Who has started the RAC db

Hi,
I just have installed a RAC database (Oracle 11g) with two OEL servers using NFS. After the installation, I didn't configure the dbstart.
Reboot the machines. The RAC database is also started !!! Who did it? OCR?

All the database and instance information (including Listeners, ASM) are stored in the OCR. These are started as part by CRS as an application resource.
You can also manuallys start them using crs_start or SRVCTL utility and stop them using CRS_STOP or SRVCTL utility.
Hope this answers your question

  • Who has changed the Custom Field value?

    Dears,
Need to know the information regarding how to fetch that who has changed the Custom field value from PWA/MPP.
    Example:
There is a PDP (say ProjectInfo):
There is a Custom Field added to that PDP (say Project Status = In Progress).
Now for ProjectA, someone has checked out and changed the Custom Field "Project Status" from "In Progress" to "Closed".
I need to fetch the information regarding who has changed that Custom field.
In which direction should I move: Event Handlers, PSI???? Any other stuff?
    Thanks & Regards,
    Shravan

    Hi Shravan,
I'm not a developer but I do know that you can use an event handler pushing the resource name and date in custom fields.
Another way is to use a 3rd-party tool like
    FluentPro Audit Tool.
    Hope this helps,

  • System log - how to find out who has deleted the req from cube.

    ^hello friends
how can i find out who has deleted the request from cube ?
i wanted to check the system log , that who has deleted the request from cube .
could you please let me know how to check the same ?
    regards
    manoj

    Hi,
Did you try the method I had suggested. It will work.
Also its better to try the path I had suggested as it will display the logs for that particular Cube only.
But if go through SM37 > B_DEL* it will display all the logs for all the deletion jobs not just this cube and it will be difficult to find out.
Try that and you should get the log.

  • How to find out who has changed the SYSADMIN password?

    Hi,
Is there a way to trace who has changed the SYSADMIN password in an instance?
    Regards,
    Neeraj

of course, this is limited to any updates to the
user, e.g. added responsibility, etc. So, it
probably is very limited in value. That's why it is recommended to enable AuditTrail, which is a way of keeping track of changes made to important data in Oracle Application tables. AuditTrail keeps a history of the following three questions:
    1. What changed
    2. Who changed it
    3. When did the change take place

  • Please tell me the way to find the person who has booked the conferenceroom

    HI All,
When i am trying to book a conference room. it was showing the status a s busy in zimbra. But i am not able to find the person who has booked the room ?? how do i know the person who has booked teh conference room??if i can know that person i can negiotate with him abt the room.
please tell me the way to find the person who has booked teh conference room ?????
    Thanks in advance
    Venugopal

    Hi Venugopal,
If you add approvers using beekeeper for that resource AND that you use Outlook, you can see who is 'in charge' of that resource, ie the person that will hand over the keys to that room when you need them. That person is the only one who may be able to tell you who has booked the resource, you can then go and 'negociate' ;o)
In Zimbra (1.5.1.5) you can't see the contacts..

  • How to find who has deleted the query in Production system

    I Experts,
I have an issue. Someone has deleted one query in Production system.
How can i find who has deleted the query??
I searched the ans for the same i the below threads :-
    Query deleted in production
How to find out who has deleted the production Query
But it didn't help me as i couldn't understand how to use the transaction SLG1.. Can Someone please explain me how can i find out who has deleted the Query..
    Regards,
    Pavan Raj

    Hello,
Please, remember the date on which date the query has seen last time  in the production server. You can use the last date in the From date and To date would be current  date and execute the SLG1 tcode. It would list you all the logs in the Object text you can search for BEX Query designer and sub object text column you can check for delete logs options.
Double click on the object will list you the query and name. From the user column you can find who has deleted the query.
Might be this can help you for analysis.
    Thanks
