Why am I seeing this: Built-in Input by Apple Inc. is overloaded!!!

I see this message in the console every 3 minutes and sometimes 3 times in a row (individual messages) and last message repeated 3 times:
2/24/08 3:34:39 PM [0x0-0x18018].com.apple.dock[185] 2008-02-24 15:34:39.208 DashboardClient[2614:ad0b] * Audio Device: Built-in Input by Apple Inc. is overloaded!!!
My guess is that the problem application is the toast voice recorder in dashboard, but the message seems significant; why else would any sane person use 3 exclamation marks?
Setup for audio is this:
Mac mini-
Optical OUT to Receiver
Optical IN from Receiver MD port (this is always lit regardless of signal)
USB Audio OUT (analog) to turtle beach usb adapter (shows as C-Media) adapter.
The analog is because I wanted remote volume on the Apple remote.
Does anybody else see this message? Is this worth worrying about, a bug, or worth troubleshooting; and if I should troubleshoot it then what suggestions does anybody have?

Oddly, after submitting my question, a new one popped up:
1 Infinite Loop [at Apple HQ in Cupertino]
from Apple Support Communities Updates
I can send a screenshot of this if you'd like.
Oh, and the addresses it shows are NOT these people's home address, but clearly addresses they've searched for or mapped locations to recently.
I can tell because some friends all mapped directions to a mutual friend's house who had a party last weekend.

Check Settings>General>Date & Time>Set Automatically>On. Make sure that the time zone setting is also set correctly.
If that didn't solve the problem, restart your iPad and try again. If that fails, reset your iPad and try again.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

window with this messge appears "An error (302 Moved Temporarily)

My Root CA is set to issue Certs with a Validity Period of 1 day. My Sub Issuing CA is set to issue Certs with a Validity Period of 5 hours. I have 2 Cert templates which enables client computers to auth to workstations/servers. Template
A has a Validity Period of 5 hours and 1 Hour Renewal whereas Template B has a Validity Period of 2 hours and 0 hours renewal. My Win 7 can always successfully enroll in Template A, regardless of when I renew my Sub Issuing CA cert, but
not with Template B which gives a 'The parameter is incorrect' error.
Why can I only enroll in Template A but not B and what does the 'The parameter is incorrect' error mean?

I'm assuming that you're setting such short renewals to test functionality
but to be honest, you're not testing real world scenarios and you're bound
to run up against some strange behaviour with your approach to testing.
IMO, you're better off setting up your test bed in an isolated environment,
use more realistic validity periods, and then manipulate the date and time
on your test systems to simulate renewal and expiration behaviour.

This means exactly what this message is saying: this contact has not been Online on Skype for a long time", or at least not Online at the same time as you.

Received pop-up to download icloud 3.1.0.3 on my Windows 7 computer. I don't see this version referenced anywhere on Apple site. Is this a Scam?

Received a pop-up window (small white background at lower right of my screen) telling me to update iCloud to 3.1.0.3. Because I don't trust these pop-ups, I did a search on iCloud 3.1.0.3. Nothing came up. Is this another bogus 'update' window? File.org tends to send them a LOT.
I have iTunes on my PC/iPhone/iPad that I update/sync through my computer (windows 7).

when updatdating my apps I cant see the hole key pad when entering my id

Try a reset... press the home and sleep/lock buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

Why seeing this colored border in preview?

I'm inserting a jpeg logo onto some pages. When preview in Firefox I see an orange or green border around the logo.
But when I actually upload the site it's not there (which is correct -- there should be no border)
So why am I seeing this annoying colored border in preview? Preview should be 100% accurate of what a live page will be. thanks.

Use the keyboard TAB key to cycle through links on your web page. In FF, you should see dotted outlines which denote where you are on the page. My guess is that your logo is the first active link on your page which is why it displayed the outline in Browser preview.

Boot loop... why are people experiencing this?

I've noticed that many people seem to put together a new sandy bridge computer and experience a boot loop.
my question is why are they seeing this happen? (asking out of pure curiosity)
improper install of cpu, psu, or bent pins?
I ask this because many people will write a bad review for whatever the company in question is. But a quick google
search and it seems like people across the board can get the same error regardless of manufacterer.

:D The problem here is, that usually only people experiencing problems post. How many, like yourself, have not experienced boot cycles, or have managed to analyse and fix it themselves. We don't know.
That said, all those that I have had contact with that have not had issues, have followed some basic steps, i.e. reading the manual, start with 1 Ram module, ensure that XMP is disabled for a start, only add the bare minimum, ideally assemble outside the case initially, re-check CPU seating/pin imprints etc. A basic conservative approach in the initial set-up will probably halve the amount of problems experienced.
