Who can create, change or delete cubes?

Hi Gurus,
I am trying to find out who can create, change or delete the cubes at our BW system.
I wanna learn if it possible to report this via SUIM or any other way.
If so can you please tell me about which TCODES or authorization objects should I use.
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
Try these Authorization objects:-
S_RS_ICUBE --> Authorizations for working with InfoCubes and their subobjects
S_RS_ADMWB-->
Authorizations for working with individual objects of the Data Warehousing Workbench. In detail, these are: source system, InfoObject, monitor, application component, InfoArea, Data Warehousing Workbench, settings, metadata, InfoPackage, InfoPackage group, Reporting Agent settings, Reporting Agent package, documents (for metadata, master data, hierarchies, transaction data), document store administration, (Customer) Content system administration, broadcast settings.
Authorizations for working with the BI Accelerator Monitor.
Refer the detailed description of Authorization Objects on the below link:-
https://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70ehp1/helpdata/en/80/1a6859e07211d2acb80000e829fbfe/content.htm
Hope it helps.

  • Bapi or FM to create, change and delete Contact persons for vendors

    Dear Experts,
We are replicating the Contact persons details from SUS(SRM) to ECC, When a Contact person is create, changed or deleted the data should be replicated in ECC. We are doing custom development to do this, I need to know is there any function module or Bapi which I can use to create , change or delete the contacts persons for a vendor.
I tried using BAPI_ADDRESSCONTPART_CHANGE, BAPI_ADDRESSORG_SAVEREPLICA for changing but its doesn't covers few fields like time zone etc. For deletion I tried  WY_KNVK_SINGLE_DEL_FROM_BUFFER its too not helping me .
Please let me know is there any bapi or fm to do these process or we can go for BDC.
    Thanks & regards,
    Santhosh.R

    Hi Santosh,
Can you please tell me what Business Scenario is asking you to consider the Time Zones .
If you know the Customer Number you can very well get the country and there are various FM's to get the time zone based on a country .
Now Call the FM (as wrote by you ) based on the TIme Zone condition,
Please enlighten me if i am incorrect.
    Thanks

  • How we can load change record in cube.

    Hi,
How we can load change record in cube, (delta)
i need step by step in sap BI 7.0.

    Hi Nitin
I hope you are asking about delta loads, if your datasource supports deltas then you can do only changed records from source to cube. To see the details goto ROOSOURCE table in ECC and find.
For further help search in SDN and help.sap.com, you can find n number of postiings about the same.
    Thanks

  • HT204053 Who can I change my Apple ID on my iCloud on my Mac

Who can I change my Apple ID on my iCloud on my MacBook Pro?

Do you mean that you have another, separate, Apple ID you would prefer to use? If so you need to sign out in System Preferences>iCloud and then sign in with the new ID.
Or do you mean that you want to change the address which forms your Apple ID? You do this at
    http://appleid.apple.com
    - click 'Manage your account' and you can change this address provided that it is not an @mac.com, @me.com or @icloud.com address - those can't be changed (or changed to), but you can change a non-Apple address to another non-Apple address.

  • Time Machine does not recognize my password. Can I change or delete?

Time Machine in my MacBook Air does not recognize my password. Can I change or delete?I'm connected to an auxiliary disc via a USB connection and power is present for both devices.  No Backup started after disc encryption and now the external disc drive can be used since the password I started with can not be used to unlock it.  Am I missing something or am I just out of luck with this external drive?

I had already done this to no avail.  I'm wondering if I'm confusing the password to unlock the external device with the password to encrypt the disc used after it was connected to the MacBook.  If so, there is no way I can recall a password for a device I bought a decade ago (pre increased security about identity theft, etc.).  So maybe the answer is to secure a new device.

Hi Keshav - you should have noticed vinodh's reply came from something your wrote earlier this year: Search BAPI to create Vendor in ECC and from an extenal application

  • Can I change the 'delete song' Alert sound in iTunes?

My dog either has sensitive ears, or a sensitive disposition. Regardless of which it is, the alert sound produced by iTunes when I delete files affects him. He gets very upset, and won't settle down for five to ten minutes. I try to mute my sound when I delete files, but sometimes I forget.
Can I change the sound iTunes uses for the "Delete Alert"?
My dog thanks you for any assistance you can offer.
    Steve

    Ok Brannon,
You need to take a look at system prefs. Go to sound>sound effects.
You should see a whole list of alert sounds. Mine is set to funk, which is a dull and low 'thunk' sound. You might find one that your dog finds inoffensive. You can click on these and hear them. You can also choose where you them to play from. ie if you have iTunes blaring out of your hifi speakers, you can set your system alert sound to play thru your macs internal speakers. The best bit is that you can set the alert volume relative to the overall volume.
    I hope that helps you
Cheers, and woof woof wa-woof woof to your dog. Don't worry, he'll get it.

  • How can i change or delete my iCloud account ID ?

i did registered 01 icloud account however i was typing err e.g now registered pet
    <E-mail Edited by Host>

Once created, you can't change and @icloud.com address/ID.  You can set up an alias @icloud.com email address to use for email (see http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mm6b1a490a), but you can't change the ID.  You would have to create a new account in order to have a new @icloud.com ID.
If you plan on creating a new account using the address, do not use it for an email alias.  Once you use it for an alias you will not be able to create a new account using the address.

  • Can not change or delete Calendar Entries in Wiki

Hi all - thx for listening :-)
    Situation:
    Server OS X 10.6.8
    Group Wiki with Calendar running
All users belong to the same group
All users can log in via Safari or Firefox
Wiki calendar running, worked fine over a long period
Several "calendars" (I tend to call them categories; strange wording from Apple here…) were created
Without changes to the system, single users suddenly could not make calendar entries or were able to create one and a second later when trying to change the same entry got the message: "You are not allowed to see this calendar"
We were able to ignore this for some single users for a while but now…
There are calendar entries, mostly repeated weekly dates, that can not be deleted or changed by any user. When we try to delete these, we do NOT get any "deleting from server"-status box, just a blank return to the wiki calender page.
When we try to change the dates (e.g. set a new weekday, repeat-period, category (=calender) etc) , we DO get the "deleting from server"-status box, but the time-wheel keeps on rolling for hours without any impact
What I tried out so far:
    • repair permissions
    • restart
    Web Server error log:
[Thu Aug 23 15:19:13 2012] [error] [client 192.168.178.20] File does not exist: /Library/WebServer/Documents/collaboration-availability, referer: …
Wiki Server error log: (line repeats over and over again:)
    2012-08-23 15:56:15+0200 [-] 127.0.0.1 - - [23/Aug/2012:13:56:15 +0000] "POST /RPC2 HTTP/1.0" 200 131 "-" "Twisted/XMLRPClib"
Desperately seeking help… Much thanks in advance :-)

    Hi Fellows,
    I finally found a workaround!
    1. Locate /Library/CalendarServer/Documents/ and ADD local admin to permissions-list with R/W rights (I did not change the existing permissions to keep the calenderas working in the wiki
    2. Transfer permissions to all files in this folder
    3. locate the folder /Library/CalendarServer/Documents/calendars/__uids__/wi/ki
    4. locate the folder named after the wiki in which you want to change your calenders. Inside of it, you will find subfolders with several .ICS-files.
    5. Select one .ics-file and hit space to activate quicklook. quicklook will show you the name and dates of the calendar entry
    6. Find the desired calendar entry by moving up/down with the arrow keys and delete it - it will dissapear in the wiki after e browser refresh.
Not really elegant but efficient if you are annoyed by looking at obsolete calendars. :-)
Hope you all find this useful too - feedback welcome.

  • Error value = 77 ... Can't change or delete OD

I have a replica server set up, but the master server has moved (new DNS, new server name). There does not appear to be any way to rename the master server. Accordingly, I tried to change the OD type to a standalone server, then I'd create a new replica. Unfortunately, whenever I try to make a change I get one of two results:
    1. It appears to work, but... when I return to Server Manager, it is still a replica server.
    2. I get an Error value = 77 error message.
How can I manually delete the OD configuration and set up again from scratch?

    Hi
If changes have been made to the OD Master that involve a System Update, changes to DNS, hostname or IP Address then demotion to Standalone for both Master and Replica would be the most effective way of doing this.
You should of course prepare the ground first.
Make sure you have full and effective backups just in case, unshare any or all sharepoints especially the ones associated with home folder creation. If no changes are being made to anything that involves url or hostname changes then it should be OK to archive the LDAP database from the Master as this will retain everything to do with the OD. If not then export users and groups. Networked home folders are not affected and are not lost when demotion takes place. Bear in mind passwords are not retained if you export Users and Groups.
Now demote the Replica to Standalone, next demote the Master to Standalone. Sort out your DNS either manually or using changeip depending on what changes you are making. Test and Qualify the DNS Service with nslookup, host and changeip -checkhostname commands. When you are confident that the DNS Service is working as it should be then go for promotion on the Master. Restore the archived LDAP database if that was a viable option before demotion or re-import users and groups. Re-share folders used for automounting home folders as well as any other share points. Re-locate Users to home folders, test the master first. Once you are happy with this promote the other server to Replica in same way you did this before the Master was moved.
Before doing any of this make sure both machines involved in the Master/Replica relationship are updated to the latest possible updates and are the same version. For example Master/Replica relationships will break or not work if the Master is 10.5.2 and the Replica is 10.5.1 or less. Both must be the same version. When an update is made available you demote the Replica to Standalone first, update the Master and re-promote the Replica back again. Of course you could leave them as they are if there is no compelling reason to update the both of them.
Apologies if you already know or tried this. The procedure for demotion and promotion is actually well documented in the relevant admin manuals available here:
    http://www.apple.com/server/macosx/resources/
    Hope this helps, Tony

  • Incident resolver can create change request

    Hi,
I'm currently trying to figure out how to implement security rights into a System Center 2012 R2 Service Manager environment and I'm seeing some strange behavior compared to what's being stated in the documentation.
    For example:
I have created a user (sm_tier2) which I made member of a group (sm_tier2_users). I then created a new role based on the IncidentResolver role.
The table states that an Incident Resolver has the rights to create: Incidents, Manual Activity, File Attachment, Work Item Log, User Preference and Personal Notification. (source:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh495625.aspx)
But, when I go to Change Management and click on Change Request, I'm able to successfully create a Change Request. Which is not something i expect looking at the table.
I've tested this on 2 separate environments both running System Center 2012 R2 Service Manager.
Is there any way I can see what a user can do within Service Manager? Clearly the description from the console don't reflect reality.
    Thanks in advance,
    /Kenneth

I found out the cause of this behavior. It seems that by default the Authenticated Users group is added to the End User role in Service Manager.
So what you actually get when you configure custom roles afterwards is "rights of SCSM user role" + "rights of End User user role" (since everyone is an authenticated user) - which is bad...really bad... Mainly because from a rights perspective an End User
can do a lot more than an Incident Resolver for example.
Next Question now is: What is the best way to handle this situation.
    Options:
    a) Remove authenticated users from End User role and replace authenticated users with groups containing end-users only and absolutely no users which have rights in SCSM
    b) Create a new user role based on End-Users and limit this user role somehow that it can't create Work Items except the ones an End-User really needs (for example create incident from the incident portal)

  • After installing Mavericks I can't change or delete anything from my Applications folder

Just like said above after I installed Mavericks I cant change anything from my applications folder without typing in my password..... This wasnt like this before and its realling getting annoying... Move anything to trash make a folder move apps between folders etc....

Looks like we can't move them any more. The best solution seems to be to create aliases of the apps in a new Applications folder with the organization we prefer, and substitute this folder with the System Applications folder in the dock.
I've done it, and it's a good hack. Look like changing location of the Apps was causing trouble down the road for updates, etc. As for requesting the password with every move, my computer was asking me for it even before Mavericks; it's just control to ensure you don't make changes the Admin would not approve. I don't know if you can get rid of it in previous OS versions.

  • When I try to update my apps the Email that pops out in the box is not mine. How can I change it, delete it please help?

When I try to update the apps the email address is not correct n it's not my apple I.D I don't know how it got there in the first place. I want to delete it and have mine on there hoe can I solve this problem?

It's because the app was purchased under a different Apple ID and is being updated using a different ID. Try using the same Apple ID which was used to download the app and retry. If not, delete the app completely and re-download using YOUR Apple ID.

  • HT5147 who can i change the security answer for app ID

HOW I CAN CHANGE APP ID SECURITY ANSWER OR HOW I CAN REST IT BECAUSE I FORGET THE ANSWER

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address then see if the instructions on this user tip helps : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551
