Q: Why users are not able to see only certain printers even though they are in the Airgroup server table ?
A: In certain scenarios we may notice printers come up under the server /cache entries on the controller.
However when an airgroup user does search for printer, they may not see all the printers, certain printers may be not visible .
This is because the service IDs sent by the user in the MDNS query are not broadcast by these printers
In the below capture the Ipad sends query for service id "_universal_sub_ipp_tcplocal" and "_universal_sub_ipps_tcplocal" and hence the controller will
respond with the printers that broadcasts these service ids.

In order to learn other printers we may need to use specific app provided by printer vendor on the client or configure the printers to send these service IDs.

The net 451 issues made it not work after a while but it affected the entire RWW site not just remote access:

Careful if you try and uninstall it, you'll need to put back net 4.0 and reconfigure some stuff.

Ipod as hard disk - Why am I not able to see the whole file?

I'm using my 80 gig 5th gen ipod as a hard disk for the first time. I've dragged a 32 KB text file to the ipod. When I scroll though the file all is great...but I'm not able to see the whole file? It's like I get one page and that's all. Any ideas to help me?

Do you mean the Notes function? If so, the file size per note is, I believe, 4k. Therefore, you'd need to break up a 32k file into several parts or it will be truncated.

Not able to open office documents from SharePoint site using Forms auth on a Mac with Office 2011

We just discovered an issue where a user logs into a SharePoint site using Forms based authentication. When clicking on an Office file they get
'Sorry, this site hasn't been shared with you' message:
The user can download the file and can also open the file within the browser (Office Web apps). This SharePoint site is on a Web app that uses mixed authentication (forms for external partners) and Windows/Kerberos for internal employees.
When logging into this same site as an internal user I am able to open the file just fine.
I checked the 'Microsoft Document Connection' settings and selected and deselected 'Enable Basic Authentication' and neither helped.
I also tried to add the site URL under 'Microsoft Document Connection' -> Add connection -> Connect to a SharePoint site. When I put the site URL in and click 'Connect', I get an error saying that 'Only connection to SharePoint or OneDrive
servers are supported' message. If I try the same thing as an internal user using Windows/Kerberos authentication I am able to connect to the site just fine.
Any ideas??

As you are using Form Based authentication to open the documents from SharePoint site, I recommend to check the things below:
Make sure that the user has permission to view the documents in the site.
Please select "Sign me in automatically" when you sign in the login page.

When the "Tabs on top" is disabled, i have seen the tabs be displayed in windows 7 aero style. However, mine does not, and appears in an unnattractive grey, below the url bar (which is in aero), how do i resolve this?

I have updated to the newest version (6.X i believe? i didnt pay much attention to the auto update), another computer in house has a less up to date version but the tabs still appear in aero view. the grey is very ugly and right now is the only thing stopping me from using firefox as default browser

You can also check if the issue occurs in
Clean Boot. If the issue disappears in the Clean Boot environment, you can continue to narrow down which entry is causing the issue.
Besides, uninstall it and re-download
a fresh copy of FireFox to check the result. If the issue still exists, create a new user account to see if it occurs.
If the issue persists, you can contact Mozilla Support directly and use Internet Explorer (IE) during the time.

Why am i not able to see the exception message?

i wrote an 'instead of insert' trigger on a view.
and there are some exception situations in which the insertion should be stopped. my trigger works correctly. i mean it implements its purpose. however, the message i am taking after the trigger execution is not satisfying. ( i am using iSQL*Plus as the editor.)

by the way, i will catch this exception from my java code. what should i do in this situation?

Why am i not able to see any video on Flex Mobile project on tablet

I am using the strobe media playback in my flex mobile application. I am able to play audio but no video is visible, if i double tap to change to full screen i can see a brief flash of the video then it gets dark again. i am streaming a mp4 file over http. The video displays properly in the emulator but not on my tablet. Can the video encoding have anything to do with it?
I have the rendermode set to "direct" in the app.xml, my project is based on a ViewNavigatorApplication.

With CS2 (Win XP), why am I not able to see a print option for 13x19" output?

I have printed smaller pages, 4x6 and 8x10 inch, with my CS2 to my HP Photosmart Pro B9180 printer. However, I am now ready to print 13 x 19" prints and there is not option in the printer setup in CS2 to select it. I even converted 13x19 to 330mm x 483 mm and there isn't an option in milimeters either. Can anyone help please? David

Why am I not able to see my iPhone movies in my photo stream?

I noticed that all of my pics are being uploaded to my computer via icloud, but none of my movies are. What should I be doing differently?

For Find My Phone to work, the iPhone has to have Find My Phone turned on in Settings > iCloud.
The Mac has to have be signed in to the same iCloud account as the iPhone, click on Find My Phone, and the iPhone should show up IF the iPhone is turned on and connected to the internet. All of those conditions have to be met.
If you are meeting all of those, exactly how are you trying to locate the iPhone on the Mac?
