While upgrade to LWAP error : AP Radios not supported.

Question

Hello Experts,
i am using upgrade tool and LWAP image c1100-rcvk9w8-tar.123-11JX1.tar.but still i am not able to  upgrade to LWAP.
when i check detail log in upgrade tool its shows the AP Radios  not supported.can somebody help me in this regard. Thank you in  anticipation..

Hello ,
What are you refering by word Broken AP(1121series ) how do i confirm it is broken.
when i access it from CLI it looks completely fine m but when i do GUI access it shows the above GUI screen.
Can you Please help me to how to to check it is damaged.
