White light plz help

I have a 500mhz indigo imac when i press the power button it blinks a white light once and doesn't turn on i opened it up thinking maybe the button was stuck making it stay in sleep mode but it's not plz help me thanks.

No chime can be a symptom of a flat logic board battery.
Perhaps the RAM is bad, but that's unlikely if the machine worked before. Try reseating RAM or removing everything but the stock RAM.

Please try this sequence...note that, throughout the entire 4h15m process, your BB must remain directly connected to a known-good wall charger (not PC USB, not a cradle):
With the battery inside, connect your BB to the wall charger
Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
Remove the battery
Wait 15 minutes
Insert the battery
Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
This has been known to "kick start" some BBs.
It is also possible that your battery or BB has experienced a problem...to test, this sequence is needed:
Obtain an known good and already fully charged additional battery...use it in your BB and see what happens
Obtain access to a known good and identical BB...use your battery in it and see what happens
The results of this will indicate if it's your BB or your battery that has the problem. Note carefully please that "new" and "know good" are not necessarily the same things. While rare, a "new" battery certainly could be defective. Rather, the simplest (and least costly, btw) method to conduct this test is to find someone with an identical BB who has no issues...trade batteries and see what happens.

This has been addressed by apple of which they said the customer is holding the phone wrong. There is not much you can do but try different shots and angles.

Not so fast. Most things ARE compatible, adn mavericks will tell you what isn't and basically quarantine it. So i seriously doubt it has anything to do with the poster's issue.
Nbow, to the OP - it goes white and...... stays white? For how long? When you say when it re-booted, re-booted after precisely what? Did you complete the install? ....talk to us.

I was updating my iPod touch 4g to the ios6 and it told me to hook it up to the iTunes and so I did. After doing that the computer told me to restore I tried and it didn't work. - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

hello guys ... my phone's (5220) screen has gone White ... !! i have absolutely no idea what the problem is ! i took out the battery and put it back again .. but when i turn it on ..after the nokia logo the screen goes white again !! i cant do anything except for looking at the white screen...! the phone doesnt even turn off until you take out the battery !

Jimmyireland is right - anything that you could do yourself requires the phone to at least boot up properly, at the moment your phone is like PC with no Windows involved, it can't find its OS to start.
The 5220 is a series 40 phone, there is facility for a forced reboot, it needs its software to be reflashed which is why you need the Nokia service point.

If your Windows side is not seeing your Airport Extreme, I'm wondering if the Boot Camp drivers (Windows support software) was installed correctly. That is what installs the Airport drivers among other things.

After installing Windows, the support software installs Boot Camp drivers to support your Mac hardware, including AirPort devices, the built-in camera, the Apple Remote, the trackpad on a portable Mac, and the function keys on an Apple keyboard. The software also installs the Boot Camp control panel for Windows and the Apple Boot Camp system tray item.
You can download the support software by selecting the “Download the latest Windows support software from Apple” option in Boot Camp Assistant. The support software must be copied to an external USB drive formatted as MS-DOS (FAT).
After you configure Windows, if you kept the external USB drive that has the Windows support software inserted, an installer starts automatically. Otherwise, insert the external USB drive, then double-click the setup.exe file located in the BootCamp folder.
Follow the onscreen instructions. Important: Do not click the Cancel button in any of the installer dialogs.

Try removing all the photos from your iPod by disabling the option to Sync Photos from under your iPod's Photos tab in iTunes. Then Apply the changes to remove the photos. Then reapply that same option to sync them back over and see if that helps.

White Light Dead Battery HELP PLEASE

Okay so, I accidentally et my Droid Bionic completely drain, and now when I try to charge it, it wont even show the white indicator LED. If I take the battery out and plug it in to the USB it shows the white light. Ive tried chargin it on over 3 Chargers for at least a Half Hour on each. Im going to let it charge over night. But my question is... Does the white indicator light only show up once it has reached at least 5% charge? Also is there any way I can boot the phone without the battery in it? Well your best bet to charge with is a OEM if you can find one, It will charge with one bought from Verizon even Radio Shack might have a AC adapter that can utilize the USB cord you have, To buy one on-line will cost from 15 to 25 dollars plus S&H and Verizon would have one for about 25 to 30 see if they have AC adapter that you can plug that USB in..
