While the computer works just fine on our wi-fi, the iPad often says "Cannot connect to the server." What is causing this?
We have wireless in the house that services a PC and the iPad. Even when the PC is doing just fine, the iPad often won't send e-mail and wont let Safari connect to the internet. It gives a message that says "Can't connect to the Server." Why is this happening and what is the quick fix? Thanks for any help you can provide.
Your wireless router might be a bit old and you might need a newer wireless router.
some wireless routers wont work very well with the iPad.
Lots of people get this problem and think that it is their iPad that is dodgy
but it might be your wireless router.
What type of wireless router do you have and how old is it?

Why does my ipad always says CANNOT CONNECT TO ITUNES STORE even when i got all the internet connections needed?
Check to make sure you don't have your restrictions turned on, which may be preventing your access to iTunes.
Tap on the settings icon, then tap General, then check to see if you have restrictions turned to ON. If so turn it off. -

Can I ask a couple questions?
1. Are you using a proxy? If so, make sure that it is configured under Settings
2. Have you tried restarting your computer? I've had a similar problem, where all browsers on my mac won't connect. Try restarting, that worked for me (you've probably already tried that but just in case :) )
If none of these work, try starting in safe mode just in case an add on is messing with it. If that doesn't work, keep us posted!!

Voicemail is left at your carrier's server. That will continue to work unless you report your iPhone as lost or stolen with your carrier.
You may never find it again and you can't if the iPhone remains offline or out of service which means the iPhone is powered off or doesn't have cellular reception. -
I got an iPad 2 and I cannot get my pictures to upload from a micro sd card as the iPad is saying device not accepted using too much power. Can anyone help? My iPad 2 is a 16 gb and my micro sd card is 4 gb
You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit. First download the pics to your computer.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import.

Want to die. I've wasted my entire Sunday trying to connect to Wifi on my phone. I tried the reset network settings, restored the phone to factory settings then restored the backup and still no game. I have restarted the **** thing and am very frustrated. Every time I've updated my software with Apple I end up having to replace my phone. It's worth a hard reset (press and hold the sleep/wake button and the Home button together, ignoring the 'slide to power down' message and then release them when the display blanks. Press the sleep/wake button until the logo appears and then wait for the restart which takes a little while...)
Apart from that, it may be worth clearing Safari's cache, etc..... (Settings > Safari > Clear History/Cookies/Cache)
In any event, 'Good luck'!!
If all else fails it IS possible that some WiFi hotspots are VERY hot and emit more power than is really allowable in the Standards, resulting in 'frying' your WiFi receiver (possible but unlikely). If this is the case, return your iPhone to an Apple store with the 'WiFi not working' message but don't mention Starbuck's or anyone else.....just don't use Starbuck's WiFi service ever again! -

However upon automatic update to Firefox 5 the site is not openned propperly. Only the low resolution version works now. There seems to be an error in handling HTML5?!You can display the traditional menu bar temporarily by press F10 or the Alt key. My itunes continues to play very faintly after I quit the program. I actually though I was going crazy but it does continue to play after the program has been shut down. Very, very low volume though. I can't pause it or turn it up or down. I do us imatch. Please Help!!!!
Do you have backups of all the data on the startup drive? If not, do nothing else until you've backed up that data, if you still can.
