Why am I not able to access the app store, itunes and safari since upgrading to Mavericks 10.9?

IT tells me they would have to revert to the old OS which they don't want to do or can't do? I have been two months without access. I am at a loss. any help or guidance would be appreciated. I work for state government and our servers are PC-based which I think where the problem is. Is there a work around to gain access to the app store, itunes and safari. The app store icon indicates I have updates available but I am stuck. Please advise.

I know safari is mac's native browser. Since updating to OSX10.9, I have not been able to open safari. Firefox works fine but I preferred safari. Safari just won't open, it acts like it wants to, but the progress bar goes about half way across and stops. What other information do I need to supply?
This is a very frustrating problem when I see that there are updates to apply, but am unable to open the app store to get them. I can't even see them.
IT, in my opinion, has almost thrown in the towel since they are more PC-based.I believe it is a connection problem but they have been unable to fix it. They blame mac for a hasty upgrade release that was not fully tested to see if there were any Mac/PC connection issues.

http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5209 might help you. An iPhone 4 can airplay content from apps that support airplay and iTunes but it cannot mirror. If your game does not have airplay in the app you cannot mirror it to the apple TV so I don't know if you can play just the music. You should have no problem playing your iTunes over airplay though.

"Gift Card" is sometimes called a tacky gift, but if it allows the other person to get whatever they want it works.
Besides, anything purchased through App Store is usually "All Sales Final", so I think iTunes card is a good idea.

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."

Can't connect to the App store, iTunes and software update with MBP 13

Hi,
I have a MBP 13 from 2011 and I have a really annoying problem with connecting it to the App Store, iTunes and the software update. It claims that I have no internet/wifi/network, although I clearly have it since I am watching series through Netflix and are on Facebook at the same time. So naturally I started to look in to the firewall and it works fine, since it does not and has never blocked any other Apple products/programs. So I continued looking everywhere in the computer, found nothing. And finally I decided to re-install the MBP and I still cannot connect to neither of these programs.
I feel that it is really unnecessary to hand the MBP in for service for a problem like this, so I was wondering if there is someone out there who has a solution to this problem? Beacue , as I mentioned earlier, my internet/wifi is working perfectly with everything else, so I really do not understand why App Store, iTunes and the software update does not work.

Not Able to Access the Properties of Workspace and Target

I have install PB 11.2 Build 9027 on my laptop ( Winows 7 (64 bit))). PowerBuilde is open and able to see the existing code.
But when I am trying to access the properties of Workspace or target for Source code control Setup, Properties will not come and nothing happen, I am not able to view the properties of Workspace and targets.
One more think I notice ,when I was trying to create new application (File > New > Target Tab > Application) then window will not open.
Please provide me some suggestion on this issue.

Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

I am trying to access the links to Planning and Shared Services but I get the following error message.
Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.
If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.
I tried to restart all the services on all the servers and also restarted the servers but it didn't work.
Please let me know how to fix this issue. Also please let me know where else can I find the logs to the errors.

Created a new Apple ID using a US email account. Get a US charge card from a US bank with a US billing address. Create a new iTunes account using the new Apple ID, credit card, and billing address.
If you then wish to switch between your two accounts:
Change iTunes Store Country on an iDevice

I have looked at the service manual to be able to access the App store and Itunes, to no avail, still not successful.

I have viewed the download sevice manual to be able to acess itunes and the apps store,and applied all settings which are recommended, to no avil my iphone still prompts me to " Cannot connect to iTunes Store or Apps store, does anyone have any step by step instructions for me. As you have 10.5.8 you need to upgrade to at least 10.6.6 to get the App Store as this was the 1st version it came with.
A workaround is to get a friend who has 10.6.6 or better to download Lion for you without installing it. You can create an App Store account on the friend's computer I think to do this. Copy the Lion installer from that computer to a USB stick or burn it to DVD and you should be able to install it on your own computer, I think. You might have to create an empty partition on your own computer first for Lion installation as I'm not sure that it will install over Leopard.

How do I correct an incorrect but embedded Apple ID in order to be able to access the App Store?

I recently installed Yosemite 10.10.1 in my iMac, Upon receiving notice of upgrades available I attempted to access via the App Store as required. I was directed to enter my :Apple ID and password; however, an ID was already entered and it was not mine. Any attempt I made to highlight and correct the ID failed - it was unresponsive. I attempted to use management of my account to verify the correct ID; the file showed my correct ID but when I attempted again to log in to the App Store the same incorrect and immutable ID appeared. The incorrect ID is that of my wife for her OS 10.6.8 laptop.

1. Triple-click anywhere in the line of text below on this page to select it:

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
2. In the Finder, press command-F to open a search window, or select
          File ▹ Find
from the menu bar. In the search window, select
          Search: This Mac

          Other...
A sheet will drop down. In that sheet, select
          Raw Query
as the criterion, then click OK or press return.
Now there will be a text box to the right of the menu of search criteria. That's where you enter the raw search query. Click in that box and paste the text you copied earlier by pressing command-V.
3. The search window will now show all the App Store products that are installed. Compare those search results with the list of your purchases from the App Store. To see the complete list, you may need to unhide hidden purchases. If any apps were download from the App Store using other Apple ID accounts that you control, sign in to the store under each of those ID's and check the purchases.
4. At least one of the apps in the Spotlight search results is not among your purchases in the App Store. Move each such item to the Trash, after quitting it if it's running. You may be prompted for your administrator password. Empty the Trash.
5. Quit and relaunch the App Store. Test.
If you find these instructions confusing, ask for an alternative method.
