White corners with flashing "REC" home video style filter?

I'm looking for a template or some type of filter to put over a few video clips to make them look like home video - with the white 'photo' corners and a flashing 'REC' symbol in red or similar in one of the top corners.
Is there a place where I can get this?
Ideally if it would change the quality of the video to make it look more home video like it would be ideal, but not essential
Anyone have any ideas?

This can be done within FCE.
Effects>Video Filters>Video>Viewfinder.
Stylize>Add noise. Or similar filter, there are plenty to choose from.
Once the filters are applied open the Filters Tab in the Viewer to manipulate them to suite your taste.

(SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer.
    If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.
    2. Reinstall Snow Leopard
    If the drive is OK then quit DU and return to the installer.  Proceed with reinstalling OS X.  Note that the Snow Leopard installer will not erase your drive or disturb your files.  After installing a fresh copy of OS X the installer will move your Home folder, third-party applications, support items, and network preferences into the newly installed system.
    Download and install Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1.

    Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears.     What does this mean.   We are getting a white screen with flashing file icon with question mark inside the file. 

    It almost certainly means it can't find a bootable volume (one with OS X on it).
    Which means most likely you will have to find your original system installation DVD and install it. Then you should figure out what caused the problem.

    It means your iMac cannot located a valid system to boot.
    Insert the CD that came with the iMac and allow it to boot. Once it gets the point where it's offering to install the OS, go to the top menu and choose diskutility. Perform a repair on the main drive "Macintosh HD".

    2GB RAM
    Browsers: Firefox 3.6.12 and IE7
    I have the newest Nvidia Drivers and Adobe Flash 10.1
    Well the problem is that I have tearing with flash and videos in Windowed Mode, if I turn the full screen option there is no sign of tearing BUT only if I have hardware acceleration turn on.
    So the problem is, why I have tearing in windowed mode?

    Can you open up your Real Player and tell me what version you have? I think Real Player 15.0.6 is supposed to fix this problem. There was a conflict between Real Player and Flash this whole summer that broke Flash videos. Real Player released a update that might help in your case.
    If that doesn't help, I think a addon might be to blame here. So do this:

  • Gut white screen with flashing apple and circle/warning sign on white screen when i turn on the computer

    When i turn on my computer, i get only a white screen with a gray apples in the middle, flashing, alternating with a ghostbuster-type warning. Never get to the galaxy screen. Just happened today.

    Did you setup a lock code? I have done this operation via iCloud just few minutes ago and it's booted with 4 numbers lock code just fine. When you lock your Mac, it's restarts automaticly and then loads with lock screen and you are only able to enter password of 4 numbers to unlock it.

    The problem started about two weeks ago but I have been away from home to try to fix it. My son has informed my that you can be working on the computer when screen becomes shadded over then that message in a large squar come up that saids You need to turn off your computer by holding the button till all turns off the push the button again to turn it back on.
    I have done this and that when the white screen with the blinking file with ?. If you turn off the computer for a few hours it might start back up but some times you just get a white screen like it is trying to log on but never does. you just have to turn the computer off again.
    When it does come back up it works great for about an hour then the same thing happens again.

    There are four general causes of this issue:
    1. The computer's PRAM no longer contains a valid startup disk setting when there aren't any problems with the disk itself. This can be checked for by pressing the Option key and seeing if the drive appears.
    2. The internal drive's directory structure has become damaged. This requires usage of an alternate bootable system to perform the repair.
    3. Critical system files have been deleted. This requires usage of an alternate bootable system to reinstall them.

    I have the Netbook version of Ubuntu Maverick Meerkat and installed Google Chrome stable. I installed the latest version of Adobe Flash.
    Here is the behavior:
    1. YouTube videos appear as a white screen when embedded on the page in Chrome. I hear sound.
    2 The video is normal when I switch to full-screen mode.
    3. HTML5 videos display normally in Chrome
    4. Firefox displays YouTube videos without any problem.
    5. Ubuntu Lucid 10.4, with the same software components, displays YouTube video in Chrome without problems.
    Any thoughts on correcting this odd problem?

    i'm not able to reproduce your issue.
    downloaded ubuntu-10.04-netbook-i386.iso and did a fresh install on a dell inspiron mini netbook
    installed the latest google chrome deb package 5.0.375.70
    all videos that i've tried played fine.  i'm actually pretty amazed at this netbook version of Ubuntu.  it's pretty exciting.
    i've also, applied all updates and enabled new device drivers and video remains playable.
    maybe i'm not hitting the correct videos?  would you mind to...
    1. verify and compare your chrome version to the one noted above
        - if not install the latest from http://www.google.com/chrome/eula.html?hl=en&platform=linux_ubuntu_i386
    2. verify the flash player version installed (nav browser to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/)
    3. apply all updates System>Adminstration>Synaptic Package Manager
    4. supply a url link to a sample video that does play visually
    if the above do not help:
    5. send your harware configration and
    6. the output of the following command, glxinfo:
        - open Accessories>Terminal
        - type: sudo apt-get install mesa-utils
        - type: glxinfo > ~/Desktop/glxinfo.txt
