White space on the right of a swf

Hello,
I would like to ask you for help. I googled around for the last 2 hours, tried several things but cannot solve my problem.
Please have a look at http://stupavanew.beus.sk. The problem is with the flash banner at the top. It was created with a utility for creating banners and displays in firefox without any problems. In IE 8 there is white space to the right and I cannot get rid of it anyhow :-( Could you please help me?

I am viewing it with IE8 and cannot see any white space to ther right.  There is a thin white border around the entire banner, so if you can show a screenshot of that section of the page it will be easier to confirm if what is seen is intended.

  • Why is there a huge white space to the right of the board when I play Lexulous on Facebook?

    I play Lexulous (a form of Scrabble) on Facebook. For months now, whenever I play the game, there is a huge white space to the right of the board, like a whole other window. Only with this app. I tried another browser, same thing, and it also does it on my laptop (MacBook Pro). I asked the Lexulous help desk and attached a screenshot; they had no idea what would cause that to happen. I asked a couple of my regular opponents and they are not seeing it. It's really annoying because if I accidentally touch my mouse to the bottom scroll bar, the board slides offscreen to the left.
    Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this question, but I'd like to fix it.

    If you are using Safari to connect to Facebook, try this on one of the Macs.
    From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab.
    If there are any installled, turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari and try that game.

  • Unwanted white space to the right of the page

    On my side the web pages scrolls too far to the right, with lots of unwanted white space.
    I went to the original Dreamweaver template, and compared codes, but can't seem to find a way around the excessive white space. I thought at first the  div.toplogo was the culprit, and adjusted it several ways, but no luck.

  • When I enter full screen for a game or video using Firefox the whole "screen" moves to the left, leaving a white space on the right side of my monitor, but the mouse still acts like the image is where it should be, why?

    I have the latest Firefix update, and I am using Windows 7 Home Premium. It's annoying, specifically for games because I have to make sure the cursor is to the right (by a certain amount) of the item I wish to click. This issue is only in Firefox, I have tried in Internet Explorer *shudder* and there is no problem, I do not have any web browsers currently installed.

  • Why is there extra white space at the top of swf file?

    I can't figure out how to get rid of extra white space in the browser at the top of a swf file. It looks fine when I preview the file, but when I do publish preview in flash/ try to incorporate in HTML, there's an extra 1/4" at top of window.

    Do you have the html page (that you have the swf file embedded into) set so that there are no page margins? Your "body" tag should look like this…
    <body leftmargin="0" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" topmargin="0">

  • Get rid of the white space at the top and bottom of the report when Printing as PDF document

    Hello All,
    I have a wider tablix report which is 29 inches wide. I have given the paper size as custom and width as 29 and height as 11 in report properties.I have deployed it and saved it as PDF document. When I print preview the report I am using the paper size as
    tabloid (17 by 11) and selected the orientation as Landscape. I am getting the full report without any stripping but I am getting some extra space at the top and bottom when I print the report. Can anyone help me how to get rid of this space? . I checked the
    margins for the report and it was 0in. Please help.
    Thank You

    Hi There
    In Reporting Services (SSRS 2008), there are white spaces preserved in the report body by default. When the white space extends the body size beyond the width of the report, blank pages will be generated. To avoid the issue, you can set the “ConsumeContainerWhiteSpace”
    property of the report to “True”.
    Please try to adjust your margins (top + side) and hopefully this problem will get resolved
    Body Width <= Page Width - (Left Margin + Right Margin)
    Horizontal usable area:
    X = Page.Width - (Left Margin + Right Margin + Column Spacing)
    Vertical usable area:
    Y = Page.Height - (Top Margin + Bottom Margin + Header Height + Footer Height)
    Body Width <= Page Width - (Left Margin + Right Margin)
    Horizontal usable area:
    X = Page.Width - (Left Margin + Right Margin + Column Spacing)
    Vertical usable area:
    Y = Page.Height - (Top Margin + Bottom Margin + Header Height + Footer Height)
    If you have any questions please ask.

  • How do I remove the white space from the bottom and side of my document?

    How do I remove the white space from the bottom and side of my document? (I'm not talking about printing, just viewing it on the screen.) There are about 6 inches of white space at the bottom and at the right hand side. I don't like this. On a blank new spreadsheet it's triple that amount of white space.

    The infinite canvas convention doesn't make a lot of sense for Numbers. When I'm viewing a spreadsheet and mistakenly scroll into white, empty space I think, "this is ridiculous - all of my content is fits on one screen. there's nothing over there."
    A (relatively) infinite canvas is logical for Microsft Excel because it's one big table. There are 256(?) columns by default and hundreds of rows on a sheet - there are cells outside what a user is looking at to see. However, when viewing a Numbers spreadsheet with a single 10 column 10 row table that fits on the screen, there's nothing else on it to scroll to.
    Numbers should distinguish between viewing a spreadsheet and editing one. When I'm just viewing, when there's no content outside the window it shouldn't scroll there. This window behavior is beyond annoying for Numbers on my iPad and iPhone.
    (Adding user-defined canvas size setting to my view mode / edit mode thinking would probably be the most complete solution to this now that I think about it.)
    Until now the way scrolling worked in Numbers has defied logic. Actually it still does lol. That said, thank you Yellowbox for providing a clear explanation. Much appreciated.

    Hi,
    Try a new post asking for a site check or a site critique -
    you'll no
    doubt get differing advice about best practises on the
    construction -
    take what you get objectively, most will be constructive,
    don't be
    disheartened and don;t forget it's your client who is the
    person you
    most have to please.
    I think it looks great and for a first site - quite
    incredible really -
    you seem to have a fairly good grasp on what's going on with
    the code
    and (you may get crit for using absolute positioning) you
    also seem to
    have a grasp on relative and absolute positioning.
    One wee thing I see (sorry don't have time to trouble shoot
    for you) is
    a slight layout difference between IE and FF - possibly a
    double margin
    bug - a bigger gap between the centre and the right columns!
    Oh - and you might want to consolidate your css - shift the
    embedded
    styles to your linked sheet.

  • How to set white spaces between the fields in dataset??

    problem lies in the open dataset codes
    Used:
    open dataset out_file for output in text mode encoding non-unicode message msg.
    if sy-subrc= 0.
    loop at my_table.
    transfer my_table to out_file
    transfer cl_abap_char_utilities=>newline to out_file no end of line.
    endloop.

  • Firefox 3 cannot download files with white space in the filename

    When opening attachments in e-mail Firefox is unable to handle files with white space in the name. This is not the same as the white space file name truncation problem documented on this site (where file names with white space are truncated on saving.) The issue is that the browser will prompt to allow the file to be saved, but it will not prompt to open the file as an option. If I rename the file to remove white space then I do receive the "Open with..." dialog box. I verified that Firefox 2 did not have this problem and I can open attachments with white space in the file names just fine using that version of the browser (2.0.0.20).
    == This happened ==
    Every time Firefox opened
    == Upgraded to version 3

    When a user clicks on an attachment with spaces, the filename is truncated to the first whitespace. While IE, Chrome & Safari handle this, Firefox refuses to accept mime headers with unquoted filename parameters. According to Firefox's bugzilla/knowledgebase, Firefox's behavior is the correct behavior and it's a problem with most webservers or web applications. This problem can be easily corrected by surrounding the filename parameter with double quotes.
    Eg.
    Response.AddHeader("Content-Disposition", "attachment; filename=\"" + fileName + "\"");

  • Delete spaces on the right of a string of characters

    Hi,
    I'd like to know how to delete space on the right of a string of characters and ONLY the ones on the right in order I can get the real length of the string (I don't want to condense the spaces between words even though there's more than one).
    data: text(20).
    text = 'SAP Forum'
    In this case, if I use both DESCRIBE LENGTH and DESCRIBE OUTPUT LENGTH, the result will be 20, but the real length is 9.

    Use STRLEN( ), as described by the other posters.
    To delete space chars on the right of a string, use following static method:
    CALL METHOD cl_abap_string_utilities=>del_trailing_blanks
      CHANGING
         str = lv_text.
