White line on iPhone 6

Hi,
Using the V32.02 app we do see a horizontal white line above the content in portrait and a vertical line to the left in landscape. See attached image. Currently it isn't mentioned in the list of "known issues". Is this just a problem with our app?

Your comment isn't relevant at all to the topic of this thread but please do read the basic information from Adobe on your subject:
The iPhone 6 model has 1366x750 dimensions and the iPhone 6 Plus model has 1920x1080 dimensions; however, these folio dimensions are not yet supported—we recommend using 1136x640 folios for iPhone 5, 6, and 6 Plus models.
As Adobe doesn't yet support the full size you simply can't make it fill the entire screen. Even so... we don't even fill a full iPhone 5 folio size - we use a black background. Which is perfectly fine and supported.
Still - it shouldn't show a white line. My question (again): Do any of you see a white line on your V32 app when viewed on an iPhone 6?

By far the most common problem hardware-wise seems to be scuffs on the aluminium. Yours is the first report of a faulty screen I've seen.
If you use the same Apple ID on both devices it'll sync whatever you want it to - music/apps/photos/messages/etc.

Next time make regular backups of your computer. The iPhone is not a backup device, and I'm sure you lost more than your iTunes library. See this user tip for your options: Syncing to a "New" Computer or replacing a "crashed" Hard Drive

Then the bottom of the support document states that if you do not have access to the device (which unfortunately because of the screen issue you do not) to contact Apple Care. That is what you need to do.

Upon updating 5.1 iphone 4 blacked out with white line through screen and nonstop vibrating

i was updating lastest version my iphone 4 through icloud until screen blacked out with white line in middle of screen and started vibrating non stop.
tried a hard and soft reboot NOTHING WORKED
phone died
put back on charger
same problem screen would brown out and fade to black.
now it won't turn on.
fed up #FIX

phone lost full charge upon charging again now i have colored lines running horizontal through screen then vertical.
hard restart does nothing again.
but its no longer vibrating.
seems like serious software issue.

Why is there a solid white line on left "border" of iphone 4 display screen?

A solid white line appeared on the left of the screen a few hours ago, from top to bottom of my iphone4 display.
It is almost as if the whole screen is off center by 1 mm. I have tried to restart hard-power off, even restored it. Help!

Dropped iPhone- first small discoloration, then white line.

Hello. I dropped my iPhone (not 3g) while at work. Luckily, the glass didn't shatter or anything. After a few minutes of using it, I noticed a bubble-like yellow discoloration on the left bottom corner (on the grey area before the arrow where it says 'slide to unlock'). It sorta reminded of what liquid would look like under the screen. I was using it sideways later on & noticed the discoloration went away, but now there was a fine thin vertical white line where the discoloration was. You could barely tell. A few hours later, the white vertical line kinda seperated to form something like this "-" going down. Is that a dead pixel or what? Any solutions to make it go away? Btw, when the phone is off, there is no line or anything... it looks normal. No external damages. I can live with it, the phone still works, but I was just wondering. Thanks!

It sounds like you are getting a white line running vertically on the screen of your phone after dropping it. I recommend starting with some troubleshooting before suggesting service. I would start by resetting your phone:
Reset
You should reset your device as a last resort and only if you can't restart it.
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
Then if the issue persists I would recommend backing up your device to iTunes and then restore it as new to rule out software.

I dropped my iphone 5 and i picked it up and there is 5 white verticale white lines on the right half of my screen and the whole right side is non responsive. only the left side of my screen is.

I have a iphone 4s with ATT, not even a year old. I dropped phone and now the screen is black with blue and white lines. I have attempted to reset the phone with no success. Is this a matter I can resolve with ATT or do I have to drive to genuis bar to get resolved?

It's probable that the iPhone has suffered hardware damage, and I don't believe an AT&T Store can do anything for you on such issues. You'll need to take or send your iPhone to Apple and pay their out-of-warranty service charge to get the iPhone replaced.
