Bought a mini the other day and I'm finding it has been my go to iPad.
I have a 4th gen iPad but don't use it much anymore.

I take my iPad mini with me, but when I am at home I use my 9.7-inch iPad.

PS CS5 keeps crashing if i don't use it for more than 5mins

i'm having trouble with the new ps cs5, it keeps crashing every 5-10mins if i don't use it... i've install it in a new machine at work and since then it keeps crashing if i don't use it for more than 5+mins... it's really frustrating when this happens.. is there anyone having the same problem and can someone shed some lights on why this keeps happening to me please?

I recently bought Lightroom on the Apple App store for my mac mini. Is there a way to install it onto my PC desktop as well? Also, can I use it on more than one mac?

If you purchased from the Mac App Store, there is no serial number, so no, I'm afraid you can't. Anything in the Mac App Store is subject to Apple's terms rather than Adobe's. Yes, you are allowed to have to installations at any time from the same license, provided each installation is for your own personal use and the two installations are not used simultaneously

TS4268 Why have I been charged for iMessage activation now, when I have been using iMessage for more than one year?

Using photoshop on more than one computer

I purchased Photoshop CS6 for my home Mac several months ago. I am about to buy my daughter a Mac. Will I be able to install photoshop on her computer, too? Can I use it on more than one computer in the same household?

You can "install" it on two computers, but the End User License Agreement stipulates that you cannot run it on both at the same time.

The data is in 3D. I took a look at the trace file but no useful information. It does not have to be 2d, right?
I can use SDO_WITHIN_DISTANCE with data in 3d, can't I?
Does anyone know what is going on? Maybe a bug?

I created the spatial index in 2d, but if I collect stats on all tables the optimizer doesn't use the spatial index.
I tried to influence the optimizer using hints, but it seems to ignore the hint clause. The query I did is above:

Collecting stats on geometry tables makes the query work only because it doesn't use the spatial index.

You are allowed to have two working installations so if you want to have it on two machines you can. If you want it on more than that then you need to manage which ones are working at any given time such that only two are usable.

in which i set the value of java bean and in that page it show all values of that bean even it modified
but when redirect to another jsp page it does not show modifided value,it shows its default value

your scope is wrong. Since you run a JSP page and you want it available everywhere, the only thing that all pages have common is session. So changing your bean scope to session will keep the bean variables and the rest you have on it.
Try it and let me know.

Can I use Pages with more than one user?

I recently purchased Pages and want to be able to use it with two different users (one personal, one business). Is this possible? If so, how? I have no problem using it with the user I purchased it with, but my business user does not the option for Pages in the launchpad. How can I use Pages across users?

Pages should be installed in the Applications folder at the top level of your hard drive to be available to all users of that Mac. By default, if you are logged in as an administrator, applications are installed in this folder. I haven't done it, but I understand that if you are not an administrator, applications are installed only in that user's applications folder.
My installation of iWork is from the retail disc from more than three years ago but I did check for an app purchased from the Mac App Store in another user account on my Mac & had no problems finding it or launching it from Launchpad. Launchpad can be very cluttered &, unless you take the time to organize it, it can be very difficult to find a particular application. I would suggest trying to launch Pages from a Finder window or with a Spotlight search. And keep the Pages icon in the Dock for easy access the next time.

Can I use iSync for more than one user on my .mac family account?

I just got a new MacBook Pro 17" to replace my Pro 15", which I want to give to my hubby who's using an old MacBook. I have successfully synched my old Pro to the cloud and my new Pro, thereby rolling over all my settings, widgets, address book, etc. But now I want to roll-over my husband's settings from the MacBook to the old 15" Pro. I'm afraid if I just perform a sync, MY settings out there in the cloud will overwrite his. What's the proper procedure to follow here? He's got a lot of passwords and really wants his bookmarks saved to the 15" MacBook Pro-- that's the most important info he wants to maintain. Recommendations?

How to use iCloud on more than 5 devices without constant de-authorizing/authorizing devices

I have more than 5 Apple devices, laptops, and PCs. How do I use my iTunes and iCloud on all of them without constant authorizing/de-authorizing them? It is very annoying.

I have iPods, iPads, iPhones, iTVs, MacBook > than 10 iDevices, I have PCs and laptops with multiple OSes > 10. I subscribed to iTunes Match, can't fully benefit from the convenience of iCloud with these limits. Is there a way to increase these limits?

Download Header using GUI_DOWNLOAD for more than 100 fields

I want to download data with header from a database table using the FM 'GUI_DOWNLOAD'.
I know that this can be achieved by
1. Download headers first to an internal table and call FM ' GUI_DOWNLOAD"
2. then Download data to the same file by calling FM 'GUI_DOWNLOAD' with APPEND = 'X'
But my database table has more than 100 fields, pls tell me how to download all the fields as header information.

This can be done using the FM GUI_DOWNLOAD.
Store all the field names in a internal table, pass the internal table to FIELDNAMES component of the FM. This will download the internal table with headings.
Note - To download it as excel, pass FILETYPE as 'DAT'.

Does anyone know the process to authorize more than one computer to play and recognize an ipod's library? I want to use my ipod on my home computer and work one as well? I want to keep the same library and not lose anything.

You don't need to authorise a computer to use an iPod on it. If you want to connect and use an iPod on more than one computer you need to change the update preference in the iPod Summary tab to "Manually manage music and videos" and click Apply. Once your iPod is set to manual you can connect it to other computers and other iTunes libraries without the message that it is linked to another library:
