[SOLVED]Amarok 2.0.2 Play/Pause Global Shortcut Does Not Work Properly

Hello everyone,
Just a quick question tonight. I have the global shortcut for Play/Pause in Amarok set to Ctrl+` which works in the sense that it causes Amarok to play. However, the problem is that it does not actually Pause the music, it merely resets to the beginning of the playing song. Any ideas on what could cause this? I've tried setting it to a different shortcut with the same end result. I'm using KDEmod 4.2.1.

There are two different events, Play, that is what you use, and Play/Pause (IIRC, I'm at work now, cannot check it). Search for the other hotkey in the list, and set that to ctrl+`.
PS: the problem with that will be, that if Amarok is stopped (not paused), this hotkey will not start playing, it merely pauses/unpauses, so you will need another hotkey to initiate playing.

Running unidsdiff does not work and I get a "Search Limit Exceeded" error.

When I try to run unidsdiff to correct differences between the Calendar
Server and Directory Server databases, I get an error that the search limit was
exceeded. The strange thing is, unidsdiff works fine on other Calendar machines
in the Calendar node network.

Check to make sure you have an adequate value set for "Size Limit in Entries" on
the Directory Server. This value should be greater than the number of users you
have on the corresponding Calendar Server machine.

For example, if you have 2500 users on the Calendar Server, the Directory Server
setting for "Size Limit in Entries" should be greater than 2500. The default
value is 2000.

Why ipod random play on single trax does not work.

Have you ever wondered why when you random play your IPOD instead of getting an interesting and varied musical experience you just get an uneven mess .
You need random play because its the only way to get from beginning to end with such a wide and varied collection but it comes out a mess.

Im quite happy to answer any question from people who want to transform their album collection .

The IPOD has huge capacity - 30 to 60 gig so to give the listener a wide range of music -approx 2500 albums . This means you have a wide music choice pop, jazz, classical so the only way to play it all is to random play it but the listening experience is an uneven mess . If albums are compiled as lp-sides of approx 20 minutes any 1 hour of play gets 20 mins of a consistent musical theme then a complete change . Please check out my site for more details:

Using the spacebar for starting and stopping a clip does not work

The spacebar for starting and stopping the playing of a clip in the viewer of a sequence in the timeline has a live of its own. Without changing any setings, it sometimes works, but mostly not. Is there a seeting, I have not figured out yet? While in a session with Final Cut Express, it does not change its behavior. It starts with a working or not working spacebar. The same applies to the arrows to go back and for a frame, or back and for a clip. If the spacebar does not work, the arrows do not work either.

I am used working with Final Cut for some time now. And just got myself a new iMac and the program. So everything is quite new. I did not change any settings so far.
The first 2 days everything was fine.
Then, one day, the spacebar and the arrow key stopped working. Not in the middle of a session, but when I started the FCE new. Inbetween, it worked for some time. Now, the spacebar is gone again.
It's just the function of playing the clip that does not work. In whatever window (timeline, viewer). The function of the spacebar to make a space (for example in te name of clip or in a text file) works fine.
I would not mind the spacebar that much, but I miss the arrow keys to go from frame to frame, or from clip. It's strange.

The plugin shows on the list as enabled and functioning, yet the tool does not show on the toolbar. It would appear that I need to restore the previous version of Firefox and wait until a newer release of the plugin is available before upgrading the browser.

I copied the iTunes file from the external drive and it's in both places. I thought all I would need is the iTunes program (which I downloaded to new computer) and my iTunes library file. There must be something else that's missing. My iTunes library looks the same on the new computer as it does when I open it on the external drive. If I click on an iTunes library song from my new computer, it will only play if I have the external drive plugged in.
My back-up drive is a mess. I have multiple copies of music, video, photo, and document files and I don't know how that happened. ={ Obviously, I don't know how to back up stuff properly and there are back-up files extending over a 6- to 8-year period. I think all I did was just drag and drop the main folders from the back-up drive to the same main folders on the C: drive. Also (and I'm kind of fuzzy on this) Windows used to automatically save music files in a folder within my document files (which makes no sense to me). As my Jewish friends would say, "Oy Vey!"

Are you seeing this problem since first launch of PSE13 after installation or recently?
Please try:
Keep Ctrl + Alt + Shift keys pressed while launching PSE13 Editor and click OK on the dialog that comes next.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

#Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
#Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
#Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Cluster does not work after a while

 I have 2 clustered EJB server, the IP address is 192.168.0.226 and
 192.168.0.227.
 A servlet server is calling these two EJB servers with
 t3://192.168.0.226,192.168.0.227:7001
 All three machine use weblogic 5.1 sp9, Win2K Advanced Server.
 If I restart weblogic service, then the cluster works fine. but after while
 the cluster does not work, all the client request goto only one machine, in
 most case it's 227.
 It has no use even if I restart the service in the losted server. I have to
 restart all the server.
 The weblogic.log in the losted server is like this :

Are you running with any proxy? Is the servlet server also the static httpd
 server?
 What type of network equipment are you using? If its high-end (Cisco) make sure
 all ports are set to 100/Full.
 Also, try setting the SendDelay slightly higher (ie. 25, 30, 35). Experiment
 with different values.
