Why am I unable to download any of the apps having paid for my subscription?

I  have paid for my annual subscription.
The desktop is only showing trial versions of the apps.
When I ask to download an app the words 'downloading' appear on the screen but there is no downloading going on for Premier Pro.
In Design seems to have downloaded, but now it is showing as a trial version even though I left it downloading all last night and this morning it said it was fully up to date.
I can't get in to Premier Pro at all! I had a previous trial version of Premier Pro on my Mac that has now run out - could this interfere).
Extremely frustrated. Hoping there is a simple solution.

    Over the past couple of weeks I have been having trouble both updating and dowloading new apps on my iPhone 4 and in iTunes. Some work perfectly fine but others just won't download, the size of the app does not matter.
    On my iPhone it often comes up saying "unable to download application" when i press update or install and I get the option of "retry" or "done". Retry just leads to the same outcome and clicking done leaves the app greyed out with a loading bar at the bottom. If I click the app again the same thing happens. Deleting it and re-installing doesn't help either. Restarting the phone occasionally allows one to download but the next will have the same problem. this has happened both on my home wifi, on 3G and on uni wifi. I have now managed to download all the ones that were having a problem but would still appreciate some insight into it in case it happens again.
    I am using both the latest version of iOS and iTunes.
    If anyone could help I would appreciate it!

    Looks like the download issue has returned (at least for me). I am unable to download any of the instantclient basic or basic lite, 10g or 11. Doesn't matter what i try to download, i get the same errors:
    IE8 : Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
    Firefox : shows a blank page
    Chrome: This webpage is not available.

    I get the same error with the same 3 browsers...

    Had taken out old ipod touch version 3.0, just to check. Now find that yahoo mail not working at all on it even though gmail works fine.
    Seems I am facing some unique problems. .

    Apps are always tied to the ID that was used to purchase them originally. Did you try entering your old password and see if that works?
    If you need to sign out of your old account go to Settings>Store>Tap on your ID and sign out. Sign in with the new one.
    you can also access your ID in the featured tab of the App Store. Swipe to the bottom of the screen and you will find it there as well.

    Whatever is wrong with your payment method could be a rejection from your bank. Is this a credit card? Do you have credit left? Is the address of the credit card in the country that you are trying to use the iTunes store? Is the address you are entering in the address field the exact same address as the billing address on your credit card?

  • Can't download any of the apps

    For some reason I can't down load any of the apps on creative cloud. I've tried to download Illustrator and Photoshop multiple times but they have taken half an hour to download 9 percent and they stop downloading after 30 percent. I have both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer 8 and I  have tried to download apps on both of those as well as  on the creative cloud desk top. Am I not meeting the requirments for creative cloud , is there a problem with my computer, or is there something wrong with the software?

    The installation generally stops when the system requirements are not met.
    Which Operating system are you using?

    Is it because I am using old Apple ID made two years ago for my MacBookPro?
    Have you changed the AppleID on your device? Use the same ID you initially used.
    Also, try this advice by Fornate:
    I talked with Apple support and here's what worked for me: go to settings - itunes and app stores, and sign out. Then go back to the App Store and search for one of the apps. They will list as free, and once you start the download it will ask you to sign in to associate it with your account. Just rinse and repeat!

    I attempted to download mavericks yesterday in the hopes of using the new lightroom 5 cc.
    The download stalled and after an attempt to try anew, I click the download button and nothing happens.

    I have restarted the app store, the download button is gray in my "purchased" area and when clicked does nothing, I cancelled yesterday's attempt and started the process again...now there is no response. 
    I have downloaded a small app to see if the process works...and it does
    I have x 'd out of the download which has yesterday's date...
    I have clicked the install app button and it asks for my log in approval
    In the purchase area the button is grayed out...I logged into my account and saw that I could "unhide"  it. 
    I clicked it again and nothing happens....
    How can I start over?

  • No option to download the app I paid for

    I signed up for Creative Cloud in order to download and use After Effects. After having gone through the whole process, my bill and account show that I am subscribed to use AE but I can find no option for actually downloading AE. It doesn't show up on my apps page, and the "download now" options in both confirmation emails just lead back to that same AE-less app page. Not sure why this is, and getting rather annoyed by it since I've paid for a product that it's not letting me access.

    Which operating system? Could it be Windows 7 32 bit?

  • It could be a 2nd generation iPod or a 3rd I'm not sure but it requires an update of ios 4.0 and I don't know how to do it as it won't download any of the apps.

    I think it's a 2nd generation or 3rd but its asking for a software update of iOS 4.0 as it won't download apps.
