White bar shows at the top of the screen when dvd played on a mac.

I am using DVDSP 3. When I play the dvd on a mac there is a white bar at the top of the screen saying the marker names. If I watch the same dvd on the dvd player hooked up with my tv, it plays fine and does not show any extra area the white bar at the top. Is there any way I can prevent this from happening?
Do worry about it. It sounds like you have coded with the "text track" of the .mov file left superimposed onto the pictures. If you open your original .mov in Quicktime, you can turn off the text track. Then save a reference Quicktime file, and then use this to make your .mp2. Alternatively, change your marker settings when you do a FCP playout (assuming you are using FCP) - turn off the marker export; or make sure that you have chosen compatible settings for your version of DVD SP3. Also, you can write down the timecodes, and put your Chapter markers into DVD SP3 by hand.

While Im on my facebook messages, text messages, recent calls, even on snapchat. On the other discussion, people have cleared their whole phone and it still happens. Here are two "Menu" add-ons which alter the Menu bar into one button.
With this one you can move the new "Menu" button into the Customize Palette, and then when you hit the '''Alt''' key the "Menu will open down from the Titlebar on the left. Won't affect the action of the Firefox button when you de-select the Menu Bar.<br />

The top of the screen is where the applications menus appear on the left and system icons (time, volume. etc) appear on the right side.
This entire area is "covered over" when you enter into "Full Screen" mode. You can expose it while still in full screen by moving your cursor over the area. -

At the top of my screen when using Mozilla Foxfire, I have the following lines
Line ! starts with the word File
Line two is the tabs in use, i.e. Google Email and Mozilla Firefox
The next line down (#3( is a line that has an arrow to the left and shows the current web page on which I am working.
Line $ is "Most Visited" sites
Line 6 is ShopAtHome.com
What do we call these 6 lines and how do i add to them or delete them?You can right click a toolbar to open the right-click context menu and set which toolbars to display.

You didn't mention what is on toolbar 5 and toolbar 6 (ShopAtHome) seems to be ad-ware or malware.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.<br />
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.<br />
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

I opened my iPod Touch up to fix my home button. When i closed it back up it had a white screen. I tried pressing lock and home button for 10 seconds and it worked but while i'm using it it goes white with lines on the screen. Help please. Since I upgraded to iOS8, my iPad screen permanently shows the bookmarks bar down the left. This means I can only use about ⅔ of the screen when in landscape mode. Is there something I am missing which allows me to hide/show the bookmarks bar? Thanks

Try resetting your phone, hold the home and sleep/wake button down until the apple symbol comes up, then release. If that doesnt work, you may have damaged your phone and need to take it to an apple genius bar.

Hey, I'm having the exact same problem.
I just got my Macbook Pro and I tried to partition/install windows xp the first day I got it. After successfully partitioning my HD, the 50GB partition didn't show up while trying to install the windows platform.
To be a bit more specific, it doesn't even show up in my startup disk in the system preferences menu (if that's any help?)
So after about a week of abandoning my Macbook and going back to my PC I went to the Apple store and someone from the genius bar just told me to reformat the entire thing...so that's what I did and I'm still having the same problem.

Please can someone assist me on what to do on the following;
After update of my iphone 3GS ios. I found out that my iphone has returned back to factory setting and it shows No Service on the top left corner of my iphone screen. It equally shows on the screen that I have to set up the iphone before using it again. I followed the on screen display then get connected to a WiFi, but the response I was getting is that the Set up Server cannot be contacted please try again latter. I chose the option of using itune through my Laptop. The response I was getting here is that my iphone cannot be connected the itune store because my iphone was not found.
I am regretting why I updated the ios. Please, can someone advise me on what to do please.
