The only way is to create an Apple ID without a credit card. The one you currently created will not work, it has to be a new one, and use this support document to do it. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534 Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Whilst charging my iphone I was asked to very my Apple ID. This has never happened before. Is it normal?
I don't think it is normal but it happened to me last night with iOS 7.1 on just my iPhone but not on either iPad in my household. The fine print on the sign in request noted that it was for iCloud backup (which happens when the phone charges if it is connected to wi-fi). I found one user who reported it as a bug while 7.1 was still in beta and I've responded to one other user today who also had this happen. The beta user reported it happening every day so I'm strongly hoping that isn't the case with mine.

I cannot open my photoshop. Its asking me for a serial number, which I already have. However, it will not accept my serial number. I've had this program for 5 years and this has never happened.
If your Creative Suite version is #3 through 6, you might try running the CS Cleaner Tools in preparation for a re-install.

I just downloaded 15 songs to my ipod and only about half will fully play. The others only play a minute or two with some only playing for seconds. I have never had this happen before. There isn't exactly a customer service number for apple so I'm not sure what to do. I'm pretty irritated sonce I've paid for all of them. Please help!!!
I would delete them from your library and then redownload them from the iTunes Store.

I have the download manger set up to always ask me where to download a file. I just started to download a file from rapidshare and, for the first time, it didn't ask me where to download it, it just started downloading it. I have no idea where to find the file I'm downloading. Please help.

This means that the photos (or the folders that contain them) have been moved, renamed or deleted outside of Lightroom. On Windows it can also mean the disk drive has changed letters.

Safari on my iPad says service temporarily unavailable. This has now happened two days in a row. What can I do to correct this? It has never happened before in 7 months of owning my iPad. I bought a wireless Logitech keyboard, but that should not affect Safari? It worked earlier in the day yesterday with then keyboard.

This has me confused. Rebooting the iPad (holding down on the sleep and home buttons until the Apple logo appears on the screen) should not in any way, shape or form, remove content from the iPad.
Then you stated that you chose the option to back up before restarting? There is no option to backup before "restarting" on the iPad. Are you restoring the device in iTunes? -
My ipad has stopped updating apps. It doesn't even ask for password, it just oges to the apps screen showing empty progress bars. I've re-synced account and restarted but with no luck. Other than deleting the apps is there anyway around this?
OK. I will work backwards.
You certainly don't want to have to delete apps every time that they need an update, for any number of reasons. Losing data first and foremost would be a drag, but the overall hassle would be absurd. All things being equal, you should be able to update apps in the future after you delete them and reinstall them. I delete and reinstall apps all the time and I am also able to update them when updates are available for the apps. I just wanted to know if you had any success in any fashion installing apps.
Resyncing/refreshing the Apple ID/iTunes account wouldn't seem to be the issue either if you can download apps or other content from the iStores. Your ID is being accepted.
That leaves us with I'm not sure what. But I think I would try this trick fix and see if it helps.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>Off. Set the date one year ahead. Try to update the apps again. If you get an error message, go back to the settings. Correct the date and time (set automatically) then go back and try to update the apps again. -
When I want to download it ask me for my password than it goes right to a security screen asking me answer three questions I never set up. This has never happened to me before. What do I do?
If it's a free app it won't charge you. Perhaps the billing info you have on file is outdated/incorrect and iTunes needs to verify it before allowing you to download anything first.

If my application is free to download, but requires my user to purchase a monthly subscription, will Apple collect a 30% fee every month that user is billed? Amazon purchases are physical items (not digital) and do not go through in-app purchase so they are exempt. -
While trying to purchase a gift card to send via email, got a message this apple ID not eligible for purchase. I've purchased many times before and this has never happened. Does anyone know why?

You normally need to provide some sort of payment method (in part as proof of residence in the country) before you can get even the free apps. It is possible to set up a new iTunes Store account just for free apps, but you have to create a new Apple ID; you cannot use an existing one. If you want to do that, take a look here:

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note again that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free content without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

First, to prevent this from happening again, turn off "In App purchases" in the Restrictions settings on your iPod. You may also want to turn off the ability to install apps, to prevent purchases in case the child gets hold of your iTunes Store account information, and set the password to be required immediately. As to a refund, that's not automatic since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

They're usually pretty lenient in the case of inadvertent purchases by children. No guarantees, though, just as if your child was in a store and ate a bunch of food (in other words, something that can't just be returned).
