While processing Idoc -error

Hi ,
While processing Idocs we are facing with 2 error can any one help me out.
1.Order 123 does not exist
2.Error in document: BKPFF $ DR0CLNT400
Message no. RW609
Diagnosis
Errors occurred when checking or posting the document
Reference type = BKPFF
Reference key = $
Logical system = DR0CLNT400
You can find the errors in the log

HI,
Please go to transaction WE02 and look at the IDOC.
The IDOC will have a STATUS section. when you expand it, it will give you a log with error status. Double click to look at the detailed error.
Looking at the error it looks like you are bringing in an IDOC from another SAP system to this SAP system. The order # 123 against which IDOC is for, doesn't seem to exist in the receiving SAP system.

Hi,
U might be not passing any item value to idoc which might be necessary...wat u can do is
goto WE19 TCODE,give the error idoc number and press execute button,now in the next screen CLICK ON INBOUND FUNCTION MODULE in the application tool bar,now give the FM NAME which triggers teh idoc,check the check box IN DEBUG MODE and radio button IN FOREGROUND....Now it will take to inside of the FM ,now debug and see where it caught the error..

While processing ALEAUD - "Error when locking the audit statistics"

I am sending out IDOC for HR data and then prcessing ALEAUD inbound idoc immediatley (setting is done in WE21 partner profiles).
While processing these incomming idocs, I am getting this error "Error when locking the audit statistics for P01LOGSYS1 IMTIMEDEP HRMD_A" for few idocs. e.g. out of 1000 for 100 idocs this error will happen and IDOC goes to status 51.
If I try to process thes idocs ALEAUD using background processing and if I schedule 2 jobs at a time then I will get same error and IDOC goes to status 51.
Can someone help me out?

I tried processing the idocs in background processing as you have suggested using program RBDAPP01 (inbound).
There are 2 options in this program serial processing and parallel processing. When I select serial processing everyhting goes smooth but it takes long time. But when I select parallel processing I get same locking error mentioned above and only few idocs will get processed successfully with status 53 and all other will error out with status 51.
If I schedule 2 different jobs in background program RBDAPP01 (inbound) using serial processing then same thing will happen. only few idocs will get processed successfully with status 53 and all other will error out with status 51.
And I will get locking error ....
Note 1333417 says, " these IDocs will be processed via background runs of report RBDAPP01 \ RSEOUT00 (using background work processes) in batch mode leaving dialog work processes free for users and mission-critical processes. Hence you will not encounter the resources problems you are currently experiencing. The only other option would be to try increasing the number of available dialog work processes. The number of dialog processes must be greater than or equal to the total of the number of update and background processes per application server and must be configured across all operation mode
switches (see SAP note 74141). *However when there are a large number of IDocs being processed this is not a practical solution."*
Does that mean there is no possoble solution for this issue. If I increase dialog work processes will it be helpfull ?

Getting An error has occured while processing Report error

Ok so I know that the
An error has occured while processing Report The query processor ran out of internal resources and could not produce a query plan.
has been discussed a million times, but I have a problem that I think might be new. I can not change the query that is in use. I need to be able to force SQL to use as much memory as it needs to generate the execution plan and run the query regardless of
impact on performance. Is there any way to do this.
I am running SQL2008R2.
I know that the best thing to do is rewrite the query or to break it into smaller parts but I can not do anything with the current query.

"Error during application input" while processing IDOC with status 51

Hi ,
I tried to post an error IDOC with status "51" of message type FIDCC2 using program RBDINPUT, it just creates a message "Error during application input" . It is not calling the application dialog . Does anyone have answer for this?

Kindly check the RFC entries in t-code SM58.
If any entries are their please release them manually selecting each one and press "F6".

Valuation Data for Article Locked by user (xyz) while processing IDOC's

Prior to getting these errors, we were getting Article Data locked for goods movements errors. I changed an MM config item from "Exclusively Lock" to "Late Lock" for goods movement and it helped.
We are getting majority of these errors. Any help. SM12 does not show that the users are locking.

Looks like your issue related to transaction, i hope any document is existed for this artilce like, PO, outbound delivery, or GR, are all may in Open status, which not processed completly, so its not allowing for movement of stock.

Error while processing XML for more than 5 serial no of a material

Dear Expert
While processing Idoc through some third party system we are getting foloowing error
" No Batch input data for screen RIEQUI21 1000"
As this error is related with serial no. But this happening only when we are using more than 5 Quantity for a material in a sales order and all having different Serial No. and orders having less than 5 quantity of material is running properly.
We are using order type "ORDER 05" in Idoc config in SAP.
Is there any note available in SAP so that we can take more than 5 serial no for a material.

Idoc Error: Could not find code page for receiving system

I am facing the following error while processing Idocs.
ERROR: Could not find code page for receiving system
Diagnosis
For the logical destination BWFIN, you want to determine the code page in which the data is sent with RFC. However, this is not currently possible, and the IDoc cannot yet be dispatched.
Can somebody suggest a solution for this. I have verified that the RFC destinations have been created both on the sender and receiver, ports (WE21) have been defined, and partner profiles (WE20) also created. How would I troubleshoot this problem?

I did analyse on this issue.It is all because of the Langauge settings in the SM59.This can be done by the BASIS person.The Language field would be empty, but when ever we send the IDoc from the unicode to a non unicode system we have to mention the Langauage used.

Application Builder hangs on Processing Merge Errors.vi

I am having a problem building my applciation as an executeable in 8.2.1. During the build process, LabVIEW hangs indeffinately while Processing Merge Errors.vi. I have mass compiled my source directory, and my LabVIEW directory. I have even repaired all of the NI software that I have installed. I have also created a new project and build specification from scratch in case that was corrupted. I created a test project where the only VI was a call to Merge Errors.vi and this build just fine into an .exe. I am at a loss to what the problem is or how I can fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Error while processing INVOIC01 inbound idoc in R/3

Hello @ all,
in XI I'm mapping a XML-file to an INVOIC01 idoc and then sending it to an R/3.
While processing the idoc in the R/3 it is passed to the application and brings the following error:
A company code cannot be determined for LS 0000001111
As solution the system advices to send the company in segment E1EDK14 and ORGID field and the value "011" used as the qualifier, what I allmost did.
And btw. in my case 1111 is not LS but LF.
So has anyone an idea what the problem could be, or how to solve it?
P.S.: To determine the company code for LS 0000001111 in Financial Accounting customizing is not possible, because it is a training system without admin rights I'm working with.

Hi Krishna,
The middleware user is locking the order so the document has not distributed through the system properly.
Try looking at the inbound queue (transaction SMQ2) and outbound queue (SMQ1) for errors. Also look at the BDocs in error (SMW01).
When CRM sends an order to R/3 it waits for a confirmation to be returned, looks like the problem is here, maybe in your delta downloads not being set correctly.

Please check which G/L Accounts were involved and verify that the Field BSEG-MEINS was set to 'optional' in Transaction OB14. The correct Field Status Variant
for the Company Code can be viewed with Transaction OBY6 and the Field
Status Group for G/L Account can be found with Transaction FS00 under
the Create/bank/inter Tab. This should eliminate the Error 00 349.

ALE/ IDoc: Error while checking in and storing

HI Gurus,
i need to send Documents from one system to an other System. I use BDA5
Both system are using different File Systems and the DMS Archive is also different.
I can send the DOCMAS without errors. When i Try to process the Documents i can not process IDocs which have a file (Segment E1DRAWFILES) included. i get the Error messages Error while checking in and storing
I also sent some IDocs which have no files (no segment E1DRAWFILES) and these can be processed. Has anybody an idea whats wrong? If i use normal transaction CV0xN i can upload and checkin documents.
How can i convince SAP to successfully process the IDocs with files from the source system?

or
2. SAP dms Document?
If DMS doc then send details regarding document type, and business object used in definine document type for object linking.
In DC10 U check flag in define object linking, Object chek from ALE[Set flag]
for business document i think differen procdure while defining your document type. i guess.

SM 58 error while posting Idoc

I have installed a Netweaver XI 7.0 recently and have completed postinstallation tasks.
Communication between all XI components (i.e IR, ID and SLD is working.)
I am trying to test an Idoc to File scenario and while posting an Idoc from my R/3 system I am hitting upon this error "No service for system SAPD46, client 800 in Integration Directory".
I have scanned SDN forums and came across note 940313 which talks about the registration of R/3 system on SLD by one of the two methods as below..
Business system
Activities in the System Landscape Directory (SLD)(Create technical system):
      Create a technical system for system ABC in the SLD, and create the client for this. Do not forget to assign an "ALE logical system" (for example, "ABCCLNT123") to this technical system.
      SLD (Business system):
      You can now explicitly assign a business system to this client.
      For more details, refer to the SLD documentation.
      Activities in system ABC (self-registration in the SLD):
      Alternatively, you can register the system in the SLD in system ABC with Transaction RZ70. You will find detailed information about the SLD registration of systems on the SAP Service Marketplace for the "Exchange Infrastructure" in the document "Exchange_Installation_Guide.pdf".
      In system ABC, you can check your configuration with Transaction SLDCHECK.
      Activities in Integration Directory (import business system from SLD):
      You will find the business systems under Services Without Party in the Integration Services. In the Service menu, you will find the system identifiers, the client, and the corresponding ALE logical system under "Objects"->"Adapter-specific identifiers".
      Use the Import/Update button to copy the data from the SLD, to create business systems, or to update their identifiers.
I have performed activities highlighted in BOLD. But still error is same.
My question from XI Gurus is that is there any way to know if the manual step of registering my R/3 system in SLD is sufficient (As the SLD bridge for my R/3 system is not configured and I can not use auto registartion.)
Is there any way to check if the R/3 system is successfully registered.

I think it is due to basis problem, at ID one of service is not working. Please check below mention link for configuration steps

Meanwhile check all authorization for IDOC processing, else can't process idoc in XI
For IDOC to FILE scenario follow below steps
1. Define Logical system through BD54 after that assign logical system to client through SCC4 window in R3 & XI systems
2. Define RFC destination through SM59 window in R3 & XI
3. Define Port & partner profile through WE21, WE20 windows
4. Trigger idoc from transaction code or test window through WE19.
5. In XI configure SLD under define Product, Component, Technical & business system, it should be WEB as ABAP type.
6. Import component from SLD to ID window meanwhile import idoc from R3
7. Define target structure according to ur requirement and map accordingly
8. Define ports IDX1 & IDX2 in XI
9. In ID define scenario under import business system and configure steps according to ur requirement. Here IDOC is sender so no need communication channel and sender agreement.
It will work without fail

Two status for one idoc while IDOC_STATUS_WRITE_TO_DATABASE, giving error

I am using a Z function module to process an incoming idoc (custom process code).
While using the test tool WE19, I am trying to process an idoc. When I am using Inbound Function Module tab, the idoc is processing normally. But when I am using Standard Inbound, it is giving me message Idoc saved but cannot or should be processed.
Idoc was in status 64.
I tried debugging and found that idoc (while processing from Standard Inbound) in FM IDOC_STATUS_WRITE_TO_DATABASE, it is giving an error message because two status are present for the same Idoc.
While processing from Inbound function module, there is only one status in FM IDOC_STATUS_WRITE_TO_DATABASE and idoc is processing successfully.
Please advice, if anyone know why it is happening and how it is happening. I have not searched for SAP notes.

Check in your partner profile inbound parameters what options is selected. Trigger Immediately or Trigger by background program. Select Trigger immediately and try processing the idoc once again.

This happens when I select an image as default in NetInstall, OS X Server 2.1.1
It happened also in version 2.1
Otherwise, NetInstall is working fine when I connect from an other mac through my network.
Every other services work fine too.
Does someone else have this issue ?
