Whole CS6 Design and Web Premium package opens and loads to just close again.
When I installed it onto my laptop in the first place, the package worked and would let me use it.
After a while it began to crash on me, complaining about my graphics card crashing and then proceeding to close itself, but it would still open and work until one day, photoshop (the program I use the most as I draw in it) opened to just immediately close after fully loading with no warning or message.
I have attempted reinstalling and have also done updates, but neither of these things helped at all.
This happens to all of the programs of my Design and Web Premium package and I would love to know a way to get them working again so I may also continue doing school work outside of when I can gain access to the school computers as well as it would give me a program to draw in again.

ThanksBefore you go restoring the iPad, try this first. Close the camera app and reboot the iPad.
Tap the home button once. Then tap the home button twice and the recents tray will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the camera app icon. Tap the home button.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -
Error: Upgrade von CS5 Design Premium auf CS6 Design und web Premium
Hi, ich möchte ein Upgrade CS6 Design&Web Premium auf meinen iMac(Macosx 10.6.8) installieren. Habe aktuell noch CS5 Design Premium auf dem Rechner. Starte installation von CD, muss die Seriennumer von CS6 eingeben. Es folgt die Meldung" Die angegebene Seriennr. ist zwar gültig, auf diesem Comp. wurde aber kein als Berechtigungsnachweis geeignetes Produkt gefunden". Daraufhin wähle ich aus der vorgegebenen Liste mein Produkt (cs5 Design Premium) aus und gebe deren Serienummer ein. Daraufhin folgt die Meldung "Die Seriennr. gilt nicht für ein komaptibles Produkt. Geben Sie eine andere Nummer ein." Beide Creative Suites habe ich unter meiner Adobe-ID online registriert. Vielen dank vorab

Cs6 design und web premium ohne c++ installieren?
Hallo, mein Rechner musste neu aufgesetzt werden und nun versuche ich seit TAGEN!!!! meine Adobe Programme wieder aufzuspielen. ABER: Exitcode: 7 = c++ 2010 x86 geht nicht zu installieren, obwohl es schon als neueste Version auf dem Rechner ist. Alle Tipps von Adobe fruchten auch nicht und auch 3 Stunden mit meinem Administrator brachte keine Lösung: hat bitte bitte Jemand eine Idee, wie ich dem Setup-Programm sagen kann, dass ich OHNE die c++ Komponenten installieren möchte????

CS6 Design and Web Premium: can't open DW as it tells me I'm not connected to the internet
I downloaded CS6 Design and Web Premium 30 day trial, but can't open Dream Weaver as it tells me I need to install a java runtime to do this but that I can't because I'm (apparently) not connected to the internet. I am connected however, and when I try the network diagnostics it also confirms that I'm connected to the WiFi.

Cs6 design and web premium trial
I have for the last few days been prompted when I open up Photoshop, to take a trial of Cs6 Design and Web Premium. I own CS6 right now,
the last available package before one needed to purchase it on the Cloud.
I don't know why I am required to sign on to this trial to use the package I own. How can I get rid of this offer?

I currently have CS6 however I require CS6 design and web premium package for a course I've enrolled in.
Can you please advise if I can simply upgrade to this package or do I need to purchase the whole package?

AYou've got CS6 Master Collection?
If so, why do you need to upgrade to another CS6 suite? That would be downgrading.
The Master Collection contains every CS6 app. The other suites are subsets of the Master Collection. -
CS6 Design and Web Premium install failure (OS X)
Hello all,
I recently was given the chance to upgrade to CS6 Design and Web Premium through my educational instutition. I first uninstalled my CS5.5 installation that I previously had through them. Now, whenever I run the CS6 installer, the timer keeps going up on the "Running package scripts" step until it reaches ~32 minutes and then it says that the installation failed. I can literally watch the CS6 pplication folders gradually appear in my Applications folder, and then the installation just reaches a point where it starts deleting everything in the folder. I have tried everything from running the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool (nothing comes up), analyzing my installer logs with the Adobe Support Advisor (again, nothing), installing using a root account (same problem), installing in Safe Boot Mode (again, same problem), and deleting the Adobe folders in my Library/ApplicationSupport folders. I'm on OS X 10.8.2 and had no problems installing/uninstalling CS5.5.

Should go off without a hitch at that point. You can move back any custom profiles you had in the original Profiles folder post-install.

Error installing Photoshop CS6 (Design and Web Premium)
A similar error occurs if I try to install all of CS6.. I've had Revo Uninstaller delete all the registry keys/leftover files and tried reinstalling.. I've tried installing MS Visual C++ 2010 independently of the install. No dice. I have homework due tomorrow (of course) and my photoshop broke.. And will not install now..

I install my CS6 Design and Web Premium unsuccessfully.
I install my CS6 Design and Web Premium. The whole process seem normal until at the end it says, "Installation finished. But unsuccessfully for the following modules." And then showing all the modules icons. What should I do now?

Having trouble installing Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium on Windows 7 64-bit
I am trying to install Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium on Windows 7 64-bit. Everything goes well until installing AdobeHelp and when the minutes from 20 minutes jumped to 200 minutes and freeze.

I don't know if you are on a personal PC/Mac or on a large environment. On my case I'm trying to use AAMEE to package and SCCM 2012 to deploy it over a considerable number of 64bits machines.
So, I have created a Deployment using AAMEE and one of the Exceptions was AdobeHelp. The command line that was provided on the Exceptionsinfo.txt after building the package is:

With the normal AAMEE package I will not be able to install all the Exceptions so I created a CMD file with a sequence to install the main MSI and then the Exceptions. To the provided command before mentioned I included the following:

My sequence goes well but then when trying to install AdobeHelp it sends an error that it can't find -silent and seems that it got frozen as it's still runing the installation as I'm writing.
If someone has any idea please share it with us as this could be an error on AAMEE with the command that it was provided to me after creating the deployment package.

File type icons in CS6 Design and Web Premium
Hello everyone.
I am running Windows 7, 64 bit. I have recently upgraded from CS5.5 Design Premium to CS6 Design and Web Premium.
I the process, I lost the association of file types (such as .psd) with their relevant programs, which I have now recified.
However, the filetype icons that are associated with each program, in most cases, don't seem to have assigned themselves to their respecitive icons. For example, .psd files now show as a white document with the blue Ps square icon in the centre, and the same for InDesign etc. Oddly, Illustrator has worked and has assigned it's icons correctly.
For example:
I can't find a method of editing specific file types icons - even then, I wouldn't know where to find the particular icon sets.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance either way.I used the CS Cleaner (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and followed the steps its really easy.. but ur gonna have to re install you Creative Suite all u do for the cleaner is open it up then select english (e) ->enter->Agree (Y)->enter->All (1) (which is the first option for a full clean i guess)->enter->Product Number its just basically asking you to input your choice number again (1)->enter and should tell u its all done then after u install CS again go to start-> default programs->associate file type->.psd for example->double click it and select Photoshop even though its probably already selected >.< but just do it again cuz it will refresh all the files on the coputer and whala you should c the correct file dysplay Heres pictures of my files before and after as proof

CS6 Design and Web Premium - Software Download Card - once verified, where do you download it from?
I purchased CS6 Design and Web Premium on 31 January 2014 as a Software Download Card. I have had this product for 12 days, but cannot download or use it. After opening a case with Adobe, and receiving a serial number from them, I am still not using my product as I am still unable to download it. I have tried every single thing I can find on Adobe's website- all without any success. I am VERY VERY frustrated. I had no alternative but to purchase this product as a software download card as Adobe do not make boxed versions anymore. My educational status has been verified, and I have received a serial number from Adobe. So - can someone please please tell me where I download it from?? It should not be this difficult.
