Hi Rakeshbos,
Does the error occur when you are trying to run the AddOn from within Visual Studio? Or after you create the setup, and are trying to install the AddOn? Or the AddOn is already compiled and installed, and the error occurs when you're working?
Please provide the most detailed information possible.

Sorry to hear about the unexpected error with your camera! Let's work on getting this resolved for you today. Have you been able to clear the cache on your camera app? You can do this by going to Menu>Settings>Applications Manager>All tab>Camera. Then, tap Force Stop, Clear Data, and reboot your phone.

When you make an ard select the target CPU x86 rather then any CPU in advanced complied options.

Then put a SIM in. You cannot activate an iPhone without a compatible Sim.
If your iPhone was hacked/jailbroken the update restore the lock.

There was an error while writing data back to the server: Failed to commit objects to server : Duplicate object name in the same folder.

I am working in a new enviorment and i am trying to save a report to the Crystal Server via the CMC. I am uploading the report from the objects tab and attempting to save to a folder. The report has 1 static defined parameter and that's it. When i click submit to save the report i receive the following error message: "There was an error while writing data back to the server: Failed to commit objects to server : Duplicate object name in the same folder." There is not a anothe report within the folder with that name. What could be causing this error message and equally important, what is the solution.

hte message you received about duplicate user probably means something hadn't fully updated yet. Once it did then it worked...

DO NOT USE PREVIEW TO FILL OUT PDF FORMS, IT WILL DESTROY PDF FILES. Sorry, but I had to shout here to prevent damage to your PDF files.
Here is one of the symptoms when you fill out a PDF form with Preview: If you save it and return it to the author, they will not be able to see the text that you've added to form fields - unless they click on a field, which will reveal the contents of just that field. You can recover from this problem, but Preview will also remove other field types, and will actually rewrite your complete PDF while ignoring what it does not understand. Export release build failed with an error message: complilation failed while excuting : compile-abc

I updated air sdk from 4.0 to 16.0 beta to fix apple app store submitting bug. I can build the project and run it on simulator without any problem. But when I tried to export the ios release build, I got this error message: complilation failed while excuting : compile-abc.
I use commmand line to excute compile-abc.exe with the parameters that adt gives it, but it failed without any error message.
Here is the command line:

There's a empty file AOTBuildOutput-0000001821_1821.o left in the command line workaroud path. I opened file AOTBuildOutput-0000001821.abc, but didn't get any clue. How can I trace this problem?

I don't know EG01 transaction, but if SAP says "material 5 does not exist " then SAP is usually right.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

it's in system preferences > security and privacy > general > show a message when the screen is locked.

I execute a T-SQL query, which will retrieve large amount of data, however, I get an error message after a few seconde.

The other two posters suggested that the problem with tempdb or you data/log files. This is not the case here. The error message relates to the client-side of things. Apparently SSMS needs to store data on disk. I don't recall exactly when this happens,
but I seem to recall that the files appear in you %TEMP% directory.
I would suggest that your correct action is to clean up the disk. Not the least there may be a lot of junk in your %TEMP% and %TMP% directories.

Thanks Erland, I was not aware of this earlier. Now, I am able to find out one of the resons for slowness of SSMS gird. Also, I have just checked it with process monitor, SSMS is creating tmp%.tmp files..
