Who do I email to have my email address for which I have posted a few
questions changed on this site to the above address.

You can cancel your own message.
Depending on the software you are using it may be done differently.
In outlook express, it's under "Message, Cancel Message."
The configured email address in your client must match that of the message
posted in the newsgroup.
Unfortunately, this may not cancel the message from every system that
mirrors the Novell forums.

There is one thing to be careful about though when using the "Send Updates" feature in Address book to notify your contacts about address/contact info changes.
Addressbook will automatically include your personal vCard at the end of the email message that goes out to your list. I did not realize this at the time and it royally burned me. My default address card had a lot of extra personal information contained within it that I did not want people to see. There was no indication that the vCard would automatically be included nor any way to disable this feature just before sending the "update" email. As a result, my list received my private information and the only thing I could do was to send a new email to the list manually, minus the vCard attachment, requesting that they please delete the first email in favor of this new one. I'm hoping that most will disregard the vCard, though I fear the damage has been done.
I later discovered that the preferences now include a checkbox for enabling/disabling a "private me card", which allows you to control which content is included in your vCard information. This is handy now, but I wished the default had been to have vCards turned off / not included automatically, since it was a feature I didn't discover until AFTER my updates had been sent!

Are you trying to change the email address which forms the login? Or the @icloud.com address you created when you opened the account? You can't change the latter.
You can change the login address as long as it isn't an @mac.com, @me.com or @icloud.com address.
Firstly, if you have 'Find My iPhone/iPad/iMac' enabled on any of your devices, turn it off.
Create a new email address, for example at Yahoo or Gmail, or anywhere convenient (or you can use an existing address as long as it has never been associated with an Apple ID).
Go to http://appleid.apple.com and click 'Manage your Apple ID'. Sign in with the current ID.
Where it says 'Apple ID and primary email address' and gives your current ID email address, click 'edit'.
Enter your new address and click 'Save changes'.
Now you will need to go to each of your devices and sign out in System Preferences (or Settings)>iCloud - 'Sign out' on a Mac, 'Delete this account' on an iOS device (this will not delete the account from the server).
Then sign back in with your new ID. Your iCloud data will disappear from your devices when you sign out, but reappear when you sign back in.
I re-iterate: before you start, turn off 'Find My Mac' (or whatever) or you will need the services of Support.

I just changed email addresses. TB keeps forwarding copies of emails to new address to the old one

I can't find a place where TB directs emails in any account to a default account. Having just changed email addresses. I have have two accounts in my TB program. For each email I receive, at either account, I get a message saying it was forwarded to the old account and is undeliverable, since the isp has shut down that account. How do I change or delete that automatic forwarding? I have not deleted that account from my TB list yet, since I am still working through the files left there to decide whether to move or delete the individual emails. Will simply deleting that old account solve the problem?

You'll need to login to your account via browser and check the settings for your account.
There is no such thing as a 'Thunderbird account'. Thunderbird is an email client you use to retrieve mail from an account you setup with your email provider.

Someone has been using my email address as their Apple ID

Hello,
Someone has been using MY email address as their Apple ID. When I started setting up my own Apple ID with my own email address, I eventually had to reset the associated password, thinking I had made this Apple ID earlier. Then when I logged into the account, it turned out to be someone else's account. Help, how do I fix this so I have my Apple ID associated with my email address and the other person knows to change their Apple ID email address?

I had this happen a few years ago. Someone created an iTunes account using one of my Gmail email addresses. I got the email to verify the account. I verified it, and then hit the forgot my password link. Reset the password and logged in. There I could see the ladies name, address and credit card. I changed it all to my name and removed the payment info and never entered my card number so they account could not be used.
Never had a problem again.

Changing email addresses for AppleID

I have recently changed my email address for an active AppleID. However, for various reason I would like to change it to another email address that already has an unused, mistakenly created, AppleID attached to it. I know I can't cancel an AppleID, but can I:
- reallocate the unused AppleID to a new email;
- rellocate my active appleID to the email address that was previously linked to the old unused AppleID?
Would love to know if this works before I start messing around.

Yes and yes. You can use an old email for the unused ID (even one that is no longer functional). You do not have to verify when you change it - it just has to be an email address. Once you have changed the email on the unused ID, you should be able to use it for your active Apple ID.

Changing email address on iCloud account

My email was hacked a while ago, and I managed to change email addresses on most accounts I can't seem to change the address on my iCloud account, any help please?????!!!!

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.

I have an iPhone 5 and after changing email addresses am having syncing issues with Outlook.

My calendar syncs from my computer to my iPhone but not from my iPhone to my computer. It used to sync both directions. I'm guessing the same is true of contacts. I've gone through all the tabs in iTunes. The calendars are checked properly but I can't find anywhere to say update information on computer using information of the iPhone. I fell like that used to be an option. I've tried restarting everything to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions?

And I forgot to mention I have just changed email addresses so with the old email it was all working then with the new email I'm only functioning one direction.

CSV file for users who have one-time password email address

I am trying to extract the list of users who have one-time password email address in FIM or users who have registered with one-time password reset authentication workflow. I need to get their email addresses in CSV file.

The script queries a WorkFlow called "Password Reset AuthN Workflow" and returns its ObjectID, then uses it to do a new query searching for "Users" with these parameters:
AuthN WorkFlow Registered = ObjectID of "Password Reset AuthN Workflow"
The script exports these details to a CSV.
Also, all OTP email addresses should be stored in the "msidmOneTimePasswordEmailAddress" attribute in the FIM Portal.
