Who can I contact to find out where my project book is
I ordered a project book on Nov 24th, I did not receive any order confirmation, but my bank account is showing the payment has cleared. Who can I contact to ask if it is on it's way. Do Apple UK have a contact number. And Apple need to sort out international orders, this is for a wediing present for Australia and we couldn't have it posted there!!

ChristyQGarmin is sending you to Apple because it is Apple that would have to give you a refund as the actual point of sale. However, Apple states all sales are final.
Apple is sending you to Garmin because it is Garmin's fault their maps are out of date and Apple doesn't write the software. They may not even be looking that deeply and simply perceiving it as a programming "bug" it is up to Garmin to solve.
Who know whose fault it is that Garmin isn't getting up to date data to put in their maps.
Ultimately I think you stand the best chance in getting a refund from Apple though it isn't guaranteed. Apple is the cashier. You just have to convince them this isn't just a line of code omitted from an application and isn't something that will be soon corrected by Garmin. Make it clear it isn't a problem with the application running on your device, it is a problem with the data it contains. Either that or you have to hope Garmin will feel so bad about it they will delve down into their slush fund and send you a refund. -

when i left my job and gave them back my laptop i obviously kept the sync key and thought it would be fine to simply come along and enter the details into my new computer and away i go ... like i did when i got the laptop in the first place.
However when i entered all the information it said it had imported it and there were no links, bookmarks, password, history ... nothing.
Is there a way i can find out why this is happening. it can't have overwritten them as i selected the option to sync what is local and on the server.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

I have lost my I phone5 amd I have enabled lost mode. But still I can't find out where it could be and I cloud search gives offline signal. If the thief turns on my phone is it possible to find out my phone or given any signal for me? is it possible for the thief to use or sell my I phone even it is on the locked mode by ICloud?

I cannot find out where to organize my bookmarks in any of the bookmark dropdowns. I can only do it one by one. Is there a way to do mass organization?
In previous versions you could select organize bookmarks. In this version it is gone. I would imagine that since FF now can sync across multiple devices, the ability to organize from any of those becomes more important. Selecting one bookmark at a time to delete or move is too tedious for people with hundreds or thousands of bookmarks.The way bookmarks are managed has not changed. You now access to the Library window by selecting Bookmarks > Show all bookmarks from the Firefox menu.

Are you referring to the message that says your startup disk is full? If so, you need to delete some files from the hard drive, or get a larger hard drive. Moving some files to an external hard drive is a quick and easy solution. Note that you should avoid the temptation to use various utilities to clean up your system or remove parts (like unused languages). That will not free up much space and can easily result in damaging your system.
