I have a question we have a column and we want to find out who updated it and when means what was its initial value and what changes have occured to it and who made these changes

Oracle does keep track of updates/inserts/deletes - that is the cornerstone of any RDBMS as it is required for concurrency controls, dealing with locks and transactions.
This data is stored in the undo/redo area of Oracle. In archive log mode, this data is automatically archived before it is deleted when it is no longer needed.
There is thus an accurate record of transactions in Oracle. Oracle provides a standard product called Log Miner that allows you to reconstruct what has happened.
However, as far as identifying the user, that is not possible. Oracle does not know or care who the user is - or who/what/where the client application is. It does not authenticate the end-user or client application. All that the end-user/client application need to supply is a valid Oracle schema name and password (default Oracle authentication). And that is what Oracle records for the transaction - the Oracle owner of the Oracle session for that transaction. Not the end-user, not the client application or even client IP address.
That data is related to auditing and not to the actual transaction. In which case you need to look at the Oracle AUDIT command for recording those details.

After it was updated, my wifi button was greyed out and I don't know why. I sent it in to get fixed and the Apple store did NOTHING. I still have about 48 days left on my one year waranty and I don't know what to do to fix the problem. Please, does anyone know how to fix this issue without selling it or replacing it? I've tried all the troubleshooting techniques and nothing is working. Someone help.

HT201210 I updated the ipad and when finished it asked me for a passcode. I tryed my password 3 times and now cannot get into the ipad. It says it is disabled.

I updated my ipod this morning and it worked fine. I never needed a password to use my ipod before this. I tryed to get back in and it asked for a PASSCODE. I tryed my password 3 times and now it just shows "ipad disabled"

The first thing to do with a second-hand computer is to erase the internal drive and install a clean copy of OS X. You — not the previous owner — must do that. How you do it depends on the model, and on whether you already own another Mac. If you're not sure of the model, enter the serial number on this page. Then find the model on this page to see what OS version was originally installed.
1. You don't own another Mac.
If the machine shipped with OS X 10.4 or 10.5, you need a boxed and shrink-wrapped retail Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6) installation disc from the Apple Store or a reputable reseller — not from eBay or anything of the kind. If the machine has less than 1 GB of memory, you'll need to add more in order to install 10.6. Preferably, install as much memory as it can take, according to the technical specifications.
If the machine shipped with OS X 10.6, you need the installation media that came with it: gray installation discs, or a USB flash drive for some MacBook Air models. For early MBA models, you may need a USB optical drive or Remote Disc. You should have received the media from the previous owner, but if you didn't, order replacements from Apple. A retail disc, or the gray discs from another model, will not work.
To boot from an optical disc or a flash drive, insert it, then reboot and hold down the C key at the startup chime. Release the key when you see the gray Apple logo on the screen.
If the machine shipped with OS X 10.7 or later, you don't need media. It should boot into Internet Recovery mode when you hold down the key combination option-command-R at the startup chime. Release the keys when you see a spinning globe.
2. You do own another Mac.
If you already own another Mac that was upgraded in the App Store to the version of OS X that you want to install, and if the new Mac is compatible with it, then you can install it. Use Recovery Disk Assistant to create a bootable USB device and boot the new Mac from it by holding down the C key at the startup chime. Alternatively, if you have a Time Machine backup of OS X 10.7.3 or later on an external hard drive (not a Time Capsule or other network device), you can boot from that by holding down the option key and selecting it from the row of icons that appears. Note that if your other Mac was never upgraded in the App Store, you can't use this method.
Once booted in Recovery, launch Disk Utility and select the icon of the internal drive — not any of the volume icons nested beneath it. In the Partition tab, select the default options: a GUID partition table with one data volume in Mac OS Extended (Journaled) format. This operation will permanently remove all existing data on the drive.
After partitioning, quit Disk Utility and run the OS X Installer. You will need the Apple ID and password that you used to upgrade. When the installation is done, the system will automatically reboot into the Setup Assistant, which will prompt you to transfer the data from another Mac, its backups, or from a Windows computer. If you have any data to transfer, this is usually the best time to do it.
Then run Software Update and install all available system updates from Apple. To upgrade to a major version of OS X newer than 10.6, get it from the Mac App Store. Note that you can't keep an upgraded version that was installed by the previous owner. He or she can't legally transfer it to you, and without the Apple ID you won't be able to update it in Software Update or reinstall, if that becomes necessary. The same goes for any App Store products that the previous owner installed — you have to repurchase them.
3. Other issues
If you see a lock screen when trying to boot from installation media or in Recovery mode, then a firmware password was set by the previous owner, or the machine was remotely locked via iCloud. You'll either have to contact the owner or take the machine to an Apple Store or another authorized service provider to be unlocked. You may be asked for proof of ownership.
If the previous owner "accepted" the bundled iLife applications (iPhoto, iMovie, and Garage Band) in the App Store so that he or she could update them, then they're linked to that Apple ID and you won't be able to download them without buying them. Reportedly, Mac App Store Customer Service has sometimes issued redemption codes for these apps to second owners who asked.
If the previous owner didn't deauthorize the computer in the iTunes Store under his Apple ID, you wont be able to authorize it immediately under your ID. In that case, you'll either have to wait up to 90 days or contact iTunes Support.
When trying to create a new iCloud account, you might get a failure message: "Account limit reached." Apple imposes a limit of three iCloud account setups per device. Erasing the device does not reset the limit. You can still use an account that was created on another device, but you won't be able to create a new one. Contact iCloud Support for more information.

I don't understand why this keeps happening and it's been going on for a wile now. I have tried over and over again to get this iPhone to work but nothig is happening. I've even gone on the website for support (apple.com/support) but cannot find anything that will help me with this situation. Can someone please help me find a solution to this problem? I have been without a phone and do not have money to buy another one and it is crucial for me to get it fixed. Thanks.

What computer operating system is involved in the Premiere Elements 11 and 13 issues? Same computer or different ones? Are you installing from purchased download installation files or from purchased installation disc? Does Premiere Elements 11 work completely on this computer whereas 13 will not?
Let us go through the typical drill so as to take nothing for granted.
1. Does the problem exist with or without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled? Are you working with an individual home computer or in a
school or company network?
2. Are you running the program as Administrator and is there any "domain" account involved?
3. Is your video card/graphics card up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card?
4. Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on the computer with Premiere Elements?
Let us start by ruling in or out any of the above, and then we can decide what next.
Any questions or need clarification, please do not hesitate to ask.

I have this issue. Album artwork was totally fine before. After this update, it is all messed up and even got messed up when transferred to my iphone.
iTunes doesn't have the artwork anymore, but then iPhone has it but shows wrong artwork with wrong albums.
Please fix!

I am doing one inbound interface where I needs to Update the DISCOUNT_DATE and DISCOUNT_AMOUNT_AVAILABLE column in AP_PAYMENT_SCHEDULES_ALL table for each invoice. So that the value will display in Schedule Payments tab of the invoice workbench screen.
Requesting to suggest any public/private API for this process.

I have a requirement where in I have to develop a report to display bank balance chart with the following details in the output.They are :
1. Posting Date
2. Bill Discount (BD)
3. Letter of Credit(LC)
4. Cheque Amount may be cheque issued.
5. Deposits.
Above are the information which i have to display based on Posting Date range , Company Code and Bank Key present in the selection-screen.
Below are my few observations:
1. To retrieve the Bill Discount, I am first fetching the data from BKPF table by checking the document types 'DZ' ,'KZ', Company code and Posting Date Range. Then using document number,company code present in these entries along with Posting key = 39 and special GL indicator = 'W' retrieving the data like DMBTR,WRBTR from BSEG.
2. Similarly for Letter of Credit amount retrieving the data in the same way as mentioned above except special GL indicator will be 'Y'.
Now please correct me if my approach is wrong. Request you all to throw some light as I am Technical Consultant and humbly looking forward to all your help.
Also, request to let me know the logic or process how one can calculate fourth point as well as Fifth point as mentioned above.

You can get Firefox 3.6 from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
You should still have your profile folder, so when you install 3. you will get your bookmarks and other user data back.

If you want to unlock an iPhone you must contact the carrier it is locked to.

You installed a hacked app, originally from the Mac App Store. It contains the receipt for a different app, downloaded using an account that you don't control. You need to identify and remove the hacked app.
Important: The app you need to remove is not necessarily the one named in the App Store notice. For example, if the App Store says you need to update "Twitter," the hacked app may be "Angry Birds" or something else entirely. Don't make any assumptions about which app you're looking for. To find it, you have to carry out a systematic search.

You mean the default OS X mail app? Try reinstalling OS X Yosemite if that's the case.
If you are referring to 3rd party mail applications, that's a compatibility issue. Some apps don't work in the new operating system. You have to wait until the developer updates the app, or you have to revert back to Mavericks to continue using it.

I don't know enough to not follow directions. I bought the software brand new in a sealed from factory box. Had it sitting around until - last week when I deleted flash on my computer and had to upgrade to the new OSX. Mountain Lion doesn't use iPhoto - so I had to go with something else. Since I already had this new - unopened package I opened it up. Shut down all running programs - inserted the disk and followed all the directions for installation. Still it didn't work.
I have now uninstalled it (the proper way) and am going to try again.
