I am trying to create a payslip in tcode HRFORMS. while generating the program I am getting an error message stating "Generated program /1pyxxfo/znr_pay_stmt_prnt contains syntax errors".
Has anybody faced these type of error. Do I need to do any config set ups before using tcode HRFORMS? Please help me in this regard.

Created a material and want to post by using tcode mb1c, not allowing.?

friends i have a problem here, i created a material for my sales order. i wanted to post like 100 of them in my storage location. so i used tcode mb1c, entered the storage location , plant along with the movment type 561 . it goes in and there i enter the material and and the number to be posted (number of materials) .while saving it it gives the error ."posting period 008 2007 is not open" i had earlier encounterd with error saying some previous dates were closed and i used to closed the previous periods by tcode mmpv and bring it to the present date. but this is the first time when i am seeing that the present period is closed . . i tried with omsy and mmrv also. but i dont know what to do now. how can i open current months posting. i am in sd. dont have much idea about what mm guys do. please help .

Hi Seema,
In general, after creating ES, Cstmr,Matrl we need to execute MMPV before posting material. But in your case the periods are already closed, could be bcz some FICO consultant might have worked on it. But in order to resolve your problem u give a try to following prcdr.
Go to TCode OB52 [Posting Periods] and in the EIGHT column under heading YEAR change it to 2007 for the ROW "+"[Account Type]. Then proceed to MB1C.
In addition to this U may come across No. Range issue for which U uses TCode-FBN1; here for the current Yr. [2007] U have to give the No. Range for the interval appearing in the Error, eg 49,50,51...
Still if the problem persists consult a FICO for some alterations on the same screen [TCode-OB52].

You will need the help of an abaper in solving this , as a BAdi FAGL_PERIOD_CHECK - Posting Period Check has been activated.
Please check the implementation of the BAdi , i feel that it has not been implemented properly.
This Business Add-In (BAdI) enables you to extend the existing check of open posting periods.
The result of the period check is provided to you as a parameter (CH_SUBRC). In your implementation, you can derive this parameter again (for example, if a posting is rejected under a certain condition).
The following values are allowed for parameter CH_SUBRC:
0 Posting allowed
4 Period & is not open for account type & and general ledger &
6 No authorization for posting period & &
This is a custome developemnt , so only the ABAper present at your end will be able to resolve it.

Error in creation of stock thro Tcode MB1C

Hi,
while creation of stock thro Tcode MB1C i got the error posting period mentioned as 12/2002 to 11/2002.
I tried using Tcode OMSY to update my company's period and year as current year but it is grayad out.
Please advise

Hi,
OMSY setting is used only for once & for all to fix up the Initial Period and Year for a company code for material management. After setting in OMSY, nobody should touch this setting.
Now 1st check in MM side in MMRV t.code which period open for your company code & back posting allowed or not. If period 11 & 12 not open, you can open in t.code MMPV
And also check in FI Side in t.code OB52 which period is open for in all Account Types A, K, D,M, S and specially Account Type u201C+u201D which stands for valid for all accounts types . If periods 11 & 12 not open, you can open for all account types.
Note:
Check your fiscal year variant for your company code in OBY6 t.code. If it is K4 , then open periods {Period start from January(01) & end in December(12)}. If it is V3 , then your periods {Period start from April(01) & end in March (12)}

we have creating new plant with reference to old plant. While create stock through MB1C with movement type 521, system given the error message "Busi area 1A not allowed for CoCode 1100; Check whether Busi area is blank" Message no. /EACA/GL_TOOLS006.

You need to enable the PerformancePoint Service Site Collection Features(PPSMonDatasourceCtype)
on the target site collection. go to site action > site settings> site collections features > and enable it and now try again.

Please ensure you click on Tables and Synonyms check box and select proper schema.
Try to select the table from the list after this instead of writing as in 10.1.3 when we write table name it automatically selects from the list if it exists in the list.

Scrollbar appearing while creating pdf using AlivePDF

Hi,
I am facing a problem while creating pdf using AlivePDF.
I have a VBox on which I am adding multiple pages. If the content overflows it shows scrollbar. All this is working fine.

Problem creating basic views while creating materials using idocs?

I am facing an issue while creating materials using idocs. The problem is that the basic view does not get created whereas other views are present. The function module used is idoc_input_matma01 and the basic idoc type is MATMAS03.

Actually i recieve an idoc from PI containing data required for cretion of the material via an idoc. This idoc is then processed to create the required material.
The material gets created with appropiate data in various tables(mara, makt) but when we view material in mm03 we cant see the basic data views.

Problem while creating assets using BAPI

Use table enhancement BAPI_TE_ANLU
Diagnosis :The BAPIs for creating and changing assets currently support only those customer enhancements that relate to the user fields created using SAP enhancement AIST0002.
Can anybody give the appropriate solution why this error is coming while creating assets using BAPI.

Looks like you are trying to transfer custom fields into the asset master data that were not added following the steps in enhancement AIST0002.
Using EXTENSIONIN parameter, you can transfer user fields from the asset master record. However, it is not possible to transfer fields that are updated in user-defined tables. Only user fields that were defined using SAP enhancement AIST0002 and are automatically updated in table ANLU can be udpated in this way. This means you have to use table extension BAPI_TE_ANLU.
Enhancement AIST0002 contains function module EXIT_SAPL1022_001 as a component in which user fields can be implemented.
The documentation ( BAPIPAREX) of the structure that forms the basis for this parameter contains additional information about using this parameter.
Please check how table ANLU has been enhanced and also go through the documentation of enhancement AIST0002.

Issue while removing stock using MB1C - 562

Hi,
Our client has few materials for which batch number is captured in small alphabets and now when we are trying to remove stock using MB1C - 562 system gives error of Deficet Qty as it automatically changes small letters to CAPITAL letters as soon as we press enter on MB1C. We are doing stock removal activity as client is migrating from old SAP system to ECC and we have to remove stock data from old system.
We are using an ABAP program for removing stock but in background it uses MB1C - 562 mvt type but for few materials we are getting this issue of small letters.
Please let me know if there is any way we can remove these stock records with small letter batch number via 562 mvt type

As I already said: no matter what movement type you use, you cannot make SAP posting this batch number.
Find out the way how this stock was posted into SAP. and use the same way to get it off SAP.
I think you have to convert the batch number into capital letters before you can goods issue the stock. For this you may need to create an own report that does a hard update in SAP tables MCHA, MCH1 and MCHB (maybe more ... I cant look into your system, you may have to contact SAP to get help which tables need to be amended or which conversion exit needs to be switched off)

Error while creating Resource using GDS

Iam trying to create Resource using GDS and it is throwing me error
