While opening a screen none of the radio button should not selected
Hi,
i have three radio button on the screens.By default the first radio button is getting selected for each and every time when ever i'm opening the screen.i dont want the default select should happen and even i dont want any of the radio button should be selected.
how i can acheive through dialog programming.

You can have radio buttons with any one field selected from a group .
ex:

If so then go to settings> general> accessibility >assistive touch( it has many functions like locking the screen ,screenshotting just by touching the screen

After upgrading to IOS 7.0.2 I can't see the radio button in the music app on my iPad
The radio button does not show anymore in my music app on my iPad after I upgraded to IOS 7.0.2 - it did show briefly the first time I started the app after upgrading but immediately disappeared and is now gone for good. Don't have the issue with my iPhone at all. There it still shows - I tried to restore my iPad and again, opening the music app I was able to see the radio button for 5 seconds and than it disappeared. Any suggestion ?
Following ultimately helped me : Make sure that you are logged in at the App Store App or iTunes App with your apple ID and password with a US account. Turn your iPad off and on and than you should see the Radio button again. It won't work if you are logged on with a foreign account. If you are not logged in at all, it worked, too.

When I flatten an acroform, the radio buttons no longer show as checked.
If I don't call flatten (CFPDF....flatten="true"), the PDF shows the radio buttons selected, but as soon as I flatten the PDF, the radio buttons are not shown as selected. Checkboxes work, text fields work, but radio buttons just all show as unselected.
This is on CF 9,0,1,274733. Has any one else seen this?

[Flex 4.5.1] How to prevent Radio Button from being selected when clicked on? No Changing Event?
I have a very common use case where you have a few radio buttons and only one can be selected at a time. Some of them are basic and on click should be selected right away, but other are more complex and open a pop up which requires some additional user selections after which the user selected OK or CANCEL for example and only after that the selection of the radio button should be applied programatically.
So to solve this issue I've come up with 2 workarounds:
1) make the entire group, that holds the radio button, act as a button with buttonMode="true" mouseChildren="false" and programatically change the radio button within it.
2) hold the current radio button selection in a variable and in the changeHandler of that radio button return the selection back to what was selected before. But this also causes a small flickering of the radio button which gets selected and deselected immediately after that.. not cool.
So my question is... is there something I am missing that could do the job without these workarounds... like a Changing event which I use for the ButtonBar but I can't find on the RadioButton or RadioButtonGroup... thanks!Hi,thanks for the reply. Here is a simple scenario:
User must select between 2 radio buttons:
1) no volume -> sets variable volume=0 and selects the radio button (that is the normal use case)
2) set volume -> opens up a pop up with a list that has a X button to close and 4 options: 25% volume, 50% volume, 75%, 100%
At this point the set volume radio button should not be selected and the user has 2 choices:
-> hit the X button to close - nothing changes and no volume radio button is still selected and volume is still = 0
-> hit one of the volume % buttons -> the set volume radio button gets selected and the variable volume=25/50/75/100 depending on the button selected by the user.
That's a pretty common scenario and it's bugging me that I can't easily alter the radio button selection logic since whenever I click it, it gets selected and I can't put a logic in between in a standard way. This should apply to any component with selection, just like ButtonBar has it with the Changing event.
So is there any other more convenient way to accomplish this scenario that you could recommend?

Installed JDeveloper 9i - RUP 6 on Windows 7 - Radio buttons do not appear
a) I have installed JDeveloper 9i/RUP 6 on Windows 7 (64 bit)
b) Database connection, application connection is fine.
c) I am able to run some of the sample projects, able to connect Oracle applications etc..
d) In JDeveloper settings window, radio buttons, check boxes etc do not appear/show-up
For example JDeveloper --> Tools --> Preferences --> Embeded OC4J window
None of the radio buttons appear.
Would appreciate, if you can help.

Sub screen: Handling the Radio button selection?
Hi,
Scenario:
I have a Main screen and a sub screen. From the main screen I am calling the sub screen. On the Sub screen, I have 2 radio button. On the selection of the Radio buttons, I am activating/deactivating few of the screen elements on the sub screen.
I have grouped the radio button and also tried assigning Function code to it, but in vain..:(
Issue
I am not able to handle the event triggered by the selection of the radio buttons?

In the Main Screen Element List there is a field OK_CODE pass an entry into it
in the TOP Include
DATA : OK_CODE type SY-UCOMM. " This captures the OK_CODE from the Screen.
Since SUb Screen cant have their Own OK_CODE this can be handled in the Main Screen only
Try in PAI of Sub Screen using OK_CODE if it is not working then Implement the same in PAI of Main Screen
The system will generate UCOMM for Radio Button since they are in One Group only. Each Radio button cannt have a separate UCOMM assigned. In Screen Painter (if It is Module Pool) assign a FCode for the Radio Button.
Even if try changing the FCODe Value they still will have the New Changed Value but cannot be changed.
This automatically triggers PAI . only way to capture it is check
case ok_code. " Optionally you can omit this
when ok_code = 'RAD'. " This is common for all the Radio BUttons but cant be different

How to gray out certain fields on the selection screen based on the radio b
HI All,
I have an ALV report. On the selection screen I have 2 radio buttons ..for eg..A and B.
When radio button A(its on by default) is on..certain fields not relevant to this should be grayed out. Similarly when radio button B is on, certain fields should be grayed out.
I did the AT SELECTION SCREEN OUTPUT and also did the
LOOP AT SCREEN....ENDLOOP logic. The logic works but when I click the radio button B...the screen fields automatically does not gray out. I have to press ENTER and then its grays out.
I know a USER_COMMAND needs to be attached.
Can anyone give me a step by step details of how to do this. I truly appreciate it. if a screen painter thing is required..please give me the tcode and step by step detail to do this.

What we want to do is ask our new clients their preferred method of billing: Credit Card, Invoiced, ACH.

Radio buttons & Parameters in Selection Screen...
Hi all,
I have a case in Selection Screen :
There are 2 radio buttons(R1 & R2) and 4 parameters (P1, P2, P3, P4).
WHen i select R1 then P1 and P2 should become mandatory
when i select R2 then P1, P2, P3 & P4 should become mandatory.
I have coded it using LOOP AT SCREEN ...
So, by default R1 will be selected then P1, P2 will become mandatory. Now when i select R2, it gives an status message as 'FILL IN THE REQUIRED FIELDS' .....So how can i overcome this and be able to select R2 which enables P1, P2, P3,P4 as mandatory ?

Why does is not show the radio buttons
I want to display the buttons in a row then radio button in a row under the button and then log scroll pane under the radio buttons. This is my code:

This is my problem. We have a big system that produce lots of log files and the software testers have to manually have to go through the logs file and look for a certain XML tags in the log file.
What I want to do is help the software testers my developing a small tool that will allow them to open a log file and then click on a radio button corresponding to a xml tags that they are looking for and automatically highlight the tags in the file in yellow color .
I am not sure how feasible this is and I am stuck.
