I was on the phone with an apple tech for two hours, we managed to update itune program on computer, but by that time the phone was dead and would not show up as a divice. She told me to let the phone charge, then plug it in and it might recognise my phone, which it did. I followed the directions and now my iphone is a nice paperweight. She also told me she would email a case number and some articles which would guide me through the process if it did not work. I did not receive them!! My iphone cannot be restored (error 1611). I have removed all security ware as it suggested. I even took down the windows firewall... I have tried everything (except of course I cannot try what they suggest I adjust on my phone because it is frozed FOREVER!!! Please help me!!

Since updating to IOS7 my iTunes balance disappeared

I have iPhone 4S and iPad 2. Before updating to ios7 I had an iTunes gift balance of almost $100.00. The balance used to appear at the bottom of the screen when I was in iTunes Store. Now I can not find any record of my balance and I've made a few purchases since upgrading and the charge appears to go directly to my credit card.
Anyone else encounter this or have thoughts how to resolve?

I did check my wire-less connections and the connection from my PC to wire-less is hundred percent okay. I did search using google.com to confirm and my connections is good. - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer

I understood ur problem, u r running the J1INCHLN when u r running this program . Program chks both the Table BSEG & WITH_ITEM they 2 field from BSEG-BUZEI & WITH_ITEM -J_1IBUZEI . if this 2 line item is not matching then system will show the same error which u have mentioned.
Whether this has occured first time or rarely it occurs, if first then just update the table WITH_ITEM for the field J_1IBUZEI with respect to BSEG-BUZEI for the TDS line item only. Make the changes with help of ur Internal consultant. write an update program.
