Can't understand why I am getting this table error!
Hi all. Any help here would be received with a ridiculous amount of appreciation.
I have cleaned up all accessibility errors in my PDF, however I have a heap relating to my (many) tables.
Errors all say:
TR element(s) with no Table, THead, TBody or TFoot parent. (How to Create Valid Table Structure)
Table Row is not a child of Table, THead, TBody, or TFoot
See an example in the attached.
It's my first time creating accessible PDFs - am I missing something simple?
Using CS4, but soon to upgrade to CS6 if that is going to make things any easier.

Are you getting the error from the built-in Acrobat accessiblity checker or another tool? How was the PDF generated?
In the example, it lools like <Table> is a child element of <Small_Sub_Head>, which looks odd to me. You might try moving <Table> up a level in the structure, so it is not underneath the other tag. One other thing, the example table has only one column? Are you sure it would not be better tagged as a list?

Why am I getting this 530 error?
I keep getting: "530 User anonymous unknown" every time I try to connect via FTP. This is after following the limited guidelines. And this is from Mac and PC. I do get on the PC side a return message that the server is available and the name of it and all kinds of information. But no access.
I have spent the past couple of hours searching the complete Apple site and really miss the TILs. Now it looks like you have to have the secret code or divine knowledge to get into what should be readily accessible informational areas.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Oh also, anyone know where I can find documentation on all the different ways that you can access connected Macs and PCs via the Internet? I found links that said "How to", but the articles were "If you can't" and were serverely vague.

G4 FW800 Mac OS X (10.4.4) Totally Stuffed/Max'd OutWell I have good news, at least for me. I discovered a way to do what I wanted and it works perfectly. I had to mess around with the destination path and the process didn't take effect immediately. But it is doing exactly what I want and I don't get the errors.

Why am I getting this event error?
I created a custom event to pass a parameter:

What did I get wrong here?I didn't want to put the whole code, but there's such a method that returns an integer.
it would seem this works, since the number is correctly getting to the trace statement in the parent app.
What's odd is that the root app's event handler is firing, is correctly getting the property of the HotSpotEvent (hostSpotNumber), but then it complains about coercing the event type.
So I have attached the whole code. The "InspectorShell.as" is the main app's document class, the inspector.as is the doc class for the movie loaded into the scrollpane, and then the custom event. -

When trying to run Adobe Acrobat Standard 9 I got this message:
I uninstalled/reinstalled your software. I haven't had the chance to use the software until tonight.
While working on a home project, I tried to open a .pdf file from another website, I received this message:
When I clicked OK and tried to start Acrobat I received the original message:
I clicked OK and received this error message:
Before I uninstall is there a fix/update available?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I followed your instruction to the "T" and after trying to apply the update I get an error message that says, in short, Unable to apply update . . . Software not installed or wrong patch used. I have Adobe Acrobat Standard 9. I downloaded AcrobatUpd955_all_incr.msp.
After installing the software and started up I received the same errors I posted on "Acrobat Installation & Update Issues".
I have to be at the hospital tomorrow morning at 5am for my back surgery. I will be in the hospital for a few days. Please respond and I will find it when I can sit at the computer again.

Please let me know the OS you are using.
The latest patch for Acrobat 9 is version 9.5.5. Make sure you have updated it to the latest patch and then try.
Please use the Acrobat Cleaner Tool ( Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs ) to uninstall the software and then reinstall and check.
You might also want to try the following before reinstaling the software :
Disable all Non-Microsoft Startup Services. (Ref : http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/disable-startup-items-services-windows.html)
Disable all the Antivirus softwares like CA, Norton,Mc Afee etc. temporarily from the computer.

Are you installing from DVD or a download?
If DVD, make sure you are using the Windows one, not the MAC one.
What device are you trying to install on?
Does your system meet the required spec?

I get missing plug-in error when opening my online bill which is in PDF format. I am using a 2010 Macbook with the latest version of Safari and Adobe suite installed in my computer. Why do I get this error? What should I do?

Why do I get this error message when I open Organizer in Photoshop Elements 11 "Elements Organizer has stopped working"? My only option is to Close Program so I am effectively locked out of my photo catalogue. I have tried reinstalling the program but it made no difference to the error message.

Why do I get this error when trying to use my bluetooth headset as a listening device? There was an error connecting to your audio device. Make sure it is turned on and in range. The audio portion of the program you were using may have to be restarted.
I may have already resolved this issue buy removing the device from my computer and re-pairing it. It is currently working just fine.

i received an error message "iTunes requires 64-bit mode" says to go into my iTunes application and 'uncheck' the 'open in 32-bit mode' checkbox - i went into the application and the box was not checked anyway so why am i getting this prompt? Never happened before. yesterday did the sofware update for maverick.
Thank you for your response, Chris. But I'm afraid I have to disagree. There are native 64 bit versions of iTunes available for OSX and Windows.
In a 64 Bit Windows environment native 64 Bit Applications install the DLL's in a directory called "Program Files" and a directory called "Program Files (x86)" (32 Bit applications only use the ladder).
iTunes 9 is consistent with this behavior - and it identified itself to the system as a 64 bit application (meaning it's process appears without a "*32" tag on it). -
Why am getting this ME083 error in BATCH JOB, where as ONLINE not getting?

Am creating Purchse Requisation by using BAPI ---> BAPI_PR_CREATE.
If I run ONLINE, Purchse Requisations are creating in EBAN table, with out any erorr messages, fine.
If the same prog. is scheduled as BATCH JOB in production, the Purchse Requisations are creating, fine, but, there is a ERROR MESSAGE in JOB LOG, saying that " ENTER PLANT " of M essage ID& # is "ME 083 "
So, let me know that,
1 - Why am not getting this error message, If I run it ONLINE?
2 - Even though there r error message in JOB LOG (as I mentione din the above), Why the Purc. requisations are creating?
3 - How to track that, from Where this error is coming in BATCH JOB, How to debug the BATCH JOB, after its scheduling?
4 - How to fix it?It is not uncommon for informational/warning messages to appear when a BAPI is run in batch.
Such messages do not prevent the completion of a job, but may provide information about the status of processing.
When you run the job online the message may just flash briefly on the bottom of the screen, and you might not even notice it.
I get similar messages when I run other BAPIs, where the message is logged but the process continues to run.
To address the question of the message itself, if you look at the code underlying the BAPI, for example, include L2105I01, which contains the methods, you can see the place where the message is issued.
The message is issued if field PR_TYPE in the header structure is initial.
This is fairly easy to find just by examining the source behind the BAPI and the methods that it uses.
You can navigate to include L2105I01 just by clicking on Method process in BAPI_PR_CREATE, just as you can with any other navigable object in ABAP.
You should see this in BAPI_PR_CREATE around line 108.
CALL METHOD l_ref_bapi->process( ).
Double click on process.
Method renumbering is then called by Method process if the actyp = hin (a constant meaning add/create which is set in BAPI_PR_CREATE), and if ITEM_INTVL (Item number interval) is not initial.
Double click on Method renumbering.
Method renumbering then checks if field PR_TYPE is initial, and if it is, then the message 083 that you are getting will be issued. You will also see that the message is issued as a warning only, which is why the document is still created.
You can drill down through the code by double clicking, as usual with navigation.
I found this initially by clicking method set_header, which brought up the include with the method code. I then searched for 083, which is the message id. I then backtracked to find out what the path to Method renumbering was.
Always do a little digging in the source, the message has to come from somewhere. If the first search does not get a hit, try the next one until you exhaust the possibilities. I chose set_header, since it appeared to be specific to the function of the BAPI, and something like that will usually be the best place to start. In this case, it took me right to it.

According to my network provider (Amaysim/Optus) Tethering is enabled, so why do I get this error message "to enable personal hotspot on this account, contact OPTUS"

I can not check or change any network settings (no APN settings)
I have synced phone using latest itunes (10.5.3).
Phone software is up to date (5.0.1).
Network settings have been reset.
SIM card has been taken out and put back in.
Phone has been switched off/on again.
Another sim card from virgin works ok (hotspot option is visible and can be turned on/off as required)
The Amaysim/Optus SIM card can be put into another phone (android) and tethering/hotspot works fine.
Can anyone provide solution to this nightmare?I am having the same issue although i have an iphone 5. I have contacted Live connected numerous times an tried everything imaginable to solve the issue. Is it possibly a handset issue? I cant recieve any help from optus as im with live connected, they cant help me and apple keep telling me to contact your carrier ( live connected). Seems to make me want to switch providers pretty shortly..

Then I'd check the system drive, if it has problems.
To check your System drive boot into the Recovery Partition, see: OS X Lion: About Lion Recovery
Restart your Mac and hold down the Command key and the R key (Command-R), and keep holding them until the Apple icon appears, indicating that your Mac is starting up.
You will see a panel, where you can use Disk Utility to check your System Drive.
