I bought 1 song on iTunes yesterday and it was $1.99. Now on my bank statement, it's saying that I spent $5.51... And I don't know how that can be possible...
Bank statement or credit card? Disputes involving a credit card should be routed through your CC company to start.
Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; select 'iTunes' in the first column; 'iTunes Store' in the second column; third column click 'Purchases, Billing & Redemption' and proceed from there.
iTunes doesn't have a way where you can initiate a telephone call with somebody directly.

DRGMMr. Kopriva I was told weeks before you had contacted me. Thankfully I have recorded everything, have the complete history of things. Helen at corporate has told me you told her you tried contacting me before this time so your email is extremely late. Helen also told me you tried to correct things. You also have earlier emails and my comments on the forum about the problems so you did not look at all my responses. This heavy handed response and prevention of me to access to my stories is just another issue. I get emails from everyone having similar problems. I cannot log on to online and Adobe team has known this for months. Not everyone understands what the tech's are saying and after trying to do as instructed it did not work for some reason. I am about to contact all local writers, the screen writers guild, software review companies, your corp offices by showing up in my wheelchair outside your offices, with a sign about what has happened and which can happen to anyone, competitor software companies of "Story" live, etc., your treatment and then prevention of people getting to their work, stories is monstrous and everyone needs to know. So just keep ignoring a 5 minute solution to show you don't care about people. I've asked for months for some help, by phone to direct me through a problem you have with your software. You (Adobe team) with your inability to accept criticism for a beta product and contempt for americans is tiresome. Again my number is 480-782-8079 so I can get my stories off your software, saved and accessible for me, to me immediately, you can't take constructive criticism and no one dare have hardware problems because you software geeks don't give a damn about us.

I recently transferred some data from my external hard drive to my desktop, but there was an error transferring some of the files and it couldn't respond, and eventually i simply removed the external hard drive. However, the folder/files are still on my desktop, and when i try to move them or delete them, this error message appears:
“-folder/file name-” can’t be opened right now because it’s being used by another task, such as moving or copying an item or emptying the Trash. Try again when the current task is complete.
Since I removed the external hard drive before the files were finished transferring, there is no way for the current task to be completed. How can I resolve this and delete the folders/files from my desktop?I just managed to resolve this by going to the apple sign in the top left, choosing force quit (or you could do option+command+esc), then i chose finder, and i clicked relaunch. After relaunching finder, the error message doesn't appear anymore, and I could move these files/folders, and delete them just fine.

I dragged a copy of a photo onto my desktop from iPhoto, and it seems to be in some state of process/activity (vs. just being a copy of a photo on my desktop). I tried to delete/move to trash the photo, and I keep getting the following message: “DSC_0073.JPG” can’t be opened right now because it’s being used by another task, such as moving or copying an item or emptying the Trash. Try again when the current task is complete.
How do I delete this photo from my desktop?
Thanks!I ended up shutting down my system, and when I started it back up, I was able to drag the photo to the trash and delete it (I did get a message warning that my deleting the photo might negatively affect the application that was "using" it, but I deleted it anyway...it worked...and I'm hoping I didn't adversely affect another application!).

I have just update my iPhone 5 to iOS 7, everythings gone smooth, however, when I plug my phone to my desktop, window xp, I can only see the photos that I took this morning, over 2000 photos in my phone can not be seen right now, can anyone help?

This is a known problem with Windows 7 Enterprise using certain Group Policy settings. Solution for me was to use another machine running Windows 7 Ultimate.

I have MS Exchange 2007 - 2013 CU3 coexistence at two sites connected by VPN link.
OWA and Outlook work fine for mailboxes on 2007 server. OWA does not work for mailboxes on 2013 server, however Outlook connects fine to any mailbox on 2013 server.
Here is what happens with OWA.
Users (Moved from 2007 or Created on 2013) can log in to OWA and see their mailbox folder structure and messages, but when they click on any email they get "Error: Your request can't be completed right now. Please try again later. " instead of
the message body. When they try to create a new message via OWA, GAL lookup does not seem to be working, everyone gets "Error:
The message can't be sent because at least one recipient isn't valid."
I can't see any errors in the application event viewer that get logged during OWA session.
HTTP Log has the following error codes: 241,242,302,401,403,405,500.
I am not sure at this point, but I think 405 is the HTTP error that can be associated with errors displayed in OWA
