Why am i not able to buy anything from my iphone?
when ever i try to buy gems for my game it tells me you purchase could not be completed.

I'm having trouble connecting to apps, itunes store, internet on my iPhone 5 running iOS 7.0.4. I am currently connected to a perfectly running WiFI connection. This just started happening today (2/19/14)! Why am I not able to connect anything? I've tried ALL the fixes suggested. HELP!!!!!!!!! BTW, I know my Wi-Fi connection is good because I'm using it on my desktop and other people in my office are also connected on their iPhones and desktops. Again, HELP!!!!
You may not really be connected to your WiFi network.
Your router may not have given your iPhone a valid IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the "i" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.
Sometimes the fix can be as simple as restarting your router (remove power for 30 seconds and restart). Next, reset network settings on your iPhone (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. In other cases it might be necessary to update the router's firmware with the latest from the manufacturer's support web pages.
If you need more help please give more details on your network, i.e., your router make, model and version, the wifi security being used (WEP, WPA, WPA2), etc. -
What the ****? I don't remember my **** security answers and I just put $35 on my iTunes account and I am not able to buy anything! I'm so mad! I anwered those questions stupidly and I did not pay attention. And that extra email? I don't have a clue. I am seething and desperate. & I refuse to create a new account with all that mula on the line.
If you don't have a rescue email address, or you don't know what it is (you won't be able to add/view it until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

Have you called your credit card issuer? They may be able to provide a reason for the declined purchased.
Also, you can only register for and use the App Store in the country your credit card is issued. Be sure you are buying apps from the correct App Store. -
how do I share movies/music between my computers. I have opened shared on both computers and both are on, but i am not able to drag anything from one to the other. Does anyone know where the settings button is on the bottom of the itunes screen?
Oops, I forgot a step between 7 and 8 ... before syncing the iPhone I need to explicitly send the document back to iTunes on the iPhone, or the changes won't come over at all ...
and then one more thing ... Numbers on iOS does NOT recognize a number of key features of the OSX app, such as conditional formatting ... so after editing my document on iOS and syncing it back to OSX on my Mac, all of those settings are lost (no more conditional formatting, have to do it all over again)

Two different operating systems.
It has nothing to do with the phones running different operating systems. Bluetooth is a platform independent standard. It's all due to the different Bluetooth profiles each device incorporates. iPhones do not have the file transfer profile. -

Tried to download music from Music Group WAR, available in the US but not in Ireland.
Would set up an account in the US but got bumped after revealing the Irish address.
What can be done to receive any music available on itunes?

I AM A PASSIONATE APPLE USER. Please don't get me wrong. I love every Apple product we have. I am just a bit discouraged that as a person living and working overseas, I do not have the same opportunity to build my Mac to my specifications. I am bound to buying the products through the Exchange. I appreciate that they are carried but when I compare to the Store, I am discouraged that there are some FREE options offered to Stateside folks not offered to AAFES/Exchange consumers. I want a track pad instead of a mouse. It seems that is where Mac technology is headed. Lion will all but REQUIRE it for many of the new features coming! Apple should offer new purchasers the opportunity for a free upgrade to a track pad!
