Why am I not receiving an email to reset my security questions?

I need to recover my security questions because I forgot them and I want to make store purchases, but they require me to answer my security questions. I've tried sending myself multiple resets for my security questions, but apple won't send me a single email. Alot of other people has had this problem too. What do I do?

Either they got caught in a spam filter, or they're being sent to an address other than the one you're checking, or there's a problem on Apple's servers. If you can't find them, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

    Have you checked your spam/junk folder if you have one?. If the rescue email was not verified then you will not receive it and to send a verification email you need to answer the security questions. You need to contact AppleCare for assistrance:

    Are you able to receive any mail at all? If not, make sure that all of your information for mail is accurate in settings again. if you still have nothing, go to your email through safari. (example: www.yahoo.com) If you do not see the emails here either, it is a problem with the password reset server not your mail app.

    Has anyone received an answer to this? It seems that a lot of us are having the same issue. In the past i had no trouble receiving emails to reset my password but for the past week I havne't been able to login, my security questions didn't work and I haven't received any of the emails to reset my password. I've created a new Account but would rather  get into my old account because it's linked to my perfered email address. Hum..

    If you established a rescue email address, there will be a link on the "Passwords & Security" page of id.apple.com.  Clicking the link will send the reset to your rescue email address (NOTE:  This is not the same address as your Apple ID email)
    If there is no link on the page, then you didn't establish a rescue email address.  Contact AppleCare at 800.694.7466, and ask for account security.  You will need to answer some questions to verify your identity, AND you will need access to a computer to generate a temporary support pin.

    I have verified that the email i use was the correct one. So when i request a change in security questions, i am supposed to receive the email from Apple, which is my own Apple ID account.
    I had been requesting the security question reset email for numerous times and i had receive none.

    We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, we won't know why. You've checked the spam folder on your rescue email account as well as the inbox ? If it's not there either then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

    BUT NOT the email to reset the security questions!!!
    I can not call or receive a call from the support team, I would like to clear this via chat or email.
