Why am I stuck in a "you are logged out" loop while attempting to reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud ?

Why am I stuck in a "you are logged out" loop while attempting to reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud (ACC)? I am able to log into the Creatrive cloud member portal.
What gives.
Also, I can change my password at the ACC portal.
When prompted to login during installation the loop begins. I enter my username and password hit enter - click whir - and the same prompt reappears.
No email is delivered (not in junk either) when I ask for info on reseting my password the only solution offered in the debilitating prompt.

Are you on a managed network? Please navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash it. Launch CC desktop and try to sign in.
Enable user library: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html.
Note: Please disable anti virus if installed and then try to sign in.

Some other piece of network ghardware on your home LAN (Local Area Network) is using the IP address your Mac is trying to use.
Reboot both your modem and router, or the Modem/Router combo box you have, and all pieces of networking equipment, computers and printers, you have connected to your LAN.
If you continue to get that error then it is a bug in OS X or you have your Mac set to a Static IP address that is being handed out by the routers DHCP server to some other device.

I keep getting "You've been logged out" when I try to access my Creative Cloud account.

I have un-installed and then re-installed the program. Confirmed that my log in credentials are accurate by loggin into the Adobe site via the web. No issue. I am using Windows 8.1. I saw a post that said to remove the opm.db file, but I cannot find that on Windows 8 (Users > My Profile > AppData> Local > Adobe > OOBE >opm.db file. This path does not exist on my computer. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Thanks for the quick reply. I am on a managed domain network using Windows 7 Ultimate. But I think I have everything working now. I went in and deleted the opm.db and now all seems well.

I tried powering down and re-starting the iPhone (as suggested at http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1275). This seems to have cleared the "...not connected to the Internet" problem, and iOS 6.1 is now in the process of downloading.

I have Vista SP2. Every time I open Firefox (3.6.13), I get three consecutive error messages:
1) Windows Mail could not be started. The application was unable to open the Windows Mail message store. Your Windows Mail mailbox data is currently being used by another program, such as a virus scanner. Close the program or wait for it to complete its operation, then open Windows Mail again (0x800C0155).
2) Windows Mail could not be started. Make sure that your disk is not full or that you are not out of memory (0x800C0155).
3) Windows Mail could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized.
This series of messages continue to recur during my Firefox session and eventually will freeze up my session.
I use Gmail. I do not use Windows Mail or Outlook Express and deleted Windows Live Mail. There is a a file named msoe.dll using the path C: /Program Files/Windows Mail. I also found C:/Program Files/Windows Live/RemoteActiveX even though I thought I deleted all Windows Live programs.
I have set Firefox as the default browser. Also, in Firefox, if I click on "File=>Send Link", it triggers the series of three error messages above.
I don't understand why Gmail would reference Winmail. Any ideas how I can fix this? Can I or should I delete the Windows Mail and Windows Live folders?

I have had many problems with permissions on Windows Vista, 7,8 & 81.1. It is usually after an update or installation, especially one that requires a reboot to finish (some AVG, Windows Live, Windows Updates, etc). Once File(s), Folder(s)
and Registry Key(s) permissions are screwed up, it can take days to work them out if ever.
After having spent several hours on a clients PC and online forums with this problem. I transferred her user profile with a free program called
Transwiz (run as Administrator) to a zip file on the HDD. I renamed her user in manage User Accounts to "Username old". I then ran Transwiz again to restore the profile but telling it to create a new user using the original Username.
After it completed restoring the profile, I logged out of "Username old" and logged in to Username and all wass well, I only needed to supply the email password which is not transferred. When you move profile data, all the old permissions
have to be removed and <st1:personname w:st="on">new</st1:personname> permissions added so the data and files belong to the <st1:personname w:st="on">new</st1:personname> user. This cleared up all the permission
problems.

My ftp server responds to either the IP Address or the DNS Address www.calmwood.com.au
so i am not understanding how it thinks its different. when its fully referenced

How to loop with varying values depending on where you are in the loop

Hi,
I have need of loops / nested loops that pick different figures depending on where you are in the loop.
The whole function needs to run through 'ml' times. 'ml' is a dynamic figure.
Loop 1 = While the loop is within the first 12 iterations, 'exconemp' must equal 100. For iterations 13 - 24, 'exconemp' must equal 102.5, for 25 - 36 it will be 105.06, for 37 - 48 it will be 107.69. This needs to change every 12th iteration until it has reached 'ml'. The calculation takes the value of the previous 'exconemp' and then multiplies that by 0.025.
Loop 2 = While the loop is within the first 120 iterations, 'abc' must equal 0.015 and any further iterations must use 0.01. This must also work in a way to figure out whether 'ml' is higher or lower than 120 and work accordingly.
My main issue is this - how do I get the loops to run through as this:
While the iteration is < 12, do this, THEN take the final figure (12th iteration) and start on 13 - 24, do this THEN etc etc.
How do I produce a THEN statement? I can get the code to pick up the final values, but not change along the way.
I think that I may be better creating an array for Loop 1, but I am not entirely convinced of this. I also think it would be better/tidier if I can get 'month 1 total' and 'month 2 total' into the loops, but am not sure on how to do this.
The values that I need to produce are (only first 36 shown):

I kind of worked out the you need to pull out the page id out of the URL and display it that way, but it fails if you have more than one page (you could check across all pages that are part of the secure zone I guess).
Any other ideas would be appreciated.

CSD Problem: Another supervisor just logged in with the sameID you are logged in with

Hi Folks,
Last month, I had encountered this incident "Another supervisor just logged in with the sameID you are logged in with" when I launched the CSD. When I looked at other supervisors account of the same team we were just the two of us. We are using AD and I am sure we have unique username/password. It worked before. I restarted the application, I uninstall then re-install. I cannot find any solution to it. Hope you can help me resolve this issue. I attached the snapshot of the error.

Do you have access to the UCCX(E) server? If so, run the showlicenseusage.exe file next time it happens and find out what IP address the "other" user is logged in as you from.
program files\cisco\desktop\bin\showlicenseusage.exe
Another possibility is that the machine you are logging in on already has an instance of CSD running that you are logged in to. Check your task manager for an already running process (supervisor.exe).
