While clearing through F-54 system throws error No downpayment exist

While clearing through F-54 system throws error : No downpayment exist. But I have checked in the Downpayment account, A/P account and Customer Line item and the entry exists. Customization for Downpayment made also correct. All the fields are correctly entered in F-54. Still the error comes.

This transaction is not a downpayment request. But one thing I have to mention. For this downpayment the assignment of alternate reconciliation account was done on 17.3.09.
The posting date and document date has been given as 13.03.2009 for the downpayment document. Whereas when I check in the entry view > header details, the posting date is 18.03.2009 (may be it is
showing the actual date of posting). When the clearing is done through F-54 by giving
date 31.03.2009, the system gives the error that no downpayment exist. If we give
the Inv.No. details and click for document display, the system shows the relevant document
to be cleared. Wen we click open process items tab, the error is shown. Kindly confirm
whether the system is not updated with the assignment of alternate reconciliation account
for downpayment when the document date and posting date has been given prior to that
assignment and that is why the system is showing error. Further, is it right to reverse that
downpayment document and post a fresh document by giving date after 17.03.2009 and then
clear the entry.

While creating ME21N as you are getting error " No direct postings can be made in G/L a/c 41201100 in Co Code ." This error you faced because you have used a Finished material. and for finished material separate G/L account postings might be there and for Trading goods material Separate G/L account posting might be there. So Consult your FI consultant related to posting

System throwing error when deleting a vendor through function module

Hi,
Actually we are trying to delete a vendor in SRM by function module:BUP_BUPA_DELETE then system is throwing
the error:
"Document exists for this business partner".We had a shopping cart in held status using this vendor so we got this cart
deleted .But still system is throwing the same error .
Earlier also we did this but we were able to do successfully.
Please suggest what should be done to execute this function module succesfully for deleting this vendor.

you can centrally block the vendor in maintain business partner in the web or table level in but000 xblk field or in the ecc side too
if you dont want any more in ebp bupa_test_delete report for youur bp of vendor.

On starting Essbase, system throws error "CSS Initialization Fails"

I have been using the hyperion essbase in the past.
Today the someone removed the network cable connecting to the servers. I put them back but since then i am facing issue where i cannot connect to Essbase server.
I tried restarting the essbase server. On starting the server it first gives the warning:
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (com.hyperion.css.common.CSSLo

log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
But it continues and then prompts error

System throwing error " ibase object doesn't exist"

Dear Friends;
in the transaction ib52 when im putting the component number and pressing enter the system is showing me the error
"ibase objec doesn't exist" . Which means system not allowing to search ibase using the component number.

System is generated extra line item of G/L while clearing throgh F-44

When we processing clearing through F-44 , system is generating one extra line item of G/L , due to this system is not allowing for clearing as the message " Posting is only possible with zero balance ; correct document " is served by system.

select the stock against the batch which should be equal to delivery quantity.
that means delivery quanquantity should be equal to picing quantity.
after selecting manually press F3 to go back.
system will give a POP UP message say YES
then the batches against the quantity will be copied in the delivery document
again go back you will come to over view of delivey screen
then in picking tab page you will find all picked quantity if not give it manually
and save the delivery document with out pressing PGI.

I am getting bleow error while saving service order.
System: Status object does not exist. Message Numner IW351
Actually I have done one enhcement in the User exit of the Sales order in the form Routine...
USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE in MV45afzz.
When i Try to save the service order i get the error messages which is coming from my validation
After the error messgae i press ENTER and then try to change the order by clcicking on the advance shipment.
As soon as i click on that i get a STOP messgae.
Which i as below.
System: Status object does not exist
If I comment all my code and write only error message then it comes.
but it does't come for information and warning message.
actually steps are
1. go to IW51
2. create notification then service order then sales order
3. if product hierarchy is different for material then it should display error on saving
4. it is giving error message(my error message)
5. if i press enter and then click on advance shipment icon(truck) for change it display standard message.
which turn me out of transaction.
but if i click on advance shipment icon without pressing enter its working fine..
my error message is a normal error message .

When user creating PO for low value assets ,system throwing error as
u201CMaximum Low value amount exceeded in the case of at least one asset .u201D
Details about this issue:
1.User creating ONE PO for 8 assets as 8 line items, each line item
value below 5,000 only.
2.In this year only they created 8 new asset master records with ref to

3.Non Taxable item P0 (p zero).
Checked:
1. checked at AW01N, no values in each asset.
In configuration:

   Value is 5,000 rs

I created POu2019S for below 2 options
1   Value based maximum amount check
2   Check maximum amount with quantity
But same error.

In development server i created some POu2019s like user creating in
Production server but no error in Dev server,

I think you are using a single asset master record in all your line items in the PO.
If you use individual asset master record for each line item in the PO, you issue might solve.

Log error while clearing inventory document through Li20

HI All,
I have the following issue while creaing inventory document in warehouse level through LI20.
System says Available quantity of material is ZERO while clearing stock in WM. We are able to count this inventory document and status of inventory document in counted. Any suggestions would be of great help.

I am not sure what you want to tell me with "As per note this is side effect if other note is implemented (1849864)."
I had read the note, it is you who have to tell me if you have note 1849864 in your system.
I had just implemented 1939938 and retested the scenario, in general the notes do not hurt, they are meant to fix a problem. Of course they can again have side effects, but with the next support package you get them anyway into your system.

System Lock Error while reset & reversing the cleared document - FBRA

Currently using t-code FBRA, when user trying to reset & reverse the cleared document , they are facing "System Lock Error". We have analyzed on this issue and found SAP note no. u201C487347 u2013FBRA: Overflow of the lock table in production systemu201D . After implementation of this note, SAP has created one new transaction code, FBRA_LOAC.
However, when we tried to reset & reverse the cleared document using t-code FBRA_LOAC, we face the same error.
Can you help me to resolve this issue ?

We once faced these issue and got it resolved by extending parameter after extending the profile-parameter "enque/table_size", as per note note 13907. Do not forget the restart the server after extension.

Throwing error ORA- 01031 while connecting as sys, but not with system

we are having oracle 10g on one of the server. When I try to connect sqlplus "/as sysdba"..its throwing error
ORA- 01031: Insufficient privelege.
But when I tried login with sqlplus system@dbname its getting connected properly. whats the reason behind this? It was
working fine till yesterday.

ECC5 - error message GLT0002 while clearing open entries

hi all,
Its a scenario in ECC5. Document splitting is active and One GL account which was not active with open item management is made active now with help of RFSEPA02 program .
But now if I want to clear the line item in that account the system throws an error with message no GLT0002
Document splitting: Items for clearing 0010/100062508/2010/001 not found

Hi Sujata,
The reason for the error is the following:
According to change documents in master data of your G/L account in your
company code , open item management was switched on for this account. If
you had documents entered before this changes, i.e. before open item management
was activated on your G/L account. As a consequence, some information
required for document splitting at clearing, which is required only
on open items, wasn´t created when this document was posted.
Please see section 5 of note 891144:
Items posted while open item management was still inactive in G/L
account master data cannot be cleared after open item management has
been activated subequently if New G/L document splitting is active.
Therefore, if document splitting is active, open item management should
never be activated subsequently on accounts to which documents had
already been posted with inactive open item management.
As this rule stated in section 5 of note 891144 was
violated in your system you cannot clear items posted before
the date when open item management was activated on your G/L account
Please exclude such documents from being selected by entering additional selections in your clearing
transaction.
