  • Has anyone who ordered actually received their phone(s) yet?

    It doesn't seem like the phones are even shipping out to those who have ordered them. I ordered on the 29th of September and I have a placeholder "expected shipping date" of October 31st. It doesn't look good on my end seeing as people who pre-ordered still haven't received their phones yet. Is there any other way to get a more accurate idea of where my order is and when I will actually receive my phones? The one line synopsis on the order tracking page just isn't enough.

    Agreed. I ordered two phones the 25th and I've seen minimal movement. All that has happened for me is my recent orders now shows the products I ordered. Very frustrating. I will never order from Verizon again when local stores, along with Apple, have my phones in stock. It's all about sales!

    wondering if anybody has received their sports card yet?
    i was promised a replacement (for one that never arrived!!) due for delivery over two weeks ago!
    I rang BT up to check when it would arrive and that it had been ordered to get the information!!
    I'm fed up waiting over 30 mins to get through on the phone and obviously being told a pack of lies -- so far!!
    so has anybody actually received a card? begining to think this is a hoax!! :-)

    Has anyone received their new 3Gs Iphone yet. I presume everyone will get them at random times throughout the day, with the East Coast possible being first because of the working hours for the deliverers. Found out mine is actually coming by FEDEX and some have told me theirs will be coming by USPS. So can someone who first receives a phone please let the rest of us know? Thanks!

    It's approx. 9:45 AM here in Virginia and I have a black 32G 3Gs in hand. I'm so hapy with it! It's my first iphone. I went to my local Apple store and waited approx. an hour in line and paying the $300 was worth everything! I just love it!!!
    All the basic features seem to be working OK. I can surf the web and I was able to jump on my local home network; it found it and automatically asked if I wanted to join it. Loaded some apps.: Sirus/XM - incidentally, Howard Stern doesn't seem to be on the available. I'll have to investigate more on this. It'll be a bummer if he's not accessible on iphone sirius. The camera and video works great. The Apple staff at the retail store here in Fairfax, VA's Fair Oaks Mall were great! It was painless and they were very accomdating. They even served coffee and bottled water and some fruit bars while were waiting in line. Go Apple Go! What a beautiful puiece of machinery. Everyone good luck. Goodbye Verizon.

  • How can I find out who hasn't received a text message in group texts?

    I sent the same text to a group of people but 'message failed' showed.  Some recipients replied to my original text so obviously received it.  How can I found out who didn't receive my text?

    Thanks for the question. This can be done by viewing the contact info in Messages. Simply tap “Contact” in the top right corner, then tap the icon. This will bring up the contact card, and the number the message was sent to will be highlighted in blue.
    View someone’s contact info in Messages.
    To quickly view someone's contact info in Messages, tap Contact.
    - Tap to call that person or to use FaceTime
    - Tap to see the person’s complete contact info
    If they're not already a contact, you can tap Create New Contact to add them.

  • Is anyone else not receiving their emails?

    I haven't received a single email in the last 48 hrs, which is really unusual considering all the spam we get.  Is anyone else having this problem?  I know it isn't a connection problem, I'm able to pull up my account on a different computer and still no results.  

    What happens if you send a test email to yourself? Does it send? Do you receive it? Is the problem happening with their Xfinity Connect webmail, an email program, or an app on a mobile device?
    Check your "Email Safe List" setting under Users & Preferences / (username) / Email Settings at https://customer.xfinity.com/Secure/UserSettings. This option sometimes gets turned on when it should be off. If you can't find the "Email Safe List" setting you'll need to log in with the Primary user ID.

    why can't Nokia do a global release? For those who have been having problems with their phones since day 1, what can be more frustrating than this?

    lucky....that's what the reps were talking about though. they've told others not to bother trying to replace because it will come (they always use refurbs for replacements if you're outside of 30 days)  with 2.2.  the certified refurbs are just as good as new. my wife and i buy those when we dont have an upgrade because they are about a third to half of the retail price. but they are every bit as good as a brand new one.

    I have a Z10 STL100-3 (I found nothing that would indicate that it was unlocked, so it was neverlocked maybe), which I am using in Romania with Orange Romania carrier. I have not received a notification update yet, and I have tried without SIM with Link, with SIM with Link, without SIM with Software update menu, with SIM via Software update menu. But nothing
    I currently have OS version 10.2.1.3442. Can someone please shed a light on my situation? I am not desperate to have the new OS, however at least I would like to have some info...

    Official method OS releases are controlled by the carriers, not by BB. BB releases to the carriers, and they release to their users (on whatever schedule they choose).
    Unofficial methods would allow you to install the new OS before it is released via those official methods. But, since you are not desperate, we won't give details unless you ask.

  • Internal user not receiving internal Email

    I have a user who is not receiving internal Email is she is included with others in the To or CC fields.
    For example emailing [email protected] works, Bob gets the email, but if I email
    [email protected] and
    [email protected] Jo gets the email but not Bob.
    Everything looks OK on the Exchange servers.
    Can anyone advise on a solution?

  • One of the instructors within our institution submitted their course for publishing. I, as the site administrator, have not received an email requesting the course be published and it hasn't appeared in our iTunes U site manager courses either. Any clues.

    We are new to iTunes U and all of our teaching staff are generating courses for our school.
    We have successfully published one course publicly.
    One of our teachers submitted a course on 24 January. I, as site manager/amdinistrator have not yet received an email requesting that the course be published. We've double checked everything and there are no errors that we can find at our end.
    Does anyone have any clues on how we can rectify this? The submit course option has now disappeared so she cannot resubmit.

    Sorry for the delay replying...while your post is a bit old now, it still deserves a response.
    First -- these forums are not a formal channel for support from RIM. Rather, they are user-to-user support forums where users help other users. As such, it is unlikely that RIM will see and respond to your inquiry.
    What I suggest is that you have your affected users exercise their formal support channel -- which is available via their carrier. The carriers have the ability to escalate cases into RIM for resolution.
