Why am I not receiving my password reset to my email?

My sister's icloud account is not sending her password to her email address.

Has anyone received an answer to this? It seems that a lot of us are having the same issue. In the past i had no trouble receiving emails to reset my password but for the past week I havne't been able to login, my security questions didn't work and I haven't received any of the emails to reset my password. I've created a new Account but would rather  get into my old account because it's linked to my perfered email address. Hum..
Any help from the community would be much apprecated! thanks!

    I forgot may password, again
    So I did what I did everytime i forgot my skype password on my person account (forgot it because I have auto signin on). Went to the forgot password page, entered my email. then went to hotmail to get my code. The email never arrived! this was 2 months ago. I tried again on Monday night, same thing. I logged a ticket with skype admin and they said they would get back to me within 24hours. it has now been 48 hours... hmm.
    Yes my email address is correct I copp pased even from the last email recoverey, I copy pased my skype name from the last email recovery. not much else I can do, I have reset my password 5 times in the last 12 months - sorry!
    I checked my juke folder nothing. I checked my blocking rules, there is only viagra and luxury watches in the list - I dont think skype has that in the subject line.

    I was told today that I must unistall skype (was given directions to close skype actually) then reinstall skype via internets explorer "use Internet Explorer instead of a different one". So for entertainment I did. I followed the instructions step by step.
    Then I get to the log in screen... Oh wait I dont know my password, so I start again. go to forgot password page enter my email, enter my skype name, enter === no email...
    So skype, why am I not getting my email? has my account been hacked? Why am I being told to unistall skype so the I can recieve and email? is skype and my email connected somehow? 
    Please give me proper advice

    I have forgotten the answers to my security questions so I've pressed the button to send a reset email and it hasn't come through. It's not in my junk folder. I've pressed the button 5 times to make sure it wasn't just a one off. Any ideas how I can reset these questions?

    The article below will walk you through the troubleshooting steps for email on your iPad:
    iOS: Unable to send or receive email
    If you are unable to send or receive email, try the following steps:
    Restart the iOS device.
    Tap Safari and attempt to load a webpage to ensure that the device has Internet access. If you're unable to load a webpage, try the Wi-Fi assistant.
    Try an alternative Internet connection.
    If your email is provided by your Internet provider, try connecting from the home network.
    If your iOS device has an active cellular data plan, try to disable Wi-Fi:  Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn off Wi-Fi.
    If not, try a different Wi-Fi network.
    Log in to your email provider's website to ensure that the account is active and the password is correct.
    Delete the account from Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and then add the email account again on the iOS device.

    I sign in on appleid.apple.com and select manage apple id and sign in.  Everything is correct.  That address has been verified.
    That is o.k., then.
    However, on the left side of the screen the only option is verify your email address, nothing about security
    I don't understand, what on the left side of the screen?  If you tried to verify a second email address, you should be either seeing "verified" or "verification email sent". The second email address may already have even verified for a different Apple ID.

    Check here: Settings > Safari > Private Broswing > Be sure this is stiwtched OFF.
    And check at AutoFill.

    I bought a 1 year license for Adobe CS6 Design & Web Premium for Windows on Slim.nl. I could not install it succesfully, because the software couldn't "see" that I was connected to internet (and you have to be connected to instal the software correctly, or I can only use it for 7 days). I tried to activate it offline, but when I made a Adobe account and logged in, the webpage told me that I should have received a requestcode, I presume via e-mail. I have not gotten any mail from Adobe (beside the e-mail to verify the mail adress to be able to post on this forum). I can use the software now, but only for the next 6 days, until I am able to succesfully instal all the software.
    My questions:
    How could it be that the software didn't "see" I an had internet connection? (I tried multiple times, with multiple wifi-spots)
    Why am I not receiving a requestcode?
    [I did get the page for the requestcode in Dutch, so maybe "request code" isn't the proper term I am using]
    I hope someone can help me with this problem, so I can use te software the entire year, instead of only this week.
