I am trying to logon to a work system and am getting an It works! message after login and nothing more

Can't get SMTP to work, error message about passwd.db is repeated

Hosting a web server with a php application which uses the mail() function in php, which requires the SMTP server to be running on the machine. But I have som problems starting it...
This message is repeated every 61 second in the SMTP log, no matter which log level I choose:

I haven't dont any manual configuration in text files, only used Server Admin. What is this about? Why can't there be a button to restore all settings for a service to default settings?
If I run the simplest possible php code to send a mail, the mail function return true, indicating it was accepted for delivery, and I can see the mail on the que. I get this in the smtp log:

Why am I getting a "Disk Full" error message when attempting to export?

I am trying to export my movie at large quality or higher and every time it gives me a "disk full" error. However, I was able to successfully export it at medium quality. I don't understand why I would be getting that error though because both my internal hard drive and external drive, which I am exporting from (but onto the internal), have ample amount of space to accommodate for a large or HD quality video. Any help would be much appreciated!

Why do I get "transmit buffer full" error message?

I periodically receive the above error when trying to execute a series of Blend motions. Why does this occur?

Because the motion board runs it's own onboard processes, comunication between the PC and the board is message bassed. The board has a message queue which it fills up with commands sent by the PC. If commands are issued in too rapid of a sucession it is possible to fill this queue and to return error of the type you are encountering. If you are sending down a number of blended move commands in a loop please make sure to have at least 5ms between each command.

Why do i get a forbidden 403 error message on a site i have had no trouble with before?

I go to a particular music site sometimes via a bookmark in firefox. all of a sudden I am getting message saying forbidden 403 and that I cant access it anymore from this server. what is going on? is there a solution? what may have caused it?

Can't get update to work - error message is to input proxy address and proxy details

I have my printer printing but can't seem to get it to connect to the internet to get any s/w updates. I'm connected wirelessly and am using Windows XP. I don't think I have a fixed proxy address. What to do??

ITunes has stopped working error message on my Dell Latitude E6520 when trying to sync photos to my iPhone 3GS. Why?!

For some reason, I keep getting the "iTunes has stopped working" error message on my Dell Latitude E6520 when trying to sync photos to my iPhone 3GS. I am using Windows 7 on my 64-bit computer. iTunes will begin to optimize the photos in the folder I have directed it to (I am trying to load almost 3000 photos and videos), and it will go through optimizing all of them singularly, then get to the step where it says "optimizing" again, but does so in bigger groups. It will get to about 2000, and then the error message "iTunes has stopped working" will pop up, and say that "Windows must close the program and will search for a solution, and if it finds one, it will notify me". Why can't I sync these photos, and what can I do? Thanks so much for the help, I really appreciate it!

Same problem here! Moreover, for some reason, the pictures in my iPhone 3GS somehow have been divided into 2 folders, Photos and Medialibrary. And when I open iPhone as a folder through the explorer I can see only the Photos folder, but cannot see the Medialibrary folder which stores the photos taken before updating/upgrading the iPhone and getting separated folders!!! What the hack with all of this?!!! When I connect iPhone to PC it automatically opens iTunes and starts syncronizing it, but at the process of OPTIMIZING the photos (and according to the number of photos it shows, I see that it tries to syncronize that invisible Medialibrary folder) the process suddenly stops and error message pops out Tried the sync test, tried the button DEBUG in that pop out message, but NOTHING HELPS!!! Also, when I open the Medialibrary in my iPhone, the screen get sblack all through scrolling it down, only the video clips are shown there... >.<
So, could you, apple developers, please, explain WHAT THIS PROBLEM IS ABOUT?!!!!!! FIX IT! I am getting ****** of to spend hours at the computer and reading those lame advises which do not help at all! I have my own things to do except reading your support websites. I have a couple of articles that should be able to help you troubleshoot this issue a little further. You may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes first. This has to be done in a specific manner, and this article can help you do that:

Why does iTunes keep giving me bogus error messages. "Your internet connection is not working, check your connection and try again." My internet is working fine. iTunes is not working and will not allow me to download tunes.

why does iTunes keep giving me bogus error messages. "Your internet connection is not working, check your connection and try again." My internet is working fine. iTunes is not working and will not allow me to download tunes.

This my sound too simple, but I just kept clikning on the arrow next to the selected music and it finally "Kicked" in.

Why am I getting an app store error when trying to download Lion? Any ideas?

I would complain really bad and get them to give you a Flash card that they just came out with because they've inconvenienced you so much and you don't have hours to spend at the apple store waiting for the whole thing to load.
The only thing about the flash cards is that it will change your whole motherboard so it won't allow you to install snow leopard or anything less, ever again. (as what the apple specialist told me over the phone).
I would also suggest waiting. It really isn't worth the hastle and you may not benefit from installing it on your old computer... just a thought.
