Why am i having trouble inputing a new credit cards info?
Can someone tell me why it keeps directing me to ITUNES SUPPORT when trying to input a new credit card to use?
What didn't work? Your email didnt go through? You have to get in touch with iTunes support and wait for a response. It does not happen instantly. It can take up to 48 hours to hear back from them.

Why is there NO way to change the credit card info to pay for ICloud services??
Currently I am being asked for a 3 digit verification number to a credit card that is no longer valid. Why is there no way to change the credit card info on ICloud services?
You change it in iTunes. Go to the iTunes Store. In iTunes 12, click on your name in the toolbar and choose 'Account info'. In previous versions click 'Account' in 'Quick links' on the right. Sign in, and click 'Edit' next to 'Payment information'. Then you can change the card.

HT204266 Why App Store is not accepting my new credit card billing address?
When trying to buy at the App Store it keeps saying "Your cedit card information does not matchc your bank's records. Please enter a U.S. credit card and matching billing address." This credit card is not the original I had saved in the system -- it's new, but the billing address is a PO box. If I change it to my residential address I get the same message.
Is your VISA account associated with the same country where you reside? If not, that's why it was declined.

By 'not accept' you mean ... ? If you are getting an error message then if you post what the message says then somebody on here might be able to try and help.
For a card to be accepted it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and to have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. If your card is, and if it's being declined, then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management -

Contact iTunes if yo know your current payment method is valid. Form the message it appears that it is not valid (has no funds)

Sorry, but there's no way to force the iTunes Store to use your credit card. If there's a credit balance available, purchases will be deducted from that first.

Shredded old credit card because it expired. It was the card used for iTunes purchases. Cannot add new credit card info without first inputing security code from old card. Any suggestions how to remove the card without the code? Or perhaps add the new card and make it default payment method?
