Hi Experts,
While Posting 122 getting error M7021 "Deficit of PU GR quantity 2 EA : 1100000000 1000 G102".
Scenerio : Have received 4 peices of this material with Goods receipt using 105 document and want to return 2 pcs back to Vendor using 122 movement type and getting this error.
Please let me know the problem as when checked with OMCQ it is showing Warning but inspite i am getting error.

MIGO M7021 Deficit of PU IR quantity 1,000 PU

Hi gurus,
i found the error M7021 Deficit of PU IR quantity 1,000 PU when i was trying to cancel a good receipt with movement type 102.
the situation is this:
1. i issued the PO
2. i made the GR for all the quantity of the order
3. i made the invoice verification on the GR for not the all value of the PO
4. i cancel the invoice verification
5. i cannot cancel the GR because of the error M7021 Deficit of PU IR quantity 1,000 PU
also, i can say you that the material is a "no-stock material" so the stock for the plant is 0.
Can anybody helps me?

There is:
1 PU ordered
1 PU in GR (Goods Receipt)
1 PU in IR-L (Invoice Receipt)
1- PU in SD-L (Subs. deb. log. IV)
Now i would like to enter a 1- PU for Good Receipt, so i would like to have a 102 movement with the cancellation of the GR material document, but the system shows me this error message:
Deficit of PU IR quantity 1,000 PU
Message no. M7021
Diagnosis
Shortfall below the specified stock level or quantity amounting to 1,000 PU.
System Response
If the message is an error message (E), the above is not allowed.
If the message is a warning message (W), the system will allow your input, but the warning is intended to prevent you entering a wrong quantity.
Procedure
In the case of a warning message, check the quantity entered.
In the case of an error message, change the quantity or terminate processing.
Note:
The abbreviations in the short text of this message can have the following values:
BA = batch
OR = order
PL = plant
PR = previous period
PU = purchasing document
RE = reservation
SL = storage location
VC = consignment stock from vendor in storage location

we are using SRM 7 SP13 classic scenario.while creating RFx getting error.
Line 0001: Item type 'Service' not allowed for this Item.
i created SC with free text and selected type -service .when purchaser is trying to create RFx getting error like

Hi Vijay ,
SRM does not support hierarchy in service for operational documents like PO, contract, confirmation and invoice in SRM 7. It does support hierarchy in service only for RFx doucments. You need to activate the hierarchy template for SRM for that.
This error comes from the validation regarding item process type. You could trace the error by setting an external breakpoint at class /sappssrm/cl_ih_cust_prov, method: get_allowed_ipt.

Seems like you are missing entry in Trx OBYC - GBB/VAX or GBB/VAY. The long text of the error message would tell you where to maintain the entries. If that is VAX or VAY you would need to maintain the 'Cost of Goods Sold a/c there according to the valuation class.

According to your description and error message, usually, the error 1431 happen if the mirroring breaks. The principal server is not configured for mirroring any more
, but the mirror server still thinks that he is the mirror partner. The state of the Mirror server is
“Disconnected”. I recommend you run the following statement at
the Mirror server.
ALTER DATABASE “DBNAME” SET PARTNER OFF
Then remove the mirroring partnership from the mirror server, run the mirroring wizard again on the principal server.

Your problem is happening because of the applicaiton of an SAP Note. I think PM has nothing to do with this Error. Pl. read the following (which I read this from one SAP website) & check the relevant SAP notes and take action or write to SAP for solution.
Symptom
The posting of goods receipts results in a long runtime.
Other terms
ACTUPD, MIGO, performance, material ledger
Reason and Prerequisites
The actual costing is active.
The performance problems usually occur when there are several procurement alternatives or procurement processes (tables CKMLMV001 and CKMLMV002) for certain materials.
This can be caused by implementing the modification according to Note 1017470 or 919869, [...]

Hi Scott,
With EnableQueryRules and ProcessBestBets set to true in the search rest api, we can get the promoted results(best bets) in SharePoint 2013.
I recommend to type the search rest api URL in the browser directly and then check if the best bets are displayed at the top of the search results.
It will not displayed inside the table for normal results.
Please also make sure that the query text matches the query rule condition.

Can't post response, get error

I Keep getting an Error stating that "your content could not be saved due to an error" and then to contact my system administrator? Says I might have been logged out, but I am definitely. Showing as logged in and it was a copy paste answer from earlier When I got the error An saved my response.
i have tried both a windows machine running ie, and my ipad fully updated. Still same error.
Any ideas why this is?

If this problem persists, please contact your system administrator." I have been logged in each time. I have no idea what this error message means. Who is my system administrator? While processing C015 - Getting Error 'Reservation 000005089 is already being Processed "

I have created a customized Program script which will process MB1A , MIGO and CO15 simultaneously
MB1A - using BAPI
MIGO and CO15 using BADI
When i process for few records everything works fine. But when i process for 2000 records , after processing i am getting error at C015 "Reservation 000005089 is already being Processed".
I tried with wait time up to 8 seconds after MB1A , still i am getting same error.
Can any one suggest how to fix the issue.

Seems its custome message and not the standard one as u syaing ZOTC
Goto SE91
Message Class = ZOTC
and message number = 003
and see what thats says
Next step you can select this row and see where used list
and if you think there is some enhancement or customer code then you need to ask your ABAPer to help you with debugging it

You need to provide more detail e.g. IDoc type, message number etc. Look at the data in the IDoc and try posting a document based on this. Usually you will get the same error and understand why you are getting it.

While running servlets getting errors 404 or 505 resource not found

I'm novice to J2EE.
I've encountered a problem while accessing the deployed module in weblogic 8.1 server.
I'm sure that the webapplication module is deployed as i saw my module in administration console & also the status said that it is deployed.
when i access my web application by specifying the proper server and port no and context root it is showing
either 505 - resource not found error(http://localhost:7001/Suresh-2/Suresh) or 404 - not found error.( http://localhost:7001/Suresh-2/Suresh)
Now let me elaborate what i've done till now.
My webapplication folder structure is : C:\bea\user_projects\domains\mydomain\applications\Suresh\WEB-INF\classes\Sai\ServExamp.class
My servlet is ServExamp.java
I created a folder called "Suresh". In that folder created another folder called "WEB-INF". In WEB-INF created a folder called "Classes".
Since my servlet is in package "Sai", the .class file reside in \Suresh\WEB-INF\Classes\Sai\ServExamp.class
The source code is :

*1) clicked on deployments, then navigated to "Web Application Modules" .*
*2) Clicked "Deploy new Web Application Module"*
*3) Navigated to the location of your web application folder (Suresh). There was a radio button next to it indicating that I can select that folder as a valid web application.*
*4) I Clicked that radio button and clicked "Target Module".*
*5) It informed that my web application "Suresh" will be deployed to myServer.It asked a name for my web application deployment. By default it was "Suresh"*
I clicked Deploy.
*6) After deployment, my web application "Suresh" appeared in the "Web Application Modules" tree on the left.*
I Clicked on "Suresh"( my web application) then clicked the testing tab, then clicked the link shown there(http://localhost:7001/Suresh-2).
It was not showing my servlet (showed a 403 error)

I think so it came b'coz I don't have an index.html or index.jsp page.

Please try the following:

Open the localhost:7001 home page and then look for links to the information you want.
Click Search to look for information on the Internet.
when i just type : http://localhost:7001/ -> Error 404 not found error

Note: I even deployed my war file, which i got by execution of (jar cv0f webapp.war . ) command from the root directory of my web application i.e. Suresh
Then executed my webapplication it is showing
error-505 resource not allowed.

If you're correct, and it's deployed, that would suggest that the URL you gave is incorrect.

Error while posting billing document - Error belongs to Business area/G/L a

Hi All,
When i am posting the billing document i ma getting below error message:
Business Area must be entered, Pl check if the Business Area is correct Message no. ZT017
I think it is due to MWST tax condtion type and respective G/L account only.
When i post 17% tax of MWST i am able to post it - it is having one G/L account,
When i post 5% tax of MWST, i am not able to post it - Different G/L Account - I am getting above error.
Please suggest us to proceed further.

This is not at all related to VKOA settings, because the G/L account determination through OB40 here. But every thing is in place. A1 tax code with XXXXXX G/L account is working fine, A2 tax code with YYYYY G/L account is not working fine. If change A2 tax code G/L account to XXXXXX, it is working fine. Here only with YYYYY G/L account issue,
