Why am I not able to use my displayed iTunes credit to purchase music??

When I launch iTunes my credit is displayed yet when I try to purchase an album I am prompted to use my credit card. And to be clear, the album price is less than my existing credit.
Any comments or suggestions are most welcome.

Good point, Dave. I have no doubt that sales tax is charged in IL and 6¢ won't even come close in this state. I have an email in to Apple and will post their response to this.

Why can I not GIFT apps using my current iTunes balance??? It allows you to pay using credit card, paypal, or a new iTunes card, but why can we not gift apps and songs to each other using the current balance we have on our accounts from previous iTunes gift card purchases etc.?
Either I am missing something very obvious here, or Apple's greedy stance on gifting is actually creating less usage of the feature, because I for one would not think twice about purchasing gifts for people with a current balance that is already accounted for, but when it comes to adding money or using a card, it just feels like a new payment, and a bigger monetary burden.

I agree with some points that is how it works. Because apple do things they want....
It's quite nice that way being so unique and remarkable. However it is so inconvenient for users who sometimes just want to gift things without a credit card or such whatever. Because sometimes it's meaningless to have balance when you aren't able to spend it.
The point is made. Many are not happy with it but that's life. Just take it or leave it...

It seems kind of dumb that I would need to use my credit card to purchase music as gifts when I have sufficient money available in my iTunes balance. This makes no sense to me. It would almost be better to purchase the music to my account, find and copy the folder it downloaded to and then send that to the person I was buying the gift for in the first place. At least this way we would both have the music!

it does not have ot make sense to you. This is the way the itunes store works.

Why am I not able to use "selection" as a print range option when using the print preview feature? Is this facility available or am I doing something wrong?

Having seleted some text on a web page which is the only information I would like to print, I seem to be unable to preview what the printed page will look like using the "Selection" option in the Print Range section of the "Print" Menu from the Print Preview window. The radio button for "Selection" is not selectable!
I am able to do this using Internet Explorer, which is probably my main reason for using that browser but would like to use a similar feature in Firefox

I have an iPad Air and recently updated to the latest iOS currently version 8.0.2. I understand that Apple just opened up iCloud Drive to be able to access your documents or anything within your iCloud account. I like the feature of being able to access docs from Pages, Keynote, and other apps. However, it's unfortunate that I simply cannot access my iCloud Drive from the Mail app. Is there a step that I'm missing to access my documents via iCloud Drive within the Mail app? Hello, I was wondering if anyone can tell me why my credit card keeps saying billing information does not match the bank's records? I know everything is correct and I've talked to my bank. Is there anything I could do or should try? I know this is a problem on Apple's end since my bank is perfectly fine. (please tell me where I can set none for my paymet options). Then they send you more instructions that don't work. I have just tried the third set of instructions and they did not work.

Your problem is that the program wants a good video card and a fast hard drive and lots of memory and you have none of the above. If you upgraded the RAM to 8 gigs and installed a solid state hard drive you might make the program useable but the real bottleneck is going to be the Intel HD graphics, which cannot be upgraded.
You do have an open slot to add one 4 gig memory module. This is an easy relatively inexpensive upgrade. See here:

You don't have a copy of it on your backup of your downloads and you've checked your computer's hard drive for it ? I need to know more informations about your problem. Have you check the configuration of LPT in MAX? Can you open a VISA session? Do you receive a timeout error when you try to write on that port?
