While transporting Key Figures from Dev to Quality system, error occured.

Hello Experts,
While transporting Key Figures from Development to Quality system, I am getting this error : " /BIC/AZPA1R_CT40-/BIC/ZPA1RBA10 (specify reference table AND reference
field)".
Here, I have changed the data type of the key figure from Number type to Amount type. Then I activated them, captured in request and when transported I got the error saying "/BIC/AZPA1R_CT40-/BIC/ZPA1RBAL9 (specify reference table AND reference field)"
These Key Figures are used in ODS.
Is there I am missing something, please tell how can I make these transports successfull.

Yes you missed to transport reference object.
Previously key figure data type is number then you have changed to Amount. While changing data type to amount You should maintain reference char like 0currency, Doc_currency......in the Unit/currency tab. ( If you use fixed unit or currency no need to maintain any reference Object).
During transpotation you need to collect this reference char with main key figure and then transport.

What exactly this error iam not able to trace . Before releasing the object from the
development server i have see any error's are there the extended check hasnt given me any errors either.
The help for this error says that

i have did what sap has said ............. i can see that in the quality server a custom badi
of FI module has been in error. Will this be a reason for my badi ...which doesnt have any error..

I have done minor enhancement on one Master Data Data Source. The transports went fine in R/3 side. But in BW system it is giving an error message

Hi Venkat,
The problem is during Replicate if the datasource in the target system or during trasport of the InfoSource related.
In this second situation try to transport the Transfer Roules of the InfoSource with all related under/bottom objects, the system will include the Replicate of the DataSource.
Check also if the mapping of the sender and receiver system is correct: Tools --> Mapping of the sorce system...

Hi Jith,
First of all try to consolidate all your objects in a single TR and then move to Q from D.
In this case check for the list of objects that you have in your TRs. If TR 3 have all the Objects that were in TR1, TR2, then transporting TR3 alone will work.
Also, you can find the information related to the elements that were missed in your TR1,TR2 by following process.
1. Go to your transport Logs and then to the entries marked as Error.
2. There you will find the Query Element Ids, copy them
3. Now, go to Table(Se16) RSZELTDIR, there enter those query elements.
Now, you can able to find the elements that you have missed in your TRs. Hope this helps you.

Transporting a routine from dev to Quality

Hi Frnds,
I have transported a transformation from Dev to Quality. After that i got a requirement, so that i have written routine for a infoobject in Dev. Now i want to transport only that routine to quality.
Here in transport connection i am not able to find out the routine bcoz this transformation having more than 20 routines.Here in transport connection routines are with technical names.
How can I find out my routine technical name?
Or Is there any other way that i can transport this routine only into quality?

Hi Sridhar,
Surely you can collect everything and transport it will not impact anything existing. Only if you have made some changes to the transformations in development that are not in quality, will be moved to quality.
Simple way to collect small objects is go to the change mode of the transformation it will ask you for transport request. Give the request number and it is ready for import in quality.

System : SCM 5.0 (SP 8), BI 7.0 (SP 12)
1) We are trying to transport Data source objects from Development server to Quality server.
2) Data sources of Type R/3 and Web Service.
3) We are able to transport the objects from Dev.
4) Once we import the objects to Quality server, the objects are becoming into INACTIVE stage.

OBJECT SKIPPED while transporting the objects from DEV to QA.

Hi All,
While transporting the objects to Quality, I'm getting a warning saying Objects are skipped.
Can anyone please explain how to get rid of this error? We are facing this issue almost for all the transports which we are moving and the objects do not get transported to the next environment. We have to ask BASIS to use overwrite functionality while transporting to fix this each and every time we face an error.
If any SAP notes are available then please share it to me.

Objects of the selected object types exist in your system as changeable even if this system is globally set to not changeable. As a result, these objects are no longer connected to the transport system.

How to transport process chains from dev to quality ?

I have developed few ip s ,dtp s , transf etc for few iobj. Few are available and few are not in Q. I know if all are available how to move a pc but in this case, what is the best approach to move all the respective objects related to that pc into Q.
I mean do i have to manually verify what is available in Q and then move the missing dtp,ip,tran etc first ...and then move the pc or..... I can just send the respective dtp,ip ,tran etc while transporting the PC. That is my doubt.
I have many objects (dtp,ip,trans)and almost 20 pc need to be moved to Q .Experts, Please suggest the best approach.

Can you please tell me what do you mean by ...first the objects and the process chains need to be moved..... anyway we are moving the objects along with the process chains rite, ..do you mean if anyother obj is locking the obj which is needed for this pc .....for ex I have global_data and I have selected that chain and put necessary obj.
Its showing the chain after collecting the objects. Now do i have to change it to before and after and make the dispaly to list and then compare the obj from Q which are not existing .....and then check or uncheck the respective objects which are not existing and then transport it.
Can u pls tell me if I am doing right ?

I tried to delete search connector via SE38 ESH_ADM_INDEX_ALL_SC also return the same error.
Anyone experienced this before?
I have already raised an OSS message to SAP waiting for their reply.

Can anyone tell me how can I transport my marketing attributes from Development System to Quality to Production Environment ?
I have my TRMS set up. But since Marketing Attributes don't get assigned to any TR I am finding it difficult to port them.

CRMD_MKT_TOOLS works fine to move the Marketing Set/Attributes form one box to another box (eg: dev -> qty), as part of data migration - my ABAPer wrote the ABAP function to default the Marketing Attributes in dev. based on SAP number(s) generated in dev. (eg: S0000000129) but these number are not the same in another box (qty) as they are system generated. When we moved his code to qty. data migration is failed. My question is - what is the best approach or logic to deal with such situations

Transporting GRC Configuration from Dev to Quality

I am in the process of wrapping up configuration in Dev for the GRC applications. I would like some information on how to transport configuration of Workflows (initiators, stages, etc..), Mitigation controls, Rules/Risks in CC, FF configuration.
Also has anubody configured a User Exit for FireFighter IDs so as to now allow them to login directly into the backend.

AE and CC both have methods of moving content from one system to another.
In AE have a look at Configuration -> Initial System Data. The Export Data option will allow you to move Roles and Workflow conifg etc. It will create a compressed filed that you will then insert into the destination instance.
In CC you can download your rule set and upload it into the destination system. Go to Rule Architect -> Utilities -> Export Rules. A text file will be created that you can then import into the destination instance.
In FF the only configuration that I know you can transport is the defintion of the Reason Codes. All other "config" data will have to be redefined in the destination system/client.
Lastly, I have implemented the User Exit correction a couple of times now. It works as designed. Once applied to your system, when a firefighter ID is used to log directly onto SAP a message box will appear stating that direct logons with firefighter IDs are not allowed.

We have implemented change request and upgraded for SP 15 support pack
when the user tries to import through urgent correction by selecting pass correction to test the TP is not getting imported, when i checked the log it is saying
System cancel RFC destination SM_BQ2CLNT100_TRUSTED, Call TMW_SET_PROJECT_SWITCHES: No authorization to logon as trusted system (Trust ed RC=2).
You cannot import any requests for project BD2_P00001 at the moment
Then i went to show project status switches and changed as "Request can be imported" from " request cannot be imported", then the user is able to import the UC from the task list,
But ideally the status switches should be " request cannot be imported" so that the TP can be imported only through change request.
kindly give ur inputs as it is very urgent.

Error while transporting data source from Dev to QA

Hi , I am transporting 0glaccext hier data source. I created the transport with the the transfer rules and the corresponding Infopackage. when I collect the transfer rules I have 4 transfer structures present in the transfer rules which are
" 0GLACCEXT_T011_HIER_BA1" BA2 , BA3 and BA4. when I am importing the data source, I am getting the following error messages
"Mapping between data source 0GLACCEXT_T011_HIER and source system QASCLNT400 is inconsistent"
and then
"Reference to transfer structure 0GLACCEXT_T011_HIER_BA1 not available. No activation possible.
Message no. RSAR436
Diagnosis
Transfer structure 0GLACCEXT_T011_HIER_BA1 should be transported into this system.
However, no DataSource mapping refers to this transfer structure.
System Response
The transfer structure was not activated or deleted.
Procedure
Ensure that DataSource mapping, with a reference to the transfer
structure 0GLACCEXT_T011_HIER_BA1 is on the same transport request. Use the transport connection to create a consistent request."
