You cannot delete them but eventually they will just go away or if do a hard shutdown On you iPhone they will go away.
Did you even TRY safe mode, you do have lots of addons there and they automatically update in the background.

I like Firefox because of the apps like WOT, adblock plus, no squint, duckduckgo, Ghostery and being able to select colors for the toolbar that makes it easy to read.
The reason I don't want to upgrade: Let me count the reasons. The main reason is they try to force me to use their new versions. '''They upgrade my FF versions even though I have it set to never. ''' Because they fixed the tool bar so I can't condense it down to one line. and I know there is software that can fix that. When developers add new options why can't they leave the older options.
Also don't put me in the class of not trying new things. I bought my first PC in 1996 and replaced it every time a new OS came out because I wanted to learn it. I kept doing that until W 8 came out. I even bought a laptop so I could see what all the fuss was about. I did see. -

When using Connection Doctor to see what is could be causing the issue, look for the red dots to let you know what is wrong. Then all you have to do is correct that information. You can double click on the section that is giving you issue and it will take you there. Most issues could be just password being entered incorrectly. Can anyone answer, why in Logic Pro X I keep on getting a window popping up saying, Directory not found, result code = -120. Followed by another window saying, Fade update failed, (error -120)?

I am using a Focusrite scarlett 2i4 and an Alesis Q61 midi controller. Weirdly, just trying to put a bass line down on a track using the Alesis, the bass sound goes out of tune with the track during recording only. This is very frustrating! I surely can't be the only one experiencing this?

Time lost could be a problem, but.....
Sadly, I don't think that there are any Apple docs relating to networked storgae issues with Logic. Other than a 'school' or 'business' setup, NAS/OD/AD setups are not usual circumstances for audio.
If the issue is one of data backup & security, it may be enough to automatically backup the students local work folders to the NAS.
If the issue is one of the Users being able to work from any Mac and pick up their files from the server, you are not likely to resolve this problem, without copying the files to the Local Mac.

There's a big message from Mozilla in my Inbox that asks for involvement . . . I am not able to do that; I have no expertise. Since you are running Lion, you will not see Exposé & Spaces - they don't exist in Lion.
Their function, that of multiple desktop arrangements, has been replaced by Mission Control.
You may have accidentally set up Mission Control; or inadvertantly activated it. The latter is easy to do if you're using a Magic Mouse - a two-finger double-tap (not click) on the mouse will engage Mission Control.
The two-finger double-tap can be deactivated in System Preferences > Mouse > More Gestures. Uncheck the Mission Control item, and it won't respond that way to a two-finger double-tap again. You can then still access Mission Control via its icon in the Dock.
To get rid of extra desktops in Mission Control, activate Mission Control. Then hover the cursor over the desktop you'd like to remove; a circled-X will appear in one corner of that disktop - click it and that desktop will be removed. Any open program using that desktop will then be moved to another, yet-available desktop.
There is a control pane for Mission Control in System Preferences. Selecting that will allow you to make some settings re how Mission Control behaves, including the setting/clearing of a hot corner. -

Are any of your other applications going wonky, or is it just Logic?
I'm afraid I've never heard of this particular problem before, but if it were happening to me the first thing I would do is delete my "com.apple.logic.express.plist" file in Library>Preferences, then repair permissions in Disc Utility, and finally restart my computer. Then I would launch Logic and see if the problem has been corrected. It's amazing how much these two steps can accomplish.
If that doesn't resolve the issue I would launch Logic and go to Preferences>Audio Units Manager to see if all my plug-ins are properly validated. -

10.7.5 is not the latest system, 10.8.3 is. However your message sounds like a Kernel Panic, does the message look similar to About "You need to restart your computer" (kernel panic) messages? If so, then if you can get the machine to restart normally then please post the Kernel Panic Report which you can find by following directions in How to log a kernel panic. Please post back with the KP log, and we can take a look. However if the machine continues to not restart then my guess is a hardware failure suck as a hard disk or failed RAM in which case you should take it into your local Apple Store or AASP for repair.

yes styles are applied. What does not show up are the container divs - they all have the thin purple borders.
The "Blog Lovers" image shows up but it is inside the #blogindex div - which seems to be invisible because the elements inside #blogindex div are just piled on top of each other. (see below html) This is now happening on all the pages of this site.
(I test a different site in DW and I was able to add divs and borders and content inside divs just fine.)
