White bright light on unlocking the phone while using the touch ID

Whenever i unlock my phone using touch finger id , a bright white light comes up on the left top corner.

It sounds like you are getting a flash of light in the upper left corner of your screen when you unlock the phone using Touch ID. I would start by quitting all the open apps first:
iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that and restart the phone and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If it persists, I would next backup your device to iTunes with this article:

And restore it from your backup with this article to delete the current iOS installation, and install a fresh copy

Mysterious white screen when waking up the phone by using the lock button

Anyone else experiencing this?
Every now and then (about 5 out of 10 times) when my phone would fall asleep in an unlocked state, and i press the top lock button to wake it up, my screen turns white for a few seconds before returning to its normal screen. This doesn't happen if i wake up the phone with any other key (including the silent button on the top). I am only having this issue with the lock button. Is this something that is normal on all 8900s? Or can this "issue" escalate to something more serious? Any input would be great. Oh by the way, i already tried multiple battery pulls (did not help).

I am unable to get into the chat. I tried explorer and chrome and neither will allow us to access the chat. It continues to go around and around.

my iphones screen went black it still works but i cant see anything i have tried resetting the phone and letting it die and nothing .. i did recently drop my phone in water but i dried it out and it worked for me again is there anything i can do to fix my phone or am i hooped ??

If you reset it, and it's still having that problem after dropping it in the water, the iPhone will beed service.

Is anyone experiencing electrical discharges into the ears while using the iPhone 5 or 5S earbuds?

I have been experiencing at first mild, then much stronger electrical discharge in my ears while wearing the iPhone 5/5S earbuds. I went back to the Apple store, where they immediately exchanged them for a new pair. Yet upon first use the same problem recurred, leaving me with lingering pain in my ears. This has never happened with any other earbuds before. I read that it's static electricity caused by excessive dryness in the air, polyester clothing, etc. none of these conditions applied to me.
Are other people experiencing this problem?

If I am not mistaken, the inablilty to use data and phone is a limitation of the LTE format. Not a Apple specific problem.

I don't have a question so much as a comment for APPLE. I am a new iPhone 5s user and it has many things I like but It is too small and I can only talk on the phone and use the internet if i am in a position to use a wifi connection and that is not good

I am a new iPhone 5s user. I like many of the features it offers. I don't like that I cannot talk and use the internet (if I am away from WI-FI) and this phone is too small. I am actually thinking of returning it and going back to an Android. After all the hassle it took to get all my stuff working on this phone , it may be worth the switch. This phone needs to be able to multitask freely in this day and age. Also Safari is not the best search engine but I could work with it if I could talk and use it at the same time. I use my phone for business and this is a feature that is needed in my line of work.

I understand that the OP failed to do research. But then, I wasn't replying to the OP. I was replying to Chris. I have Verizon. I can talk and use data at the same time with my Droid Maxx. Therefore, the problem is not just with the network. It would be technically possible for an iPhone to do that on Verizon/Sprint if Apple had chosen to use a different chip, such as the kind other phone manufacturers have elected to use.
Of course, this is probably all irrelevant to the OP's issue. It was merely a point of clarification, especially for those people who are used to being able to use both voice and data at the same time on Verizon. When they switch to an iPhone, they are often surprized at the limitation.

does anyone know of a way to actually tuen the phone bit off and just use the camera and video camera as to not interfere with the planes instruments i.e. no mobile phones allowed.

Briefly press power and then select the OFFLINE profile.
This will turn off all radios.
Just be aware that on some flights some flight attendants may not allow phone usage even in OFFLINE mode.

Why does my iPhone 3GS keep restarting on its own, and when I move the phone while its restarting, a white screen comes up and then it takes a while to turn it back on!

Sounds like hardware failure, called boot loop. Call Apple and or go on apple.com and make Genius Bar appointment to have your iphone reviewed by a Tech. Provided you iphone shows no physical or liquid damage they will take care of you, or if you have Apple Care Plus

If you don't have the option to play music by genre on your iPhone, try this step to find the Genre option:
Browse your music library.
You can browse your music by playlist, artist, or other category. For other browse options, tap More. Tap any song to play it.
To rearrange the tabs in the Music app, tap More, then tap Edit and drag a button onto the one you want to replace.

Try resetting your phone by holding down the home and off button until the apple symbol comes up. Then if still doing, restore your phone in itunes from your backup.

You do realize that the SIM only contains account information for your wireless account.
Moving the SIM from phone to phone does not cause any of your iTunes content, contacts, email, etc to magically appear on the device.

I would also like this issue addressed.
I am using a Plantronics Voyager Pro+ and when it is connected to my iPhone 4, email and text sounds are not audible through the phone. The phone just vibrates when a new text or email is received.
I don't really care if it plays through the headset, but it should at least play through the phone. I tested the headset from a BlackBerry and the alerts play fine.
