White background to all keynote presentstions

Hi
Could anyone please help me, i,m fairly new to apple and have several presentations from my previous windows based computer, they all play in keynote but have lost there background theme colour, is there an easy way to put this back without going to each page and doing it manually.
thanks
Frank

*To be a little more specific here, frank first off I would like to know the version you are working with in Keynote. I use Keynote '09 So heres how you would change a background or theme in '09.*
*You can open up the Inspector button, then go to the second tab from the left. There is going to be Two Tabs to click on, click on the "Appearance" tab, then go down to the bottom were you can change the color of the background*
*You can also click on the Drop-Down Menu that says "Color Fill" and choose an Image background.*
*Or you can simply go to the toolbar at the top of Keynote, and click the "Themes" Icon.*
*Here a Drop Down Menu will show, and you have a choice of over several themes to pick from.*

  • How do I get rid of white background in all the ios7 functions?

Ok, I downloaded the new IOS7 and all the backgrounds are pure white.  Staring at the screen now is giving me an awful headache. How do I get some sort of darker color like a grey or black back ground so I can look at the screen?

You are not alone! I've been getting bad headaches as well and you are correct it is the over use of brilliant white. Its particularly bad with Notes and Calander.I asked at the Apple store in Manchester if there was a way of reverting back to iOS6 but it looks like I'm stuck with it.
It feels like Apple have broken my iPad!

  • How can I make the background one solid color?  It is too difficult and noticeable when I use the retouch button and try to erase all the creases in my backdrop.  So, how can I have just a solid white background?

When talking about a specific image posting the image may be useful.
One can use a Layer Mask and add a white Layer underneath.

  • How do I insert a white background all throughout my iMovie?

Apologies if this is a primative question, but I cannot find the answer anywhere. I'm on a Mac (10.9.2), using iMovie 10.0.2, and I've tried inserting "Maps & Backgrounds" white, which hasn't done the job (thought it would allow me to use it as a true background throughout, allowing images and movies to be placed atop it). What I'm hoping to accomplish?
I have a logo (both as png and jpg formats), but I want it to appear on a white background without it being resized or placed over the movie as a transparent logo. I want it to appear cleanly at the end of the video, without those "black bars" at the sides. I want to turn all "black bars" into "white bars" so there never appear to be any bars at all. The "Ken Burns" solution isn't a solution, as I don't want to logo to move. I want it centered without the black bars. So again, what I REALLY want to know is how to alter the default background color to WHITE, so I never again have to see black anywhere. How can this be accomplished?
Thank you so much to anyone who can answer this! It is driving me mad! You're awesome!

ahh now I got it, sorry me alien, lost in translation
    • use the White background generator for parts without pics
    • use the crop tool to make stills 'full-screen'
    • for pics without 16:9 aspect ratio, use any pic-processor (I recommend Pixelmator) to put the pic on a 16:9 white...
example, using your Macs built-in Preview.app:
    • opening a portrait-ratio picture, cmd-c (copy)
    • opening any 16:9 white picture (e.g a screen-shot from your iM project ... ), cmd-v (paste)
importing the processed pic into iMovie - tadahh!: full-screen white!
by 'prepping' pics, you could accomplish even more elaborated effects, e.g. placing two/many pics into a single frame ....
    hope this helps.

  • Every site I go to has all white background, how do I change it back to normal?

I've lost the colors of all the web sites I go to each day. Now all sites have solid white background.
I might have change something somewhere in the controls but i have no idea what it was.
    thank you for you help

Are all the other page styles intact, it's just the background color has changed, or is the layout pretty much stripped of style?
To make sure that Firefox is set to let sites choose their own colors, you can review this setting:
Mac: "3-bar" menu button (or Firefox menu) > Preferences > Content
Win: "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Content
Click the "Colors" button and make sure the box is checked to "Allow pages to choose their own colors"
Then OK back to the page and, if necessary, reload.
    Does that fix it?

Make sure your system software is up to date.
Click the Apple  menu (top left in your screen) then click:  Software Update ...
And try troubleshooting Flash. Uninstall then reinstall.

I have been trying to watch tutorials on how layering works. All I want to do is this: I have one image of a radio with a white background. I need to have just the radio extracted, then on a new layer (white one/blank/plain) I need to copy and paste the image of the radio two times. How can I DO THIS!?!?!?! Thanks!

In Editor, go to the expert tab.
Open picture B, the one you wish to select the radio from to add to another picture.
Use one of the selection tools, e.g. selection brush, lasso tool, to select the object. You will see an outline ("marching ants") once the selection is complete
Go to Edit menu>copy to copy the selection to the clipboard
Open picture A, then go to Edit>paste
Use the move tool to position object from picture B.
In the layers palette you should see picture A as the background layer, and the radio B on a separate layer.

  • I have 5 layers of texts with a white background on the bottom(V1). I want to cross dissolve to black at the same time on all layers. However they all don't disappear at the same time. It seems the top layer fades out last, and so on.

You can condense multiple clips that are stacked above each other into a nest. The nest appears as a single clip in the Timeline. If you need to modify the individual clips inside after you have created the nest, it can be expanded again by double clicking it.

  • PowerShell V2: all white background?

I have tried, and all I can get is white behind the actual text, while the rest of the console screen is still all black. Which, um, looks like crap. ;)
Is there a way to get black text on a full white background in v2?
    Thanks!

    Here's what I use:
    # use black on white for all text
    $Host.Ui.RawUi.ForeGroundColor = "Black"

    $host.privatedata.ErrorForegroundColor = "Black"
    $host.privatedata.ErrorBackgroundColor = "White"
    $host.privatedata.WarningForegroundColor = "Black"
    $host.privatedata.WarningBackgroundColor = "White"
    $host.privatedata.DebugForegroundColor = "Black"

    ''italic text''
The problem with the internet sites showing a white background seemed to start after I had updated Firefox according to a pop-up that said the update was available.
On my aol web site I can read my email, but cannot automatically send to a person on my roster. I have to type in the full address. When I go to google page to do a search, the background is white.
