not alone, lol. So thanks most defintely to the folk who have caught this is the past and posted the links in some of the other responses!!!
