While merging lines in prepare mass additions invoices lines do not appear

Hello,
I am facing an issue in merging mass additions line. I dont see any lines to merge even though many invoice line exist. I even tried query mode where i query the lines based on the invoice number but still lines do not appear for merge.
detailed steps:
Press open button on an oh hold item in the mass additions summary window.
Enter additional information and select done.
Back in the mass additions summary window, pick the first mass addition item again and press 'merge'
button.
Select the other new mass additions items that you want to merge into one asset.
-> Problem, the other new items do not appear for selection.
It was working fine till few months back but seems some patch have created this issue. Have you faced such issue?
We are on 12.0.6.
Any pointer is helpful.

I wish I had a 10.3.9 machine to check, but, since your video card should definitely be up to the task, I think it's probably going to be that Keynote's having a unique problem with your setup. In Keynote, under the Keynote menu, choose "Provide User Feedback" and send your problem to Apple. It could be that it may not have been reported yet.

    We have loaded assets details to Mass Additions Interface using ODI, but we cannot open the prepare mass additions window in the applcations.
    When I checked it has all the details when compaired with an asset loaded to the interface with WebADi EXCEPT the MASS_ADDITION_ID,( CAN IT BE THE ISSUE)

    I believe you need to define another table which maps the Old Category ID with New one. Use ODI to map the Data and this Temp table to Mass additions.

  • Down Payment settlement Line is not appearing in the final Billing

    Hello All,
    Activated the Milestone billing plan. Created a Sales order > Down payment Billing document > and cleared the Down payment billing document.
    While trying to bill the final invoice the down payment settlement line is not appearing.
    Please suggest us what would be the probable reason for this to resolve the issue.
    Checked in detail and found in the table BSID the field sales document ( VBEL2) is populated with blank and not with the sales order number.

    When you create a final invoice the downpayment clearing line is retrieved using function
    module SD_DOWNPAYMENT_READ. The function module will not be able to find the
    downpayment if the VBEL2 and POSN2 fields are not filled.
    If the downpayment is posted and cleared correctly in F-29 (this is the only way) these
    fields will be filled and the document should be retrieved and the value transferred to the
    AZWR condition.
    Run VF01 with a breakpoint in SD_DOWNPAYMENT_READ
    go to the end of the function module you will see the structure t_sdaccdpc
    This is filled with all valid entries for clearing. I suspect in your case it is missing.
    Try posting a new example in using F-29 make sure it shows cleared in the
    document flow then check at this point above in the final invoice

  • Invoice document is not appearing in follow-on document list

    Dear All,
    I am customizing Classic scenario for my client. In our process, Shopping cart only created in SRM 5.0 system where as all  follow-on document - PR/PO/GR/IV will be created on back-end SAP ECC 6.0 system.
    My Issue:
    1. Shopping cart appears in requested 'Check Status' list till the time PR, PO and GR created in back-end ECC system. 
        SC disappear in the requester 'Check status' list the moment invoice entered in back-end ECC system. Do the problem
        is due to authorization issue ?
    2. Other user who has SRM-Administrator authorization can view all such shopping cart in 'Monitor shopping cart' option.
        All follow-on document such as PR, PO and confirmation are appearing in Status check option both in graphics as well
       as table form. However invoice document is not appearing in the follow on document list. Do I need to enable any
       customization setting  so that back-end invoice will appear in follow-on document list ?

  • PR deleted line should not appear in PO creation

    We create Purchase Orders with reference to Purchase Requisition. In case of Multiple Line Item in PR, there are some line items marked for deletion.
    While creating PO, the line items marked for deletion in PR should not be adopted (appeared) in PO. What settings should I make to do it.

    In ME21N, you receive message 06 050 - "Purchase requisition & item &  already deleted".  This message can be changed to an error message via IMG transaction OME0.  The checks for the messages can only take place,             
    after adopting all positions (as well deleted ones).                                                                               
    To prevent this, please check to see if one of the following will help:                                                                               
    1) Select the checkbox 'Open only' on the selection screen for the overview. In this case, the deleted items will not appear on       
    the overview and therefore they cannot be adopted. Or,                                                                               
    2) If you do not want to have the purchase requisitions with deleted  items selected in ME21N, you can use the field "deletion indicator"  in the variant for your purchase requisitions, by excluding it in   the dynamic selections. 
    P.S. If you have maintained message 06 050 as E (error), the user will not able to save the PO (he can only hold it)

  • Reference Invoice Pop Up not appearing During Import MIGO

    Dear Experts ,
    I have got two company codes , single tax procedure ( TAXINN)
    One of the company code(plant that is ) is excise registered & the other is not .
    In case of the excisable firm , certain duties are utilised in excise credit .
    For both the procedure followed is :
    Make PO
    Book MIRO for Customs
    Make GR wrt Customs MIRO Number
    Book final commercial Invoice to the Vendor
    BUT
    In case of the company(plant) that is not registered with excise, the POP UP
    for refernce MIRO document is not appearing at the time og MIGO.While in case of the other company
    (with excise registeration ) it works fine & pops up.
    Pls tell me what could be wrong??

    when there is no excise involved in the 2nd company code, obviously  config settings for excise related would not have been done.Then where is the question of availing credit ?
    How can import work without anty excise related config at the background?

      Has this problem been solved? we have a similar problem here --- after upgrading from 4.6c to ECC6.0, we found that the service PO line items are not being shown in the PO printout.  This happens for items that have been marked 'delivery complete'.
      How do we get the service lines to print out again?  Appreciate any help out there!

    Some of the direct sales line item are mysteriously not appearing in VF04, even though the MIRO for the PO related to it is done. In some cases all the items of sales orders are not appearing in VF04 , in some cases it is happening randomly. Such items can be process manually through VF01 . Also if report SDVBUK00 is run , these line items are seen in VF04.

    I think as a consultant you have the say in deciding how the things should be mapped in SAP than the USER.
    I dont find any  reason other than having the same user id being shared between multiple users (and hence variant cannot be used).
    Anyways try this.
    Make a Z program copying VF04 .
    Give the Tcode which is agreeable for the users.
    In that Z program , write a code NOT TO CONSIDER documents of type ZNEW.
    Now limit the authorisation of this new program only to those users who doesnt not want to deal with ZNEW.

    If you have the NEW G/L activate the correct transaction to check the balances is FAGLB03.
    Transaction FS10N is for classical GL.
    go to transaction SE16 and check table FAGL_ACTIVEC. You can run without passing any parameter.
    Then you can see if the new GL is activate as per example:
    Table FAGL_ACTIVEC
    New G/L Acctg Active Update GLT0 Read GLT0 Method
    X
    Is this case the new GL is activated.  You will not see any values at transaction FS10N in case you are not reading or updating GLT0. Transaction FS10N read the balances from table GLT0 and transaction FAGLB03 read the balances from table FAGLFLEXT.

  • Multiple line item not appearing in vendor line item in FB60

    I am posting FB60 accounting entry. I am deducting WHT on the invoice.
    For ex: Expense amount - Rs. 100000, WHT - 10000
    Hence accounting entry is posted:
    Expenses A/c.. Dr 100000
       To TDS Payable 10000
       To Vendor A.c 90000
    Now when i see vendor line item in FBL1N there is only one credit line item for Rs.90000.
    But my requirement is that, vendor line item report should include two line item:
    One for vendor credit i.e. Rs.100000 and one debit for TDS payable for Rs. 10000 and not single line item for Rs.90000
    Please let me know how can i get this. Is there any standard report for the same?

    unfoortunately the system doesn't post debit for vendor in this case. You have no report to display line items that wasn't posted.
    would you like have it:
    31 - Vendor ... 10,000.00
    25 - Vendor............1,000.00 *
    40 - expense .......10,000.00
    50 - WHT ..........1,000.00
    The standard automatic WHT post directly the invoice amount to vendor account like this:
    31 - Vendor ... ...9,000.00
    40 - expense ........10,000.00
    50 - WHT ...........1,000.00

    That particular material is in split valuation class & for it three valuation types are defined out of three two valuation types defined with moving average price & the rest one is not defined for the same, by default system automatically picking up the blank valuation type so it is the job of the end user to fill the valuation type in the sales order in Item details tab so the system will pick up the cost & will post to PGI Accounting document

  • G/L account issue-Line items not appearing in the G/L

    We are using ECC6.
    A  B/S account is open item managed as well as line item managed. Also it was later activated for ledger group specific clearing.
    There is a problem line items do not get displayed in FBL3n (i.e they do not get updated in the BSIS table), when we run program RFSEPA01 it updates the line items in BSIS table but when subsequent line items are posted we face the same problem again..which can be solved only if we run the program RFSEPA01.
    Please help.

    Hi,
    Once the line item display check box is selected and ran prog RFSEPA01, system will updates the records to BSIS table for all the line items posted using that GL account. Afterwards it will defenitely generate line items in relatime, when the postings are made.
    Better you to raise a OSS message by attaching the proper documentation of the total scenario.

  • Internal Order Plan Line Items not appearing in KOBP

    Hi,
    I have entered internal order plan using transaction KPF6.  I can then see it in reports like S_ALR_87012993, S_ALR_87012996, etc.  In these reports, when I double-click on an item, it opens up another window which enables us to select order actual line items, order plan line items, etc.  Once I click on order plan line items, system automatically takes me to transaction KOBP and displays the line item.
    What is surprising is, instead of going thru all the above, if I directly execute transaction code KOBP, I do not see the plan line item.  I have seen a similar issue in another forum (link hereunder) and apparently the issue there was with planner profile.  In my case, I am sure I have entered plan and trying to retrieve the line item (using KOBP) with the same planner profile.
    Internal orders - Plan Line items are not uploading into SAP!!
    I have also checked that the authorization group assigned to the planner profile is blank and that is the authorization group my user ID is assigned to.
    Any thoughts!

    I'm trying to set up for sending price catalog (to customers) using transaction VPRICAT (SAP 4.6). I've created assortment, assigned material group and assortment user to this assortment, and also created a requirements profile. I'm now able to create a price catalog using VPRICAT. The problem is when IDoc is created there is only the header information in that IDoc. No item line will appear in the IDoc. I appreciate if you could help me to locate the problem.
