While Launching Weblogic 12c installation GUI i am getting the below shared library exception. How i need fix it

Hi,
The error reported is due to missing the libXrender package for the linux platform.
1] Run the following Linux command to check if the package is missing:
    eg: rpm --query --whatprovides 'libXrender'
          If it returns a message such as:No Package found that contains this file
2] Then install or reinstall the libXrender package.
