White pages after load

I have a site that is runing on Apache 2.2 windows environment, I have load my site from dreamweaver cs5.5 to my live server.  The problem is that the index.php will load but the links to all other php pages when they are launched the page is white and no code is in the view page source.  When I run the site on my laptop with wamp it all works all the pages load.  I have no idea of what could be the problem.  The site is www.1stsourcesolution.com if any one has any info I would love to hear it.
Thanks
Jon

How do you set the root to public?
Dreamweaver needs to know where to upload your files on the server so that they can be seen by everyone.
On most PHP enabled servers, this is /public_html/ (but not always)
In DW, Site > Manage Sites,
click your site
Edit
Navigate to the Remote Server definition (Servers, Remote Site, Edit)
Root Directory: /public_html/

I did not set any php pages in the root.
Pointing your browser at www.1stsourcesolution.com is asking for the default file in  the Root Directory.
The server will look for index.php.
That's the first file (your Home page) you need to upload.

  • Safari won't display page after loading

So the latest update of Safari is a few bricks short of a load...
On many pages, I get a blank page after Safari finishes loading them in.  I thought it was internet problems, but when I resize the window even slightly, the content appears.
    Obviously something not right...

From your Safari menu bar click Safari / Preferences then select the Security tab.
    Deselect:  Enable plugins.
Quit then relaunch Safari. If pages load as they should, folllow the instructions for troubleshooting.
Safari: Unsupported third-party add-ons may cause Safari to unexpectedly quit or have performance issues
And check Safari / Preferences - Extensions. If you have any installed, turn that off, quit then relaunch Safari to test.
If you have anti virus software installed, that could be the culprit also.

  • Safari slow to load page after loading 3/4 of the page normally

It seams like after the last Safari update a month or so ago is when this problem started. When I first open Safari and navigate to certain web pages (CNN.com and Facebook.com for example) the page will load about 3/4 of the way and then hang for about a minute or more. Mostly, it's the pictures on the page that aren't loaded yet. After about a minute or so, the page will either finish loading; sometimes with all the pictures loaded and sometimes with just a question marks in the space where the picture should have loaded.
I have used the Safari reset many of times and have restart the computer with no luck. Firefox works just fine with no issues. Anyone have any ideas?

Hello and Welcome to Apple Discussions ...
How much free space is on the boot disk? Right or control click the MacintoshHD icon on your Desktop, then click: Get Info. In the Get Info window, click the discovery triangle so it's facing down. You will see; Capacity and Available Make sure you have 10% available disk space, 15% is better. Insufficient disk space can cause the problems you are experiencing.
If it isn't disk space.. if you don't have a disk utility, try Onyx. It's free and available here:
    http://www.titanium.free.fr/pgs2/english/download.html
Run the Maintenance and Cleaning scripts once a week.
Repair Disk Permissions. Launch Disk Utility. (Applications/Utilities) Select MacintoshHD in the panel on the left, select FirstAid, then click: Repair Disk Permissions. Quit DU when it's finished and reboot.

  • Change to blank page after loaded a page

I am using Firefox 32.0.3 with Windows 7. Recently, when I load some pages, at first, every images, words, links are coming out as usual. When all the elements of the pages are loaded, that means the "Stop loading this page" symbol changes to "Reload current page" symbol, the page change to a blank page.
If I press the "Stop loading this page" symbol during loading the page, it stops and all the contents are there. I can use this method to solve the above error. However, it will be hard to know when should I press the "Stop loading this page" symbol to avoid changing to the blank page. If I press early, only part of the page could be loaded. If I press late, it change to the blank page. It is very annoying.
Except this current problem, there are 2 long-term error at Firefox. It uses a lot of memory to load the Firefox. I have only activated the Flash plug-in, no others, no toolbars. And open 1 to 2 tabs, but it still occupy a lot of memory. The second error is the Flash plug-in always crashed with Firefox. Please also fix it.

Yes, tried Safe Mode, still the same. And just updated to latest version, also the same, problem is still here.
And I have already cleared the history, caches, and cookies before I posted the question here.

  • LMS 3.2.1 - New user gets white page after login

    Hy Pros.
Recently I've added a new local user to the LMS, but everytime he logs in, he gets a white page in his browser.
I've tried the workarounds for bug CSCte29226, but they didn't fix it.
    Do you have any hints?
    regards
    Marc

Existing user still get their Portal shown, but not new users.
The LMS is connected to an ACS, but not in ACS Mode. We're only authenticating the users at the ACS. Authorization is still local.
But this seems to be working, becasue if the new user is mistyping the password, the login page reappears telling that the authentication failed.
Following your link I get this:
    Bug CSCtb17186 does not exist
    Thanks.
    cheers

  • White page after submitting Google Image Search term.

I just downloaded Firefox 4 and now I can get to the Google Image Search page but when I submit a term the webpage hangs for awhile and then lands on a completely blank, white page. I do not actively use any antivirus or firewall, and I do not have any plugins other than the very basics.

I believe this to be a browser issue, not a google search results issue, and here is why:
having updated Firefox only yesterday, I visited google images searching for pancakes.... interestingly, I have the NEW image results (yuck) on Firefox 3.6.8, I have the OLD image results on IE8 and Opera 10.53.
When I use the 'switch to basic version' in Firefox 3.6.8, indeed it DOES revert to the new format next time I image search (in Firefox).
For those of us who prefer the OLD image results page, I guess we will just have to switch browsers for google image search.
Now I'm off to research how to get rid of the UGLY FFox sidebar.

  • White Screen after Load on Facebook Game(s) on Firefox

I recently installed Firefox and had previously used IE and Chrome.
One of the main reason why I discontinue Chrome was due to the problems that arose with multiple tabs
However White Screen appear on One of the Facebook Games after the game page load.
Afterward, similar white screen appear on IE/Chrome for this game.
The game still works on another PC without Firefox and by using another account.
Yes, I have contacted the aps developer and the connection problem seem to originated from my end.
The Only New Application I have installed to the PC that no longer works for Candy Wood on Facebook are Mozilla and the Adobe (upgrade) that was installed together. I think plug-in might had been a the problem or with scripts overlapping but I am no tech expert to know a solution.
Please in detail: Tell me how to get the game working again. If there is a file I should remove.. pin point where it is located.
Here is a picture on what my white screen looks like and does not belong to me.
    https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/958791?esab=a&as=aaq
On the Inspect Element: "Use of getPreventDefault() is deprecated. Use defeatPrevented instead"
I haven't got a clue what this mean or how to fix it. Google has people stating this file might be duplicated coding and need to remove one of them when someone else questioned it but without proper full instruction... I don't know how.

If all browsers on the same system have the same problem, it could be related to external software. For example, your McAfee security suite may block suspicious content, either in its firewall component or perhaps in parental controls.
The message you saw in the web console about defaultprevented is not important.
If you right-click the middle of the page where the game should appear, does the right-click (context) menu have an entry labeled This Frame? If so, try expanding that list and opening that frame in a new tab. Usually this would pull the game frame out of Facebook into its own tab. Does that display?

  • Flash-based Games Appear as White pages after Chrome Update with Adobe selected as the plugin

Chrome auto-updated today and since then most of the Flash games load to a white screen.  I always have the Macromedia/Adobe Flash plugin enabled and Pepper Flash disabled, but I'm finding the only way I can display any flash-related games is to disable the Adobe and enable PepperFlash.  The games load, I can hear them, and in some cases the cursor changes to the theme for that game, but the screen will remain white.   Once this started I updated Adobe the latest one, as there must have been a recent release...same problem.   If I have the Macromedia/Adobe Flash Plugin enabled I need to click to any other open tab and then click back again and then scroll slightly and the video will be there immediately.  If I disable Macromedia/Adobe Flash and enable PepperFlash the games display the video with no problem.   These are the exact pages that were working just fine with the Macromedia/Adobe plugin enabled immediately before allowing the Chrome to auto-update.
Also, when I go to the Adobe site to test the versions it displays the correct revision for the version that's enabled at the time, 12.0.0.41 for pepperflash and 12.0.0,43 for Adobe, but even when the Adobe is the only one enabled and I have closed and reopened the Chrome browser before testing, the site tells me I have the Adobe Flash disabled while still giving the correct version.
I tried Ingognito mode and it did seem to work, but the only extension I have is AdBlock, which gave me no problems prior.  I disabled AdBlock and tried running the games with Adobe enabled again in normal mode...same problem.
    Cleared the cache, flash cache...
All just started immediately after the chrome update.
Is anyone else using the same version of Chrome experiencing similar issues with the Macromedia/Adobe flash player enabled?

I have loaded movies before without a problem. Now, every time I load a movie it shows a white screen. anyone else have this problem?

I had same issue and rebooting computer did the trick. I tried rebooting Atv but that did not work for me. Although i'd suggest trying that first to see it works if not, shutdown and restart itunes, if that does not work reboot computer.

  • "My Yahoo" page loads up as a blank white page, with no error messages or anything. Any ideas why?

I started a thread on this topic many months ago, and have yet to see any reply for support for this topic. The issue I have had now for over 6 months is that Firefox will not load my "My Yahoo" page at all. I get no error messages or anything, just a blank, white screen when I try to load it. I can load this same page in IE as well as Chrome, but I much prefer to use Firefox if I can. I did follow all of the instructions and ideas that are out on the forum for handling similar problems such as this, but with no success. Clear Cache, History, etc, as well as disabling Add-Ons, restarting, etc, as well as setting proxy settings to No Proxy, etc, etc. Does anyone have ideas ideas as to why Firefox is no longer able to load "My Yahoo" page, but I am able to load things like my Yahoo Mail page successfully? Thank you in advance for any ideas anyone has on this.

Firstly, a heartfelt "Thank You" for the prompt reply. I have gone through the steps you outlined above in the past, with no success, but I did them again just to be certain. One other thing that took place since posted this a few days ago, is that I "Updated Firefox, to 9.0.1 and after I did that, then Firefox would not even load at all. I kept getting a Firefox has crashed pop up, etc. So I figured before I could go through the steps you outlined above, I needed to "Uninstall and Reinstall" Firefox once again. I did this, and loaded the Yahoo Optimized version since apparently the generic version of Firefox, 9.0.1 must have some bugs that did not allow it to load up on my computer. After reloaded Firefox, I proceeded to go through the steps you have outlined above, and as typical, I still have the same problem, even in Safe Mode. My Yahoo comes up as a Blank White Page... no error messages or anything, just a blank white page. Since I have posted this I have been forced to use Google Chrome, and I really hate using that browser, but I don't know what else to do here. Any other ideas please? Thank you once again.
Note: Even as I am typing this Firefox is coming up with a pop up window, suggesting I update to version 9.0.1 since it is a security and stability update. However I won't do this, because the last time I did, Firefox would not load at all.

  • Firefox opens but doesn't load any page after clean installation

I uninstalled firefox (incl. preferences and profiles) and installed ff 3.6.13. At first launch and starting up, the ff icon appears in the dock but then the icon is replaced by another ff icon in a kind of never seen icon-replacement-animation in the dock. After that the three dialogs for import etc. appear, after that the icon-replacement-animation takes place in the dock again and then a browser window with two tabs is displayed but neither
    http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/3.6.13/firstrun/
    nor
    http://en-US.start3.mozilla.com/firefox?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official
is loaded, just white pages without any error message. Trying to load any other page does the same, just a blank page.
I also started in safe mode and disabled and reset everything but nothing helps.
    What's wrong?

Try running Firefox in [[Safe Mode]]. If it functions properly in that configuration, one of your add-ons is the culprit.

  • Why does a black page now load first, followed by a white page?

With the last version or two of FireFox, when it loads I get a black blank page followed by a white blank page. Until the white page loads, you cannot do anything. In earlier versions, it would load directly yto the white blank page. My home page is set to "blank."

  • SkillBuilders Modal Page... closes immediately after loading

I would like to use the Modal Page plug-in from http://www.skillbuilders.com .*
I installed the two sample applications from their web site with different results:
    The employee example works fine.
The example with the modal feedback worked fine yesterday, but today it shrinks (after loading normally) so that I can't see anything but the bar with the window name and the close button.
In my own application it's even worse:
I have links in a table which should open a modal window on click.
I tried several settings, but the only thing that's happening is that the window closes immediately after loading and showing the page for a half a second (or not at all).
Leaving the "Auto-close On Element Selector" empty did not work. The default value "div#success-message" kept coming back until I replaced it with "null". But still no effect.
Does anyone have any idea what could cause this behaviour?
    Best regards,
    Sabine
The Security Settings for all three applications:
    Cache: Enabled
    Embed in Frames: Allow

In the meantime I had the problem that the window didn't close at all, but I think I figured it out.
So if the Modal Plug In does not work properly, check the following:
<li>Does every process that should close the window have a 'Success Message' defined?
<li>In the unconditional branch, is "include process success message" checked?
<li>In the dynamic action, is "Auto-close On Element Selector" set to "div.t1success" in the true action?
BTW: The "shrinking problem" described in the first post still exists - in IE. In Firefox, it works fine.
    Best regards,
    Sabine
