Who will stand up to this challenge?

K, so I edited a bunch of 60 second PSA's on a single Sequence timeline. I wanted to burn each one onto a separate DVD, so I opened up a new project and copy/pasted one of the PSA's onto the sequence. It appeared in a freakishly zoomed-in manner on the second project sequence, though it was all fine in the original. I closed the second project without saving. Now, in my original project sequence, all of the audio/video files are still on the timeline, but the audio has become unrendered (red bars). I try to render them, and it tells me I don't have enough disc space, to clear up the render manager and try again. No matter how many times I clear the render manager, my audio will not render. ***?
And once I've fixed it (with your help), how do I best burn individual sections of the sequence to separate DVD's?
Who will be my savior, I ask of you?

Sounds like you have a couple of issues:
1. Where is your media stored? Sounds like it's on your system drive-- a big no-no.
2. When you created a new project, it obviously didn't match the first project. Are the spots HD, and did you create an SD project?
3. You have lots of options for burning a DVD. you could just chapter all the spots and export all from fcp and take it to compressor for the encode. Then in dvdsp make a project, import your assets and build stories. Each dvd would only play the story you tell it to. Set it up for the first one, build and format. Then do a save as, name it the second spot, set up a story for spot 2, build and format. rinse and repeat.
That's probably the simplest way to go, with the least overhead in terms of media to manage.
