While trying to open printer properties, Adobe Photoshop CC stopped working. How can we resolve this?

I've some problems about Adobe CC Series. For example, when I'm working in Photoshop then try to open printer properties, Adobe photoshop cc stopped working. Illustrator and InDesign have same problem. I've not got this problem in Adobe CS6 Series. Can you help me pleae?

For the problem that the issue is not happening on a different Account, Adobe does have a KB trying to save your orriginal account:

Folowing these steps should actually result in either that you are able to work on your original Account, or that you at least did everything possible (according to Adobe) to save your account.
You should not be required to use a Second Email for using Photoshop, This does not make much sense, Your AdobeID and OS Account are (or at least should) not (be) linked to eachother.
Hopefully this will help you to work with the original Account again.

This happens at a variety of times. Sometimes while scanning sometimes while bookmarking sometimes while adding pages from a file.
What I have done is made sure the program was up to date, a repair install, updated scanner drivers, replace the scanner with a different model, made sure the workstation was current with MS patches. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

BradThanks for the reply. Sorry I wasn't clear the version is XI standard. And I did check for updates. The program is current. Still a few times a day the program will crash and my user will have to start over again on the document she is working on. Very frustrating for her and me.

Besides that message, do you get any other information about the crash in your screen?
I guess you're on Windows, don't believe that Apple computers show this type of error message.
Running as administrator, or other compatibility settings could solve your problem. -

I have a program called commission killer that I have downloaded and I can't open it because it says compileBot has stopped working. It then tells me to either close the program or have Windows look for a solution and then it closes without any solution. I want to be able to use this program and yet I don't know what to do to correct this. I have deleted it closed the firewall and the security program AVG but that didn't work either when I redownloaded the program. The only way at this point I have found to open the files is the SilkyPix software that came with the camera. I have sent SilkyPix an email to see if they will offer a DNG conversion option. At this point only jpeg or tiff is the available option.
So I export all the files out (unaltered) from SilkyPix to tiff, then import into Lightroom 5.4 as DNGs.photogetgo wrote:

That would solve the issue if they could export the raw data as a DNG. But that's unlikely. They probably don't want to provide you the option of using another raw converter (for whatever silly reasons). It appears they offer the option of saving a DNG of the rendered not raw data but that doesn't buy you anything. Bottom line is, you have to wait on Adobe to update the proprietary raw format that has no reason to be proprietary in the first place. The optional JPEG most cameras provide isn't proprietary and everyone has access to that data the day the camera ships. But for some politically stupid reasons, the camera manufacturers don't do this with the raw data and we all get to wait on every other company who's raw converter we'd like to use to spend the time and money to update the format. It will eventually happen, begging the question why the camera manufacturer's do this in the first place. -

I have been using Photoshop CC since it first came out and I recently updated the software and that is when it started to do this. I am still able to use the software normally. KellyIt looks like you mistakenly copied plugins from a previous version of Photoshop.
You need to delete the obsolete plugins that you copied by mistake.
And remember that the Plug-Ins folder is only for third party plugins now, not Adobe plugins. -

adobe reader 11.0.10 windows 7 home edition Everything was working fine, but I got a "communication not available error" and rebooted the wifi. The next day, when I went to print, after selecting the number of copies etc, I clicked on "print". The next screen is the progress report "Printing xxx.file.", and nothing happens. The computer is completely lock and I have to reboot. I can print excel and word files, but no pdf files, either from the internet or one of my documents. I have tried saving the internet pages and then printing later, but that doesn't work either. One suggestion was to go to edit, preferences, security enhanced and turn off enable. That worked for one document ( a test) from my computer, but when I tried another file, no go

Michaelrutland do you receive any specific error messages? Did Photoshop CC work previously? Also which operating system are you using? Finally I would recommend reviewing your installation log files for errors. Adobe creative cloud has stopped working, all my individual programmes from adobe open and work fine, but when I try to open adobe cloud it starts to open then says adobe cloud has stopped working, looking for a solution then shuts down, I can not open it at all.

On Creative Cloud,Photoshop CC Trial (or any other Adobe programs) does not download , States "Download error Press Retry to try again... (49)". How can I resolve this?
Try logging out of the CC Application and restarting your computer. Also, try running the CC app as an administrator.
